Hey there.I’d like to create a process when I start working on a brand new Klaviyo accounts for clients.What’s the first step, the second step, the third, etc. please ?To me, first step : Integrate your Shopify/Woocommerce, etc.Second step : xxxxThird step : xxxFourth step : xxxThank you for your help.
Hi, I woke up today and saw our Klaviyo account had been disabled and we have no idea why.I want to speak to support but I can’t seem to access the chat function as the account is disabled.Can anyone shed light on why this may have happened and how to reverse it?Thanks,Luke
HiWe starting new store on subdomain. We already have 5 subscribed accounts on Klavyio with same domain name.Only subdomains are different. We was planing to go live from 2 days with new store, but Klavyio locked as with check “Your account is disabled.” Yesterday replayed , but still no contact from support and our Bussiness growth Manager. What can we do in that case?Do we pay for non active account or our subscribtion date will be moved?

I have passed the Klaviyo Partner Academy Certification on the first try and received it via Email.Now that I have taken it again and achieved a better score, I was wondering if it was possible to get a new certificate including the improved score since a LinkedIn Link with a good score was my goal. Hello!When I enter the Klaviyo partner portal and click on the "Get Partner Referral Link" button among the quick links, nothing happens. I only receive this URL: https://partners.klaviyo.com/my-dashboard/#referrallink. I've tried using a different browser and incognito mode, but nothing…Can you help me, please?
Hello everybody, we have about 300 members in our lists but suddenly we have around 2300 active profiles.I am not able to figure out where those profiles are coming from and also I am not able to suppress them.Is there any way to manage the active profiles?It seems like we have no control over that.
Ive just signed up to Klaviyo but I cant get anything to appear when I log in on Chrome. It works on Firefox but I do everything on Chrome so I dont want to change. I’ve updated my Mac OS, updated to latest version of Chrome. All Im getting is a blank white screen.
So, I'm new to Klaviyo and I was checking everything out. Creating and deleting multiple Flows, Lists, Segments, Forms, etc… To learn and experiment how everything worked and figuring it out by myself. But suddenly I got my account disabled out of thin air… Any help? Thanks.
Hello, have a question regarding finding support here,it took me days to cancel the program after the initial $30 first month payment For me at 84 it is a bid to complicated to go on with Klaviyo .……………. Finding someone to help to cancel is a task in it self, any advice, Bernie

Hi there! We’ve split our Shopify store into two seperate identities to better serve individual customer segments and make the UX more defined. Can I still use the origonal Klaviyo account (integrated with the first Store) with both of the two stores? Or do I have to purchase a second Klaviyo license for the second store? Thank you.
Hi - I've just set up with Klaviyo but I don't currently have a database of profiles. How do I warm up my account without it? as I don't have any engagement data to create warm up segments. Ive created all my data capture should I just turn everything on and start building my list? but then what happens to my welcome email if the account isn't warm?
i’m baffled what happened, I basically had an opt-in email list after collaborating with a huge national company for a competition and we got a really good participation rate, which meant I had 10K emails consenting to subscribe to our newsletter. Great, I didn’t think, and added them all to my email list via import, forgetting that each subscriber is actually sent a flow that welcome’s a new subscriber and gives them a discount.Of course this means over 10K people got sent a welcome email from our flow, not a campaign. So how did this work? I did get 2-3 notfiications that a few ££ had been taken out of my bank account, not large amounts, literally 2-3£. I’m now wondering whether klaviyo is about to destroy my business account with a huge bill of 300-400 dollars because they sent out 10,000 emails to 10,000 profiles?
