Send "Happy Birthday" message 3 days before target date

Hey hey, I’m trying to send 1 message 3 days before a user’s birthday at 11am. I’m confused as to what the “Wait until person’s Birthday” step is doing. I didn’t set that, so I’m confused.  Thanks!

Shopify Draft Order Flow

Does anyone know how to get Shopify Draft Orders data to sync to Klaviyo? Starting a draft order will trigger the “Checkout Started” flow, which is great, but the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} link that takes them to their order for payment does not work; it seems Shopify does not pass the data along.Could this be because until they open up the invoice that was emailed to them, they technically have not yet generated a checkout? And, if so, is there a way around this?

Abandoned cart flows doesen´t work!

Hello!Did anything happen in February?The thing is, both my Browse Abandonment and Abandoned Cart flows seem to have stopped working!? :-/ To my knowledge, I haven't made any changes, and as you can see, the flow triggers and flow filters seem correct, right?I can clearly see in my e-shop (WooCommerce) that I have orders (Beställning) that have been abandoned (Avbruten). The reason for the abandoned order is: "Unpaid order cancelled - time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled."I don't have any issues with other flows, such as various winback flows and thank you flows. Can any kind soul help me please!

Cart Abandonment Flow

Hi,I noticed that the trigger in your pre-set Cart Abandonment Flow is “Has Started Checkout”. And then there is a filter “Has started Checkout Zero Time”. Can you kindly confirm this is correct?I also don’t understand why it is called “Cart Abandonment Flow”, shouldn’t it be called “Check Out Abandonment”?And then my question is, is it possible to have the metrics “Added to Cart” in Klaviyo? We have an integration with Shopify. Thank you fo your help.

I have requirement where, when we send campaign email from klaviyo to list of users, we need to send the information (EmailId, Subject, PlainEmailText, HtmlEmailBody) of each recipients to third party endpoint. How can I achieve that in Klaviyo?

Unable to View Content in Edit Mode, But Can View in Preview & Test

Hello! I can’t view my email content in the edit mode (see below), but it shows up when I select “Preview & Test.” I’ve tried clearing my cache and restarting (the suggested answer in this question), but I still have this issue. Is there something I’m overlooking? Thanks so much!

Countdown option in blocks

Not really a question but more of a request. With over $1000 spent on this service one would expect to have countdown option in email builder blocks available. It’s been used a lot in emails and to have looking somewhere else for 3rd party option for simple countdown, well that’s not really great :) I’m new to this system so maybe it’s there but I’m not aware if it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, Klaviyo community!  I am currently building a campaign for previous customers that have purchased within the last month and am wondering how to integrate a simple questionnaire into the email. Can I take a pre-exisiting list and subscribe them to our main newsletter list?

Hello!I am looking at sending an email campaign with an intro to our company (a marketing email), but they’re taking part in an upcoming trade program/contest and the program owners have given us this list of emails to send an email to.They DO accept marketing, but I want to send them this initial email first, and would like them to join our main newsletter list at a later time (after this email has gone out). However, anytime a contact is added to our newsletter list, they go into our welcome series. I do not want them to receive our regular welcome series email. I have created a separate list that i will send this campaign from.I know I can add a customized profile property tag when uploading this CSV ie. “Brand Tag” and can manually upload this list again to our main newsletter list and add a flow filter to the Welcome Series Flow of “Customized Profile Property Tag” does not equal “Brand Tag”.I guess my question is, would the above be the correct way to do it? Or is there a way to

Welcome flow being activated on checkout

Hi, I am trying to wrap my head around this. When a new customer abandons checkout (triggering the abandoned checkout flow) do they also get entered into the Welcome flow if they have checked the following box on the checkout page before leaving the checkout? If so, what triggers and filters do I need to ensure that this doesn’t happen?

Hello there!My client created a free meditation as a lead magnet and we’d like to allow contacts to go through the flow more than once. trigger an abandoned cart flow

Ive added the code to create a custom Added to Cart event for Shopify that tracks when a customer adds an item to a cart, which you can use to trigger an abandoned cart flow. But Klavyio still wont allow me to create the campaign. The button to create the new campaign doesnt allow for it to be created. Any ideas? Thanks

In my webshop, there are products that are sold both as samples and as normal products. The difference is which items they are sold with. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to create an automation that is activated if some products are included and others are NOT included.

Campaigns are meh since moving to klaviyo

I moved to klaviyo a year ago from mailerlite and my campaigns have just been pretty shocking since I moved. I haven’t changed anything in my campaigns since moving, but my deliverability was almost 50% every time in mailerlite, it’s around half that on here. My click rate is also about half of what it was on mailerlite and I’m paying a ton more for klaviyo than I was on mailerlite per month. I’m getting new subscribers and every area of my business is growing, but I have noticed such a huge drop in sales from my campaigns since moving over here and I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but it’s very discouraging and I’m thinking about moving back to mailerlite. I like the reports and analytics on klaviyo, but definitely not loving the large decrease in revenue :(I’ve moved email marketing providers before and not noticed the dip that I’ve seen mentioned on other posts when moving and becoming trusted when moving between other platforms and would this still be an issue one year on?

Campaign sent with ”Send now”, but stuck in ”Scheduling” status

Hello, I’ve also just had this issue and I don’t know if I should send it again or just wait, but I need this campaign to be sent today. What should I do? I sent it at 11AM without scheduling, using “Send now”, but it’s been stuck in the “Scheduling” status ever since.

Can you create a segment/filter based items added to cart with specific product tags?

Hi i’m trying to create an abandoned checkout/cart flow that splits based on they type of product put in their basket. eg if they put dog food in their cart at checkout and abandoned they’d go a different path.for post purchase i’ve used the product Tags to do this, but I can’t seem to see the tags option in the checkout options.Is this possible?

I used the "Send now" option but the campaign still appears as "Scheduled to be sent on" to hours later. What should I do? Clone the campaign and try again?

In Trigger products are not actualised

I would like to send a message to our customers who have placed a pre-order. To do this, I would like to create a flow with the trigger "When someone placed an order". Now comes the problem: When I select "Items" "contains" and "List" or "Text", the drop-down shows me a lot of old items that no longer exist in our Shopify backend. However, the new products that we have created in Shopify are not displayed.However, if I look in Klaviyo under Content --> Products, I see the correct and current articles!How can I update these current products so that I can also select them in the triggers?What alternative settings could I use to trigger the SKU? Example: If the customer buys the SKU "XYZ", he should receive an e-mail.Thank you very much for your support.
