Abandon cart flow filters

Hi, i'd like to explain a bit about our updated abandoned cart flowWe used to literally have only one stream down the flow of three emails. And it was very simple. HOWEVER, we wanted to separate the abandoned court flow by new and old customers or new buyers and returning buyersThe goal for this flow was to provide the returning buyers with an 8% coupon code throughout the flow. But if they are new, we would give them email two and three with a 10 and 12% discount as seen in the picture. (both new and returning get the first email of 8%)I would like to know if I have set up the flow correctly.  These are my current questions:1.  Are my flow filters correct? Or should I add any other flow filters?  I want to capture more people in this flow, just in case we are missing them2.  Are time Delays, correct?3.  For my conditional split, I set it as "has placed a zero order over all time"  And in the No split, those are the ones that I'm assuming are going to be my old returning customers or p

Tag customers when they click a specific link

Hi, I’m running a big launch with lots of emails going out this week. I want to give customers the chance to opt-out of getting emails during this launch if they’re not interested in the offer at this time, but still stay on our list. Hoping this will help prevent unsubscribes. In Convertkit this was simple. I have a page on my website called “Opt-out” and I would just hyper-link that page within the email, ie. “opt-out to snooze this launch but stay on our list.” And then I’d set a rule that anyone who clicked that link would be in a different segment “opt-out launch” not be emailed in this campaign. But I can’t find a way to do that here in Klayvio. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance for the help!

Link for the re-buy email doesn't work

Hi there, The link for sending the customers to the cart on the website doesn’t work. When I have build the email campaign it was working, but not anymore.Anyways, I made a Re-buy flow and on the email I have written “Hi {{ first_name|title|default:'there' }},Thanks for your previous order from XXX! It has now been a few weeks, and we hope you are happy with your purchase.Listed below are some of our most popular products to inspire you.{% with event.extra.line_items as items %} We've also prepared a cart for you so if you're ready to repeat your last order, click here to head directly to checkout. {% endwith %} But the “click here” link doesn’t work anymore.. The URL on the link is {{ organization.url }}/cart/{{ item.variant_id }}:{{ item.quantity|floatformat:'0' }} I want the “Click here” to be linking to the cart, so the customers can directly checkout with the same products that they have ordered before.  Can you please help by fixing this? Thank you! Best regards,Kristina

Apple mail alignment issues

Hello,The nav bar gets centered only in apple mail mobile.Also, there’s a 2 column block where one of them gets stacked, only apple mail too.  I haven’t find any help around, does anyone has an idea of what could be wrong, please?Thanks!

Why am i seeing multiple opens when i look at profiles?

Is this because they opened the emails on different devices? and if they do open the same email on 3 different devices, do we get charged 3 sends?

Users tracking on the website

Hello Klaviyo Team, I have some issue regarding website users tracking. We have website on webflow and we tried to integrate it via KPI. Now the integration seems not to be working. So, I have created a segments for active users on site but while testing when I am visiting the website it does not shows my details in the list. So, is there any step that I have missed. Can you please guide me? What we want to achieve is! We want to track all the users who are visiting our website (All users - even who are bouncing back from the website). Can we do that. If yes, then how?Looking forward

Importing a new list overrides the existing suppressed/unsubscribed profiles

When I upload a new list to Klaviyo using a Shopify Customer csv file, there might be multiple profiles that already existing in Klaviyo. Some of those profiles may have unsubscribed from previous email campaigns. When I upload the new list the suppressed profiles on Klaviyo get affected and are shown as “subscribed” again.How to I prevent this from happening and ensure that any profiles that have unsubscribed from email campaigns remain this way?

Hi - I am just starting out and have noone on my email list. To help with this I thought a social ad with a link to download a free resource guide (in exchange for their email) would be a good start. I am not sure the best way to set this all up in the backend. Any help would be appreciated!

Shopify discount codes are not shown in Klaviyo

We started using the Easy Bundle Shopify App in Shopify to create our bundles.  This App automatically creates different discount codes for different bundles e.g. we have a 4, 8 and 12 week bundle and customers can customize the flavours they want in this bundle.  Depending on which bundle the customers chose, the discount code is applied e.g. lower discount for the 4 week bundle and higher discount for the 12 week bundle.  Now we want to identify the buyers of the 4, 8 and 12 week bundle in Klaviyo and the only way I have in mind is by using the unique discount codes generated. We can’t use the products because the same products are used in the 4,8 and 12 week package.  Klaviyo has the function to segment by discount code. The problem is, that Klaviyo doesn’t find the discount code generated by the easy bundle shopify app. So when I try to segment those customers by: Placer order at least once over all time where discount code contains  It doesn’t find the discount code. How do i insert hyperlinked images made from canva?

Hi,I am new to designing so I design my graphics in canva. The problem I am facing is that canva only allows hyperlinked images to be exported as pdfs if you want them to work. But Klaviyo doesn't support pdfs. So I wanted to know if there is a way I can convert normal jpg images I edited in canva into hyperlinks….maybe even somewhere else but without losing their quality?

Can I keep excel/google sheet text formatting when copying it into template editor?

Hi,We use Excel/Google sheets to organize our inventory. I was wondering if there was a way to maintain the formatting from excel/google when copying over data for our email campaigns. When I try to copy this into a text field in the campaign:I get this as a result:Is there a way to keep the formatting? Whats the difference between accepts marketing and the Newsletter list?

Hi there, I’ve been looking at lists on our account and noticed that our Newsletters list is 5k under the amount of customer we have on a list where the definition is just ‘accepts marketing’ can anyone say why this is?  Also is there a way we can then add this extra 5k to our newsletter list?!Thanks in advance,Ali

I want to use a contact form to add a metric to Klaviyo

Hi Community,I have a marketing flow that is going to target a segment.The purpose is to get the customers to use a specific contact form on the website. The contact form will send a message to our sales team.When a customer send their message through the contact form I need it to add a property to klaviyo profiles, which will then stop the flow.What is the easiest way to achieve this?Thanks in advance for your help.Tiago

Shopify > Klaviyo sync not working

I’ve connected a new store I’m working on to Klaviyo, but it is not syncing the data. These are the things I’ve checked and tried with no luck;• Checked Integration, which tells me ✅ The Klaviyo App Embed is enabled on your Shopify store.• Checked that the option to Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo ✅• Checked that the Shopify form is collecting data, which it is ✅• Checked that the Shopify form is adding the newsletter tag, which it is ✅This is the URL to the site.I’m at a loss now to what else to try. How can I remove subscribers from a Back In Stock list?

I am re-starting our Back In Stock flow on our Shopify Store. We turned the flow off while we updated the styling in our flows.The re-installation is working fine. BUT… I have about 100 customers on the waiting list from the last time we used this flow. Before I turn the flow LIVE, I want to remove those old subscribers from the Back In Stock subscription list,Where can I do that? How can I remove users that are WAITING and have not moved to the MOVED TO NEXT STEP list? I don’t mind losing the entire list if I have to. Thank you!

Email Warmup

I need help with warming up my dedicated sending domain. I’m a new Klaviyo user (made account about a week ago) and have only about 10 emails. I was looking through the guided warming processes but one of the requirements is that I need to be able to send out emails to an already existing list, which I don’t have (I have only about 10 emails). What should I do? Should I just set up the high converting flows (abandonment series and welcome series) and wait?

Using trigger variables in trigger filters

Hi, is it possible to use a trigger variable in a flow filter? Our use case is that we sell a product one-time and subscription. We want to have different flows for one-time vs. subscription. The trigger for one-time is “Ordered Product.” We want to exclude the people who ordered the product as a subscription. However, on the Ordered Product event, there is nothing indicating whether it is a subscription or not. So we have to check another event. We want to make sure they did not have another specific event (Subscription Created) where that product ID = this product ID. Will it work?
