Wix Bookings Integrations

I run a business with 12 branches throughout the UK and am looking to set up some flows where if a customer books onto a course at a certain branch, they receive a ‘personalised’ email confirmation from the teacher who operates that branch.I cannot seem to be able to set anything up with Wix Bookings though… It only gives me options for when the purchase something from our shop (which we do not use anymore).In my head, the flow should work something like:Trigger - Customer books onto a course at the Nottingham Branch Trigger Filter - ‘Course/Item Name’ {Nottingham} Email - Sends specific Nottingham Email to customerI hope this makes sense and someone can help.Thank you in advance...

Coupon: Dynamic code expired before the deadline.

Hey everyone,I created an browsing abandonment flow, and created a dynamic coupon to be used in the specific message. When I was testing the code I received, it gave me an error message: “Unable to find a valid discount matching the code entered”.   So went in my profile and checked:The date & time I received the email along with the dynamic code - as of now, it was 6 hours   The expiration date in Klaviyo.> Coupons > Edit code and it was set to issue the code at time of send.  My profile, and it says that the code expired today, even though I received it 7 hours ago.One thing curious that I did not understand is that for the same flow, Klaviyo issued in advance the codes for the next touches, which would be 20% and then 25% off. Here is a screenshot:  Any suggestions of what might be wrong here? Different customers vs klaviyo profiles

I have 237 customers on Shopify, and 243 profiles on Klaviyo.Why don't klaviyo's profiles match my customers on Shopify? How can I see which ones are not on my Shopify customer list but are on Klaviyo profiles?I have removed customers from Shopify and from Klaviyo, but it seems to me that the list of Klaviyo profiles is not updated. How to export file containing Magento categoreis

I can see in customer profiles that we have historical information of cutomers previous order when our store was on Magento platform ( not on Shopify )However when I exprort to csv the Magento information is missing. Has anyone encountered this issue?Thanks

Hello everyone! I need to add a pop-up on one of my websites and I want it to be triggered on certain products, or at least on certain collection on a certain action, like click on product, add to wishlist, anything like that, but one of the most important things is to be linked to one of shopify’s existent buttons. Klaviyo form to collect emails for virtual event sign up

Hey,  I’m organising a virtual event. I’d like to add a klaviyo form to my shopify site to collect email addresses for the event sign up. I’d like these to go into a separate list to my other email sign ups. There should be an option to accept marketing too. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks a lot!

Collecting email from Shopify contact form

Hi guys,     we want to collect emails not only from the standard sign-up form, but also when visitors use the Contact form (in Shopify product pages, contact pages and other places where we place the Contact form). Is it possible to do this with Klaviyo? If yes, how?

Show/Hide Logic based on if someone has made a purchase or not

I’m having trouble figuring out how to use the Show/Hide logic to display a block only to profiles that have not made a purchase, my platform is Woocommerce.I can find syntax examples based on product purchased, age, etc but I can’t figure this one out. I do have a segment of profiles that have never purchased - is it possible the create logic based on a profiles inclusion of a specific segment?I don’t want to do a conditional split as that will make the flow get pretty complicated.

Set up a weekly/monthly repeated campaign

We are an education provider that offers weekly tutor support. It’s only for people who are currently enrolled but its for everyone in that group. So if you’ve just joined the list/segment or whether you’ve been in it for months, you should get support. I want to send this out as a campaign, because as they finish their exams or their course expires, they are no longer eligible for support so they are removed from this list/segment. I want to create a weekly (or 4 monthly) campaigns for the support and send them to the same list/segment. The campaigns should be live and always being sent every week and don’t need to change, but the only thing that will change is the people in the list/segment (whether they are in the audience or not)

Adding Dynamic Content Blocks for Abandoned Cart to HTML Code

Hello, I’m working with some HTML code instead of the Klaviyo template builder and I’m attempting to add a dynamic content block image / product title that pulls through when a user has abandoned their cart with the item. The store operates on Shopify, so will I be inputting the event variables below in the code? Look forward to your response

Can i use Sign up form as a survey form?

I want to create an exit intent form ( a survey form) for those that  add a shopping cart but yet check out.  this is  to collect both register or non register user feedback/survey why their abundance their cart. or  a simple feedback.  Are we possible to do so ? or the form must have email address as requirement fields to be able for it to collect data?    can a list created without email  address? Thanks

Abandoned Cart - when does it start?

I’ve been trying to set up an Abandoned Cart flow for a client, and we’re trying to figure out exactly how it works. The customer isn’t prompted to enter an email until midway through the process (between Information and Shipping) - so that means we can’t send them an email until after the address is submitted. Add to Cart > View Cart > Information | Shipping > Payment > Pay NowHowever, there is a pop-up on the main page to sign up for a free guide. If someone enters their email there, does that mean Shopify is able to track their behavior from that point on - meaning the abandoned cart trigger can occur at any point after Add to Cart?

Making it clearer that consent changes unsubscribe settings

I wanted to give some feedback as a relatively recent user of Klaviyo who generally imports via CSV files, that in the blue Consent and Email Marketing box, it would be helpful to make clear that pressing the Subscribe to Email Marketing button will override the Unsubscribe setting for patrons that exist in the system. In other email systems I’ve used, the unsubscribe setting for the recipient has to be manually switched in the patron details screen before receiving emails again. In the current Klaviyo flow, users could be inadvertently sending to patrons who have already unsubscribed. I had to go to the documentation to confirm that this was the case:

Custom Integration for Coupon Codes

It seems there are coupon integrations for (at least) Shopify and Magento, but I can’t find any information either on the new or old APIs on how to do this for a custom integration.Best case would be I’m just failing to find the right docs, and someone can point me at how to do this.If, however, that doesn’t exist, then I may be able to use the “manual upload” of coupon code methods; however, it’s not clear how this works under the covers.We’re already generating codes, which are generally referral codes on a per-customer basis. So, we could easily export these, however, it’s not clear from the upload docs how we would go about assigning them to specific customers.Here’s an example workflow:Customer visits our website and registers for our contest We generate a unique code for that customer:contest, which they can use to earn extra chances to win when they share the contest via social media or email or whatnot We email them with their unique referral code, that they can share, and also

Coupon applied at checkout that doesn't match the unique code given

We have a pop up published on our site which gives the person signing up a $20 discount off their order. After entering their email address they are given a unique code. When getting to checkout, there is a discount code preloaded into the discount code section, that isn’t the discount code that was given to the customer - the code that is in there is a totally separate code that was not created through Klaviyo, was made in Shopify. The code appearing is completely unrelated to Klaviyo or this promo, it just happens to be the same $ amount. We do not have a fallback coupon set up for this pop up.  Any ideas on how/why this is happening?

Can I create a metric that records if a Buy Now button is clicked?

Hi everyone!I am using Shopify and already installed the Add To Cart → Class snippet.I can see the “Add to Cart” event triggering. But what I am looking for is to understand if there is any way I could also send Add To Cart events when visitors use the “Buy Now” option?Because that option send people directly to Checkout (no add to cart) and the Checkout initiated event is only trigger after completing the 1st step of the checkout (information page). So the problem is that I have visitors clicking Buy Now, not finishing the first information page in the checkout. So this people the last event I have from them is “View Product” How could I measure and send events to reduce this gap between “View Product” event and “Initiated Checkout” (because it triggers on the second page of the checkout)Thank you very much!Regards

About market as spam email...

Hi, I am new to all this and I have a simple question. In a campaign one customer “marked email as spam”.Does this mean that the customer marked it as spam or his email provider (hotmail) did this automatically?It is odd to me since this customer is kindof a friend and we have great contact :)

Opting Customers into a new list from an email

We are launching a new Loyalty program that we want to get existing customers to opt in to. Ideally I want to send an email out to all the current existing customers in our database informing them of the new program and include a link to a form. When completing this form the customer is automatically added to the Loyalty list in Klaviyo.  I attempted to create a sign up form within Klaviyo but this was just a pop up on our website. Can klaviyo create an actual page with a form on it? Thanks

Dynamically looking back at customer journeys

Hi All, I am looking into something for a client of ours, but can't quite figure it out myself. I know you can dynamically show products customers have bought before (titles, images, etc.). But I was wondering if you can dynamically make some sort of lookback to what a customer has done.Let’s say we want to set up an email that looks back at last year and we want to mention how many items a customer has bought or how many purchases they did.We would want to do this in the text, making it look like:“You bought [X amount] of items last year/You made [X amount] of purchases last year” The text between [ ] would then have to be dynamically change to show the correct number per customer.Is this possible?Thanks!

How to find profiles not on List or in a Segment

Hello, We are trying create a List or Segment of profiles we have that aren’t on a List or in a Segment currently and haven’t Unsubscribed so we can clean them up. We created a Segment that was: If someone is/isn’t on a list, Person,  Is Not, List AorIf someone is/isn’t on a list, Person, Is Not, List Betc.  but it’s putting profiles on this List more than once.  That’s before we mess with Unsubscribed or Suppressed profiles. What am I doing wrong?! Thanks!

How to reset metric dimensions?

I’m just getting started with Klaviyo, and as a result, I’m doing some experimenting.I created a custom event, “Registered for Contest” (I’m doing a custom integration with the new API). Since I initially created it, I’ve changed the data that’s being sent with the event.If I do something on the website to trigger the event, I can see in Profiles →  <Profile with event> → Registered for Contest → Detailsthat the correct, new information is coming through to Klaviyo and being stored. However, if I go to Flows and attempt to create a flow based on the event, then set a Trigger Filter, the “Dimensions” for the filter only list the original dimensions that I sent with my first few experiments, not the new/updated “dimensions” that I’m currently sending (and are correctly being stored).How do I get the system to “update” and recognise the new data for the event?
