You should contact the Klaviyo team and they will be able to do it. You can not do it yourself. here is the form https://www.klaviyo.com/can...

How can I be upgraded to the owner of an account from a prior user permission?

Hi Klaviyo Community, This is a weird one and I’m hoping someone can help me.  Many years ago I helped a brand optimize the copywriting of their e-mails and was invited to the brands paid Klaviyo account.  I signed up with my e-mail address and all worked super well.  I then forgot I had opened that account and last year opened a Klaviyo account with my business domain.  I want to make use of the 1st Klaviyo account for another business. So I did the normal, forgot password and reset it successfully. I then returned to the log in screen and accessed my original account but I have very limited access. I can see that my user permission is set to “content creator” but I’m the owner of this account too as it’s linked to my e-mail address. The first name on the account is mine but the name of the account is the friends account I was originally invited too.  Could anyone help me understand how to get owner access on an account that belongs to me? Thanks if you got this far!

Klaviyo logging me out several times a day...

For a while now, Klaviyo has been randomly logging me out a few times daily. Usually, I’m in the middle of working on something. To make matters worse, each time I log back in, I’m presented with a captcha (I’ve lost count of the number of bridges and motorcycles I’ve selected!) even though I have 2FA enabled. Very frustrating when deadlines are looming...What is the rationale behind the session termination? Is it just me being picked on 😉 or are others experiencing this?RegardsAndy

Klaviyo not working on Chrome on Macbook Pro

Ive just signed up to Klaviyo but I cant get anything to appear when I log in on Chrome. It works on Firefox but I do everything on Chrome so I dont want to change. I’ve updated my Mac OS, updated to latest version of Chrome. All Im getting is a blank white screen.

Why is Does My Billing Plan Upgrade Seem Incorrect at Checkout?

My current subscription is $60 a month, and I want to upgrade to $80 a month. The order shows $80. Shouldn't I only need to pay $20? Why does it show that the payment is $80?

New sender requirements — help!

We keep receiving messages from Klaviyo that we need to do the following steps;Branded Sending Domain Aligned Domain DMARC Setup I had asked our IT support company to look into it for us February and the response I go was  It's slightly misleading because it makes it sound like you must setup branded sending domains when you are sending to Google and Yahoo. But in reality, the current senders (Klaviyo and Shopify) have to setup these authentications since you are not using branded sending domains, and I suspect they had done so ages ago.The only case you must set branded sending up if you are impersonating gmail.com addresses but that's not the case for you. I can confirm, no action is needed.I can only speculate but it's likely that lot of Klaviyo's customers are using the branded domain feature but might've not set them up correctly at the time so they want to make sure that everyone is setup properly. They are probably doing this to prevent customers contacting them about emails goi

Branded sending domain saying "pending"

Hello. I am trying to set up the branded sending domain but can’t even get past the 1st step. It’s saying “pending” at the first step when I go to set up the branded sending domain. I don’t have an option to “add”. This is stressing me out as I don’t know what to do, there are no instructions on how to trouble shoot this. HELP!

Big problem with Klaviyo

Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.Can you help me solve my problem?DALLMER Nicolas

We have an account we’ve used for a client, but we would also like to use it for our own company. We currently use Constant Contact, but would like to move.Can we have 2 organizations? It appears that we can only have 1. Thanks

User Invite email not being sent

I have a user that is listed as ‘pending invite’. They received the initial invite email but the. link expired. When I click ‘resend invites’ they never receive a second email with a new link.How can I get this user to confirm their invite?

Issues Adding Users To Klaviyo

Hi, I´m having some issues adding a user to my Klaviyo account. I send the invite, i´ve already re-send and the user says that didn´t receive any email. I´ve already send invite to my self to a different email and i receive the invite. How to fix or check this situation?Is there any restriction that a domain account can´t have access to differents Klaviyo account?

I was told I would be contacted for a potential refund, but haven't heard back?

I closed my site, but kept my Klaviyo account as I want to do the trainings offered. Before downgrading I opened a case with Klaviyo asking for a refund for a charge for a month that should not have happened. I have a case number. I was told it would take time. I downgraded my account to a free one which means I cannot contact support. Support closed my case without responding and I cannot open a new one since I now have a free account. Is there any way to get Klaviyo’s attention since I have no way of contacting them without paying now?

Account is disabled

 Hi allHow long does it take for an account to be enabled.I recieved a email yesterday at stating that my account has triggered a one time account verification and for the review to be continued could i provide a password for my site(which is still under construction) . I provided the password.I then recieved a further 10.52 am  email from stating again it looks like my account has triggered a one time account verfication but this time with a multitude of questions ,which seems odd and I was unable to answer the majority of them with a detailed answer as I am at the beginning of my journey with regards to the business.   At the time of this post my account is still disabled and I have not received further correspodance.Is there a eta as to when I will be able to use this service?Thanks

Does Klaviyo bill for suppressed emails?

Hi folks,If I have 13,000 suppressed emails in my account does Klaviyo bill me for those until they are “removed”?  If so, how do I remove them?  This has been bugging me for months and their AI bot chat support is no help.Thank you in advance.

No Support for Integrations

We run an ecommerce marketing agency.  We are trying to integrate our clients stores with Klaviyo.  We were told Klaviyo was great.  We can not get any support for Klaviyo, and the Shopify integration appears not to work. Does Klaviyo offer support to higher paying clients.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I’m just curious why it’s so hard to get support from Klaviyo? The chat is often offline  during normal business hours. Support email tickets are slow in being responded to and often the replies are sporadic and not actually helpful in addressing the problem.  Klaviyo is a top knotch email provider in  my opinion, but the inability to get support is so disappointing.Can anyone shed some light on this?  Is it a temporary staffing issue? I want to be a raving fan, but….I can’t get anyone to help with this fabulous platform.

Access lost to email address linked to Klaviyo account

Hello, I need some help with a dumb situation, I lost access to my email address linked to my Klaviyo account (deletion). I still have my password though, but whenever I try to connect I get prompted with a message asking me to verify the “new device” I’m connecting from (because I cleared my cache).  The problem is I can’t receive the code as my can’t access my email address (deleted). Is there solution for me to receive this code another way? Or can someone from Klaviyo team help me? Have a god day.Best regards,
