Adding link that takes users to specific part of a page

Hi,My Shopify product page is setup to capture some basic user info (email, date, type) using 3 formfill fields on the page. After the users submits this data, they are shown the product price and add to cart button. Many bounce off at this stage.I got some outside help me capture the email IDs being submitted in this form and not placing an order and to get them in a flow on Klaviyo. I want to retarget these leads using email marketing and want to include a link to “continue shopping” in the newsletter. This “continue shopping” button should take them to the page that comes after the formfill (i.e. the page where they see the price and add to cart button)Can someone provide insight into how I can do this?

Using Shopify Tags in a Template

Hi guys,I've got a tricky use-case where essentially we're tagging customers using the Shopify Tags field with a "before" and "after" size after they take a quiz.E.g.Before Size: 10After Size: 12Syncs to Klaviyo fine - but I'm wondering how to extract a particular tag?e.g. loop through the tags, and if a tag contains “Before Size” or “After Size”, extract it.Once we extract the tag, can use a slice filter, I assume, to remove the "Before Size:" bit?The tag may not always be in a fixed position in the index/array of tags, either - so can’t use a hardcoded index number.Any advice welcome!

Can I use show/hide logic based on a form ID?

Hello,I’m trying to set up a block in a welcome flow to show an offer based on which A/B test variation they signed up for.The flow is filtered for the form ID.The logic I am using is: person|lookup:'$consent_form_version' == '9500556' with each block using a different form version ID (950057, 950058, etc)The preview isn’t giving me a syntax error, but is not displaying the corresponding block for matching profiles (no blocks are shown). Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?Thanks!

How can I export coupons and see what coupons came from which flow?

Hi, I have a store where a customer can add a specific product (X and Y in this example) to their checkout cart and complete their purchase. They will then need to enter a product-specific flow and receive a dynamic code generated by Klaviyo, which they can redeem at a participating merchant (restaurant/massage therapist etc). I need to export these codes for each merchant.  For example: Sally orders product X on my online store. She then enters a product-specific flow that generates a dynamic code that she receives in her inbox. She takes this code to her local hairdresser, who is a participating merchant. Sally receives 10% off her bill at the hairdresser. Fred orders product Y on my online store. He then enters a product-specific flow for product Y which also generates a dynamic code. He takes this code to his local butcher (a participating merchant) and also receives 10% off his bill. Can I export these dynamic codes from Klaviyo - and see which codes were generated for each flow?

Why does my campaign have a color difference in mobile version?

I created an email marketing and configured it for the mobile version. I sent the test version and when I saw the colors of some items they are completely different from the ones I configured.This problem is only in the mobile version, on the computer the layout is the same In the preview everything is perfect: When I open it on my phone it looks like this:

Why aren't my images showing in template editor?

Im editing an email template but the images aren’t loading, not even the klaviyo logo on “powered by klaviyo) , already cleared cache from my browser, tried on incognito disabled my plugins but still nothing, the images are less than 5mb, way less, they’re under the 2000 px in heightthis is how it looks like  this is how it looks on the when i upload an image in size they show undefined x undefined  and in images and brand it show like this

Why am I unable to preview emails in Klaviyo after importing template HTML?

I am not able to preview one of the  templates in a flow I created today. Everything I typed in appears to be correct yet I am not able ro preview the email i n Klavio. I keep getting the following message.“Your template contains placeholders we can't replace. No problem, de-select that option to view a preview.” How and where do I go  to de-select the placeholder oiption mentioned in this warning message?

How can I publish products that are stocked via a third party and not my website?

I'm going to start using Klaviyo!However, I have the problem that all my products are set to Not Published in Klaviyo. It says: Generally, a product that has 0 inventory, in the source system will appear as not published in klaviyo. I understand this, but how do I get Klaviyo to register that my inventory is with my POD provider and that there is plenty of stock?I'm using Shopify, and under inventory I've selected the, Third-party services that manage inventory and fulfill orders.Unfortunately, this does not change the fact that my products are listed as not published in Klaviyo, even though I have updated several times and resync. etc.

How can I change the item title to be in all caps and add size field into order confirmation email?

Hello everyone. When editing my order confirmation email for Shopify, I keep running into an issue where I cannot add the size field or capitalize the purchased item(s) name. I have attached a picture for reference! Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong or if there is a specific tag etc. that I should use/add.

How can I create a browse abandonment flow with multiple items?

Hi. I am new to klaviyo and I have a question please.We are using magento 2 integration.In our previous email marketing platform we had the ability when someone entered the browse product flow to loop in items which are sent in the email ( up to 3 products)For example:a client walk in our site and see 3 different product pages.All these three products then were inserted in the browse abandon emails.Now here I see the option only to collect 1 product to sent in the mail.Is it possible to get more products from client’s path and insert them in the emails as a loop?Thanks

Dynamic coupon expiration

Hi all! I’ve checked the related topics, but I have a question about dynamic coupon expiration. I want the coupon to expire 7 days after the recipient receives it, not 7 days from activation. Is that the way dynamic coupons work? I assumed so, but when I look in Shopify, the dynamic coupons are expired even though no one has used them since my flows aren’t live yet. Why are my stacked border sections creating a heavier border than I want?

Hi,I would like to build an email with framed visuals with black borders.When I apply borders to the elements, the blocks go under each other creating a double line of 2px.Is it possible to avoid this and have two blocks one below the other with a single 1px border please?I tried to apply a border to the section and not to all the blocks to avoid this problem but this creates a double border too.Thanks for your help,Have a nice day

Why aren't my dynamic variables showing in my preview?

I can't figure out why dynamic variables (whichever variant I set) don't display in the preview. I have tried different options and copied from the working flows and the option of the variables that are copied from the preview itself. It doesn't work. Who has dealt with this? Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place? Below are screenshots of the variants of what I set in the variablesand then below are the triggers that are selected (issue with the two flows)Thank you in advance for any help!

Set an abandoned cart block to repeating in Stripo?

Hi,I’ve started using Stripo again recently and I can’t remember if I need to do anything to ensure my abandoned cart repeats after I export to Klavyio from Stripo. I have succesfully managed to use the right variables in Stripo for abandoned cart and have had a succesful preview in klavyio, I’m just not sure if it repeats as the data example was a single item. Does anyone know what I have to do in Stripo to ensure it is a repeating block once it is exported? Many thanks.

How can I remove the fine, white lines between graphic blocks in my template?

Hello All, I design my emails as a series of continuous images, and sometimes fine lines appear between the image blocks. I found another post discussing the lines, but no fix.I have noticed that the lines will appear/ disappear depending on the size I’m viewing the emails and from desktop to mobile.I have the padding set to 0. I tried to add a background color to the text blocks/ color behind the images, but that doesn’t fix the issue. I tried jpg and png images in a host of sizes to see if that would make an impact.Has anyone found a fix to this issue? Thanks!Ariel Fine line appearing between image blocks

How to remove white border on mobile

How can I customize my alt text?

Hi Community,I just wonder as I'm building more advanced template for one of my brands, are there any plans to improve html editor to customize “alt text” styling for example?Or maybe someone has experience to work around this in editor. I know that i can build template in html and upload it but that is not the case as I want to someone not skill enough in html to use that template to create weekly newsletter directly in editor.

I am working on building a re-engagement flow that will send an email template that dynamically pulls the name, image, blurb, and URL of the latest blog posted on our website.I know Klaviyo can pull products into an email dynamically - but can I o the same for our blog pages, How would I tag these pages for Klaviyo to “see” them and how can I keep them differentiated from the actual products that we have triggers around? Thank you

Hi, I would like to get more creative with my email content that is sent to subscribers, by adding more relevance to their emails by showing products they have viewed/purchased in the past. Is there any content online that would help me:Design emails that are relevant to the subscriber it is sent to Include content that is based on their viewing/purchasing historyI’m a bit stuck when it comes to ideas on how to structure the email and how to make the content interesting but also relevant. Are there any templates or forum posts on how to achieve this? For example, my company sells yarn, but we also sell kits (yarn + knitting pattern) as well as knitting accessories. Lots of subscribers view our email content, but it often lacks that personal touch as they are sent to the entire list of subscribers. I’d like to experiment with dynamic content that can be sent monthly to high-engaging subscribers that are very active on our website, but unsure of how to structure the email. Many thanks fo

How can I attach my unique discount code to website redirect in winback flow?

Hi people.I'm creating a winback flow in my Shopify store with Klaviyo.In this email sequence I will send 4 emails. On the 1st I will send a dynamic code that will expire in 3 days. Here in a section of text I have added the code “{% coupon_code 'Clientes_Especiales' %}“ since my dynamic coupon is called “Clientes_Especiales”, but I have also created a button with the following URL: “https://www.bijoucosmetics .cl/discount/{% coupon_code 'Special_Customers' %}”, will it be good for it to fulfill the same function of leading to said dynamic coupon?Now, I want to add a Link address to my images, with the same dynamic coupon, what will this code look like?Finally, in the following emails 2, 3 and 4 I will send the same notification to the client with the same discount code. can we import product variants into event variables?

I have a product in my Shopify store Room Spray - Spring Collection, and it has different scents as its variants. I am setting up my Product Review / Cross-Sell - Standard (Email & SMS) flow, and the event variable {{ event.Items.0|default:'' }} only uses the product name. I am wondering if it is possible to bring in the product’s variant name as part of the event variables as well, so when the text is sent to my customer it specifies the scent they purchased.
