Embed form not showing up in Firefox, does show in Chrome

When I go to my site neuralbalance.com in Chrome, I can see the active embedded form right above the menu in the footer, but it doesn’t show up in Firefox. The section and the text are both present on both browsers but the embed form does not appear in Firefox. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't load klaviyo.js script file

Hello, I followed the required steps to embed a signup form, but klaviyo.js script doesn’t load because browser blocks it. I was able to see it on Safari but Chrome blocks it.I’ve integrated Klaviyo to Shopify, I didn’t add anything manually except the form.Currently I’m using mydomain.myshopify.com URL instead of www.mydomain.com. Is it the problem?Any ideas? Thanks!

How can you segment all emails that subscribed/enter your list over all time? Whether they are still subscribed or unsub already

I would love to know how I can put all the emails that have subscribed and unsubscribed in a store. This means all emails that has ever been connected in a store from the very beginning up until present...all of them. What should be the definition when you're segmenting them? Thanks so much

I plan to offer a 10% discount in both my welcome series and abandoned cart email flows but want to ensure I'm doing this in the most effective way. My main goal is to incentivize new sign-ups and recover potential lost sales without overwhelming my customers with too many discounts. My question: How do you manage the distribution of the 10% discount across different flows without customers potentially receiving and using multiple discount codes? Should I offer separate 10% discount codes for the welcome series and the abandoned cart flow? or is it more effective to use the same 10% discount code across both flows. How to show the amount saved from discounted items? (Not with coupon code)

Hello everyone,I'm currently working on refining our "Abandoned cart email" system, and I'm facing a challenge regarding how to display the amount saved from discounted items. I'd like to clarify that this doesn't involve coupon codes.Here's a snippet of what we have so far in the email template:{{ item.ProductName }} Items: {{ item.Quantity|floatformat:0 }} Total: {{ item.ItemPrice|floatformat:2 }} USD However, we're encountering an issue where the total amount mentioned in the email doesn't reflect the savings customers make from discounted items.I'd appreciate any insights or suggestions to what shortcode I should add to the above. Trigger a Post-Purchase Signup Form?

I’m trying to trigger a pop-up signup form (a short customer survey) on Shopify that shows on the “Thank You” page immediately after a customer places an order.I currently have “Display by URL” activated, with “Only show on certain URL’s” selected, containing the string “/thank_you” (this is the page string that Shopify creates automatically), but upon purchase completion, the form is still not showing.Is there some sort of rule against this because it’s part of the checkout flow? Or am I approaching this the wrong way?

Moving subscribers between klaviyo accounts managed by same umbrella account

We have 2 Klaviyo accounts: 1) old website, 2) new website which we’ve just (soft) launched today. So yay to that.Before launching the new site, we were using the old website’s klaviyo account to get people to sign up for early news, launch day offer etc.Now the new is live, they should really be under the new Klaviyo account.Is there an easy way to move subscribers between Klaviyo accounts?
