Process to add Credit Card Payment is always loading
I wanted to upgrade my Klaviyo Plan and tried to add my Credit Card as a payment method. If I click on the button to confirm my datas, it won’t stop loading. So it’s not possible to add my credit card as a payment method. It‘s a big problem cause my clients need to get important emails but it’s not possible cause it’s not working to add a credit card!
Trouble Finding Code for Woo Commerce Newsletter Sign Up to Klaviyo
Hello ~ I am new and struggling to find the embed code to input into Woo site for new Newsletter Sign ups. Totally confused. I created a 3 x part flow (for new newsletter sign ups) and I also created a pop up ‘sign up form’ simply capturing an email. We are now going with our own Divi theme of pop up to capture the emails but I’m unsure how to link the 3 x part flow I’ve created for new newsletter subscribers? Did I do this backwards? Appreciate any help. Renee :)
Using Forms & Flows on a free plan
Hey guys, i’m a little stuck here and wonder if anyone has any ideas…I was using a free plan and our forms and flows were working well but they now aren’t adding to the list and the flows aren’t working either. I was sure Klayvio said this would be fine but i’d pay if I wanted to send emails to our 8k subscribers but is that incorrect and to use them I need to have a paid profile? We run events only 2x a year at the moment so theres no real need to pay the fees year round so i’m just trying to understand if we move platforms or if i’m missing something. thank you Jeannie

Today, I was charged for my monthly subscription with Klaviyo. However, I intended to cancel my subscription before the invoice was generated. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to cancel it in time. I accidentally sent 10K subscriber emails but i'm on the first plan (1500)...how did that work?
i’m baffled what happened, I basically had an opt-in email list after collaborating with a huge national company for a competition and we got a really good participation rate, which meant I had 10K emails consenting to subscribe to our newsletter. Great, I didn’t think, and added them all to my email list via import, forgetting that each subscriber is actually sent a flow that welcome’s a new subscriber and gives them a discount.Of course this means over 10K people got sent a welcome email from our flow, not a campaign. So how did this work? I did get 2-3 notfiications that a few ££ had been taken out of my bank account, not large amounts, literally 2-3£. I’m now wondering whether klaviyo is about to destroy my business account with a huge bill of 300-400 dollars because they sent out 10,000 emails to 10,000 profiles? Double opt-in email appearing as event
I recently enabled double opt-in for my master list. Should the confirmation email show as an event on a subscribers profiles or should I trust that Klaviyo is sending it out? I guess would like some transparency as to whether new subscribers are confirming their subscription.

Hello,I changed my default sender email, but it keeps using the wrong one. I tested it out by leaving a product in my cart. Does anyone know why?Also my second question is how to prevent my mails going spam? Rebranding and switching clients from old site to new site
Greetings,our company has done a rebranding and we have currently two websites on Shopify. Both are using Klaviyo, however we plan on switching over completely to site #1 and reduce the traffic to site #2.For this, we need to import site #2's lists and segments to site #1. I was wondering if it was possible to import customers from site #2 to site #1 with ALL the data Not emails etc. only, but ESPECIALLY including amount spent by said clients on site #2, number of purchases etc in order to have high quality analytics.Furthermore, I was wondering if we could link old products to new products (same product with different name and packaging) for targeting sake.Thank you!Best regards,Carlos
My account got disabled this morning without any reason
My Klaviyo account got disabled Named (Email Knights) I only used it to help my clients design emails and setup their flows.I didn’t send any spam email, my clients gave me access to that email now I’m stuck, I had access to multiple Klaviyo accounts that I managed for my clients.I even Contacted the Klaviyo support.Now I don’t know what to do.

I already have 2 clients but to be honest, I’m just hanging in there, trying my best with the knowledge I got from Aweber and SendPulse (while working my past job) to set up campaigns, flows etc for them. Account Still Disabled.
Please Help. I’ve spent hours on hours setting up proper flows for my business and love this service. However, upon attempt to run them my account was disabled. I have tried reaching out to support via the chat but have yet to hear a response. It’s been almost 1 month and my account diable has yet to be resolved.. Dedicated Sending Domain issue
Hi, I have an issue with Dedicated Sending Domain. How to properly add the DNS, if I cannot use all the characters? It gives me this error: I can use ‘kl.domainkey’ or ‘kl_domainkey’ but I cannot use both dot and _ at once as it is stayed I should..I’d appreciate any help!
