Spam attacks: How can I block fake email addresses to subscribe?
Hey fam, my client has a case I am trying to solve in multiple ways but nothing seems to work so far. I am a little bit discouraged to be honest. That’s why I am reaching out to you awesome fellow Klaviyo experts! Have you ever faced spam attacks? Еxample: email@example.com In this case the situation is as follows:Shopify eCommerce - integrated with Klaviyo Google reCaptcha is ON Double opt-in on all lists is ON Installed Blocky - Shopify plug-in blocking VPN users (recommended from the Klaviyo chat support friends) Filters in segments List Clean Up - Suppress and Delete all subscribers that haven’t: Checkout Started zero times over all time Viewed Product zero times over all time Clicked Email zero times over all time Clicked Email zero times over all time Opened Email zero times over all time Person is not suppressed for email Received Email zero times over all time That’s what has been done and for some reason even when I removed all sign up forms both foo
How do I export a Klaviyo template into Gmail or Outlook?
Hello! We’re using Klaviyo to have a good email template with information of our company, with pictures and links to our Whatsapp and website.Our business is B2B and we’ll be sending through Outlook our Gmail if we have to. We don’t need to send massive mailings, just to cold emails to a few business partners.Is it posible to export the template made on Klaviyo into the previously mentioned platforms?

I have already gone through the troubleshooting guides and the videos on how to install the sign-up form code snippet. I downloaded the header and footer plugin and copy and pasted the snippet there.I changed the targeting and display time.Klaviyo is installed and embeded. I am not using Internet Explorer.I reran the test in incognito mode.I tripled check the code and copy and pasted directly to the body of the footer.I only have 1 Klaviyo account.I have spent hours working on syncing Klaviyo to my account and being able to enable marketing at checkout. The pop-up and embedded newsletter is the only thing left. Someone please help me.Thank you.
Abandonded Cart block
Hii used a pre-build abandoned cart flow from the klaviyo library.It doesn't appear to render the cart information & display the picture/price/title like i expect it would (used klaviyo a year ago so i think this is slightly different since then).Below is the block, and then a screenshot of what is displayed in the preview (which is the same as live emails that go out)I've searched a lot but could only see advice to go back and copy/favorite the original block, which i have done and still getting no data.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Split fulfilled-order based flow based on current order items
Hi,I want to send a purchase reminder after X days from the order fulfilled date.I’m using a flow triggered by order fulfilled event (woocommerce).If the customer purchased 1 item from category X - I want the reminder to be sent after 30 days.If the customer purchased 2 items from category X - I want the remineder to be sent after 60 days.How can I achieve that?The reminder needs to be sent after x days based on current order items (quantity + category).Thanks!
Event pictures and product pictures do not appear in the Emails.
Hello, I cant figure out why i cant se the product og event image in my inbox when i receive an Email. It looks like this. But when i preview and send it, it works perfectly fine? Do anyone know what to do? Thanks for taking time! Best!
Sign-up Shopify homepage
Hi All,I was wondering if is it possible to add a sign-up-section to my Shopify homepage, so it is easy for the customer to write its´ e-mail. E.g. a section in the footer, or somewhere else on the page. Shopify does have this opportunity for its own system, but I want it through Klaviyo.My problem today is that we have two separate systems for newsletter etc (Shopify + Klaviyo). The best would be to merge these two into one.Thank you.
Background lines on mobile
Hi, I’m getting troubles with grey lines on mobile, not first time and can’t find the right answer so far. It only shows on mobile, desktop works fine.In this project, I turned off the mobile optimisation as it doesn’t slice our emails nicely. It looks like klaviyo took grey colour from background, but uses it to slice my sections in designed campaign. Is there any way I can solve that? - Aggie
File size of individual blocks
Since the size of the delivered file is important, it would be nice to know the exact size of individual blocks in an email so they could be edited to optimize overall file size. This could be displayed in the side panel when a block is selected, or in the preview at least.

Been waiting for some features from Klaviyo for two years now, and based on their forum, it seems I’m not the only one. Why does Klaviyo product team is working on some small unnecessary/useless updates, ignoring the ones that are essential. Updated UX icons in the Flow menu? Woah, incredibly useful. Updating analytics and dashboards when it is known that Klaviyo’s tracking is very inaccurate and on top – removing customization? Great. Is there anyone, working in Klaviyo, who could elaborate, why these features, that are present within every other ESP, are not present in Klaviyo:Link tracking (current link tracking solution is useless, because it doesn’t show you how much times X button or Y hyperlink was clicked – it tracks links, which are unique, therefore, showing scattered data) Public email view (currently you can only share an email template, if the person has a user within that Klaviyo account. New added user is required to use Multi-Factor authentication and can't because no QR Code is presented beforehand. How should I proceed?
I added a new user as an Admin and when clicking on the invite email - he’s taken to a login page with Multi-factor authentication. The problem is no prior screen with the QR Code is presented, so he cannot get the 6-digit number.
Flow and Sign up form
Hey, I created the sign up form offering discount for subscribing (need to increase subscribers number).I also created the flow Welcome customer vs non-customer, there we offer again the discount for subscription. But is it ok? I created so, thinking, that if the person turn off the pop up with discount for subscription but subscribe later on by browsing the website, he could get an email from the welcome flow. But I doubted if it should work this way. Also - I don’t get know I share the discount code with sign-up form? I thought that some email should be sent to the customer once he subscribed but I don’t find there it should be done. Thanks for answering
Adding email to welcome flow- will it send to existing people on. my list?
Hi Everyone, new to klaviyo so still getting a handle on things but I can’t seem to find an answer to this.. I have an active welcome series sending to people that sign up on my newsletter list, but I have recently added a 4th email to that flow but it doesn’t seem to send to everyone that’s received the previous older 3 emails from that series. I’ve been a mailchimp user for years and whenever I’ve added an additional email it always automatically sends to everyone on the list, but that doesn’t seem to be there case here. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!Anna
Can I add a different form in my subdomain?
Hi there,I have a Shopify ecommerce store and a Wordpress informational blog on a subdomain. Can I put a different sign up form on the subdomain than on the Shopify site - I’m sure I can but I can’t think how do it. At the moment whichever form is “live shows up on both sites. Zapier Custom Properties Error
Hi everyone,I am trying to create a new custom property in Klaviyo as soon as a person realize an action on my website. It worked with one flow that I created but doesn’t work for another one.For the second one, I want a new custom property to be created from a new video watched on the website. However, the update happens but the property is not created.The main difference between is that the first custom property is created the moment my customer subscribe. The second one is linked to the update of the customer, meaning that if he acts on the website we update the profile and a new custom property is created.Can you tell me what could be the issue here ?Thanks for your help.
Not able to pull dimensions in Flow filters
I triggered an event which has customer data that includes the first name, last name, email, phone number. I’m able to see all these information on the customer profile but, while creating a flow, when I add a flow filter these properties don’t show up in dimension values. I want to add a flow filter which filters out the people whose email contains gmail.com. For other properties klaviyo shows a list of dimension values, but for email, first name, last name, phone number, it does not show the list of dimenstion values.
First time buyer flow - using instalment plan
I am setting up a first time buyer post-purchase flow for information on what to expect from our service straight away. The problem is, that our customers often purchase an instalment payment plan. We use Magento 2 for our website and this captures the payments as individual orders. As much as I’m sure there is a better way of sorting this out, I am not a developer and really could use just a quick workaround.So someone could pay their 2nd, 3rd and so forth instalment plan, and Klaviyo thinks its a new first time buyer. Is there a way to produce a flow that would only be sent to purchasers on their first order of the same product? So if Klaviyo recognises a new “order” but for a product they’ve already purchased before, it would ignore sending this to them?
Re-Authenticate Facebook Integration
Hello! I have a question about the Re-Authentication with Facebook Integration. Since our credentials have expired I know we must continue with the Re-Authentication by login in again into the Facebook account tied to the Facebook business account needed.My question is, will it be necessary to complete all the steps as if it was the first time making the integration? Selecting a Klaviyo List and then a Facebook Lead Ad … or will I be able to skip those steps since the integration was already enabled? I hope you can help me, thanks!
Merging invalid emails with their first profile
Hello! We’ve noticed recently that we have a lot of emails that are invalid due to, mostly, misspelling. I’ve checked aprox 10 profiles and 8 out of them had already a valid account. I have already merged them (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005073847-How-to-delete-merge-and-export-a-profile#merge-2-profiles3), but i don’t want to do this manually with +200 profiles. I also know that enabling the double opt-in will reduce the number of invalid emails, but since the A/B testing showed up that a larger percentage of the subscribes uses the coupon when we show it on the form, this does not matter. So I have two questions: For the first one i want to confirm why the form (currently set to not appear to already existing klaviyo profiles) actually does appear to people that have a profile. Is this because they are using a different platform (like if they registered on their work computer and are now checking the website from their phone)? And the second and important one: Is
Embedding Product Query Form on Product Pages
Hi,On Shopify, I’m looking to see if there’s a way to embed a form that appears below the product images on a product page that will do the following:Customers will input their email address and phone number, and their enquiry on the product This will then send an email to our inbox that includes their query, and the product from which they submitted the enquiry The email address & number provided will also be added to our newsletter campaign listUltimately we’re looking for a way to collect customer data and provide any support on certain products in a way that stops the customer from navigating away from the product page (rather than clicking on the “Contact Us” page). Is this possible and can someone please advise on the best way to go about this? Is there a third party app that we could use that would be able to link in with Klaviyo in order to have the details on our newsletter campaign? Thank you!
