We currently have a segment template we use lets call that our “mailable list”. I would like to build 2 new segments based on that segment. There would be randomly split into 75% and 25% but that 75 and 25 should remain the same. So if Joe smith gets placed in the 75% segment he would remain there throughout. But if they no longer meet the requirements of the original segment they would fall off like normal. And any new people that meet these requirements would go between both new segments keeping the 75-25 split. Is this even possible? If so how would i go about doing this split?
We’re having an issue with our Welcome flow. Even though we have filters and conditional splits to avoid sending Welcome Email #1 with a discount to customers, it’s still sending. So what is happening is customers who placed an order (and checkmark to subscribe to emails), get an email with a discount and are then manually asking for a refund of the amount. It’s been a headache! It seems to be because Klaviyo and Shopify are not syncing in time. In this case, what can we do? Place a delay? But then it would affect others who signed up via footer or pop-up, who want the email with the discount to place the order.
I’d like to create a win-back / reactivation series for customers who have stopped opening emails. One thing I’d really like to understand is why they have stopped opening in the emails. What is the best way to collect this feedback from customers? Is it possible to insert a form or poll? Thanks
Hello,I’d like to know if is it possible to create a Flow Condition for “New Subscribers” on a list and “Old Subscribers” for those who are already on that list.My goal is to inform everyone (subscribed users and not) of a promotion. We are using different coupons every week. So for me, it is easier to use always the same pop-up form and the same flow. Thanks
I’m new and have a install klaviyo to my shopify store. Previously the email list from shopify was with automizely and when I changed to klaviyo everything populated smoothly to profile. but I could not populate the profiles to my newsletter list so I imported the cvs file instead. Now I have created a flow with email 1 and email 2 to work with the segment that is populated from the cvs file. in the same flow with the same segment list; email 1 fired but didnt have any addresses but email 2 has address. how in the world do I get the address on email 1?
Is it possible to search by property? For example, if you have a text field where you have collected answers from a form, and you have assigned a property to that field, is it possible to search by Property name to see all of the answers you have collected for that Property?
I had a meeting with an ambitious coach with a fantastic vision of helping men save- and get past a marriage.Even though he has a low budget and no traffic, we choose to help him anyway. The website is made on WordPressIt is a 12-week program, and the price is $3.000 per entrance. Our fee is a percentage of every saleMy thoughts to get leads is first of all to:Make a quiz as a top funnel to make people aware of their pain with their current marriage (Give your email to get a conclusion with the current condition of your marriage) Pop-Up (Free value to sign up for a newsletter) Embeds - Sign up for a weekly newsletter Facebook Ads Retargeting (Very limited budget)My questions are:What is your approach to getting leads with a low budget? How can I track sales the best, as it is usually over a sales call, that they buy the course? (We are as mentioned performance-based) Your thoughts on MUST-HAVE Flows and Emails in general? He has an Email list of 18.000 he scraped off the internet,
Hey everyone, Our multi-step sign up form for email and SMS is currently set up to add both to the same “newsletter” list i.e. the SMS keyword is directing to the same list. When I go to generate a list growth report, the SMS keyword numbers are significantly lower than when I create a segment of SMS consented profiles during the same time frame, leading me to believe this is set up incorrectly for reporting. I understand that the email and SMS sign ups should be going to different lists to make reporting more accurate, but this is how it was set up when I acquired the account. When someone signs up for both email and SMS under this popup, will with $source be attributed to the first email form, or the SMS keyword? Would it make more sense to create a segment using the “properties about someone” field and SMS source keyword to see accurate signups?
Hi everyone, I might be missing something here, but is there a way you can create a one off segment WHILST building a new campaign? Drives me bonkers that I have to create and save a segment before creating a campaign, only to then have to delete it after the send (because it’s irrelevant after I send that particular email) Ie, If I just want to resend an email to those who didn’t open the first one, I have to create and save a special segment for that? Rather than just specifying that ‘rule’ inside the new campaign? Cheers, Sam.
So, recently we did an audit of an account that was using Justuno for their signup form and Klaviyo for their email. Looking at what they were doing with JustUno, they were only using it for New Visitor email and SMS capture. Now, Justuno is great with the other features they’ve added in the past year or so; however, this business only needed the welcome capture in the near term. They made the switch to using Klaviyo’s sign up form and saved $300/mo while performance stayed the same..Curious, what are you using for your email capture (and other things you can do with signup forms) and why?Would love to see some unique case studies in creative uses.
We switched the shopify primary domain couple days ago and while we see klaviyo activity and events, we’re down over 50% from before the switch. We’ve added the domain verification to the DNS of the new domain. Re-added the klaviyo connection in shopify. Is there anything else we need to do to get tracking fully operational with the new domain name?
In our ecom shop we saw that at the beginning of every month (1-3.) we are having a super high conversionrate. this is why we want to create a flow which send emails to those that didnt buy any product yet and are in a specific list/ segment. these kind of mails shall be send out only once to those that are on the list and only on the 1. or 2. of the upcoming month.f.e.- you sign up for newsletter on the 10.- you dont buy→ You get an email on the 1. the upcoming month.any suggestions?
I am starting to set up transactional flows. I have come across this on the help pages: You cannot have an entire flow that is deemed transactional, though it is possible to create a flow in which all the emails are transactional. Found on this article. Please can someone elaborate on this as it is confusing. Also, if we can not have an entire flow that is deemed transactional how do we combine (or do we have to create a new flow) for each transactional email we need? ie. order confirmation, order shipped, order completed etc. Thank you.

Hello! I am trying to submit my first email campaign (woohoo). After setting up my campaign, when I go to the review screen, it is completely blank and does not load. I have cleared my cache, tried on different browsers and even signed in on my phone. Please help! Just really want to submit this today. When I click on “support” it won't even let me open the support page.
Hi all,Strange thing happening here. We have sign up forms running across our site for a promotion we’re currently running. For some reason, the sign up forms are appearing in embedded forms on the page. These embedded forms are from Paperform, not Klaviyo, and the page on which it appears is excluded from the sign up form pop up.Anyone have any idea what’s happening?Any help is appreciated.Best,Reuben
