Why does my export have missing address values

Hi all,  I was wondering if anyone can help me or whether there is a quick fix for my problem. I’m trying to simply export one of my segments so that I can create address labels, but the export is missing both address line 1 and postcode/zip code. I’m admin on the account so wouldn’t have thought it was an access problem - can someone point me in the right direction? It’s a fairly urgent problem, the address labels are needed for a mailout happening tomorrow.  Many thanks in advance!

Charge Per Email over Limit

Hi AllI am currently on 94% email usage, with 21 days left of my cycle and need to send out ALOT more emails. How much would Klayvio charge PER extra email sent over the limit of your plan? Or would you HAVE to upgrade your plan?

Custom Integration for Browse Abandonment

Hello. I have a custom website, and therefor, a custom integration with klaviyo. I have Product Detail pages that fire a viewed product event to Klaviyo.I also have a viewed category event that fires to Klaviyo as well. viewed category is the parent to viewed product. These events fire individually as a User jumps from category and product pages to category and product pages. How do I code these emails up so the browse abandonment flows, which target viewed category and viewed product in separate flows, so that all viewed category events from a session get grouped into one email template.

Error in welcome flow analytics

Hey,We have been some errors in the analytics of our emails. The metrics are different when we are in the flow builder section vs when we go inside the analytics of that particular email.This is making it difficult for us to exactly understand what is the exact open rates for our emails. Our Klaviyo account is integrated with the Shopify store. Also there’s a huge gap in our place order revenue vs our order fulfillment revenue. We are facing these issues from October 2021.

Using Event Variables inside Flow Conditional Split?

Hey everyone,Hoping I can get some help with this. I’ll do my best to describe my scenario as briefly as possible.I have two events. Each of those events has some specific event properties listed in them. I’ll list those events and the metadata associated with them here …Event 1: Book AssignedEvent Properties: ISBN, ReleaseDateEvent 2: Book DownloadedEvent Properties: ISBN What I’m looking to setup is a flow that sends an email to the user when they have _not_ downloaded their book after a specific amount of time. The logic I’m looking to do for this looks something similar to this:Flow Trigger → When a book assigned event has been executed and the ReleaseDate value is more than N days.Conditional Split → If the user has an event called Book Downloaded and the ISBN value of that event is equal to the ISBN value of the Book Assigned event, then you can exit. Otherwise, send en email reminding the user to download their book.However, I’ve not been able to find out if it’s possible to use

Why is my embedded Klaviyo form appearing on all default pages?

I’ve been trying to embed a form on my Shopify website that I only want to appear in a specific page but when I follow the instructions Themes > Customize > Select the page > Add Custom Liquid > copy the embed code it appear on the page I want AND in every other Default page. Does anyone know how can I solve this? Can’t find anything in Klaviyo help :(Thanks in advance!

Warming Platform Advice

Dear Klaviyo Community, I hope all is well. My company are aiming to begin warming our platform this week and I wanted to reach out for advice on how best to proceed - as our current marketing strategy doesn't appear to completely align with the suggested warming protocols. At present (with MC), we send x1 emails per week to our subscriber base (~10,100 subscribers). KL advises narrowing this sending population during the initial warming phase, though I'm unsure how best to proceed here - as it is essential that our entire subscriber base receives this weekly newsletter (we have just launched our new collection and would like to promote 1 key style / story each week). How do you advise that we proceed here?  Would duplicating this email and staggering the delivery of the weekly newsletter work? For example, sending this email on Monday to the 30-day engaged segment, Wednesday to the 60-day engaged segment and Friday to the 90-day engaged segment (assuming that KL will not send the emai

Having trouble importing  SMS #’s. When  I have column with “+1” and number, when saved as CSV, the +1 is removed so the file will not upload correctly. Any suggestions?Thanks!

Getting a blank page when I try to create a new list

I’m trying to upload a ,CSV file of email addresses to create a new list. I’ve done this four or five times before as we attempt to grow our email address list. I can navigate to the “Lists & Segments > Create” page, but when I click on the left hand box that says “List”, Klaviyo just takes me to a blank page!  I have rebooted the computer, cleared the cache, logged out, restarted Safari, and even tried from a different computer. Nothing works. At this point, Klaviyo is unusable to me since I can’t even access my lists of hundreds of names. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

How to schedule my list to be sent automatically?

Now, my data has many many emails and I want to schedule them to be sent automatically. For example, my data has 1000 emails, I want to send 100 emails today, 400 emails the next day, and the rest of them the day after tomorrow. Please guide me to do that. Thanks to you!

Custom Product Feed – variants not possible?

Hi :-) I searched the problem without any luck. Hoping some of you has a solution you would like to share with me and my team. Background of the issue: – We have a fashion webshop where we sell cloth = we have master products with multiple variants attached.– We use Magento 2. But the integration stopped adding our new products. Klaviyo support says it is because we have to many products >.< I asked if it would help to delete a big junk of the products, but the answer was no. Not sure why. The solution according to Klaviyo support is: Custom Product Feed. The issue: The person i chatted with from Klaviyo says that the Custom Product Feed can’t handle multiple variants. So can this really be true? And if yes, what is your workarounds?

Is it possible to create a ‘Cart initiated by product name’ report?ie I want to know which products were added to cart and their related volumes.I’ve been able to run a report to find total checkouts initiated by product name but want the same for added to cart.(I already have the added to cart event set up in Klaviyo)

Klaviyo + Shopify profiles

Hello Klaviyo Community, I hope you’re having a great start to your week. I would appreciate some guidance on what the best way to do the following is.  I have a Shopify store and a Klaviyo account which I’ve synced. I can see that heaps of people have subscribed to my marketing via the Shopify checkout. However, with that heaps of people have also chosen not to subscribe.  On Klaviyo - the people who haven’t subscribed are active profiles.  Am I supposed to export the list of people from Shopify that haven’t consented to marketing and upload them to Klaviyo and suppress them or should I remove people who haven’t consented using flow filters on each flow I build or how do I ensure I only market profiles that have consented to marketing?  Looking forward to being guided by the best community in the world!  Warm regards,Rox

Need to seen up a daily send flow starting today

I’m trying to create a new flow that sends an email out every day at 9am to contacts in a segment starting today (day of creation). i’m using the time delay box, set to 0 days, with delay send till X:XXpm GMT.Currently the program isn’t working and time delay box has a yellow warning icon. How can i get this to send please help.Essentialy how do i get a flow to trigger the same day a person is added at a fixed time?

Why is there a discrepency in btw my opened email metric & number of downloads?

Hello everyone,I am somewhat new to Klaviyo, after hiring an agency and having them really drop the ball I’ve realized it’s just better to learn everything and run it in house haha.I am still warming up my account and I’m at around 50% complete. I sent an email blast to a segmented part of our list who is highly engaged. Around 2000 people.We released a free digital product exclusively to our email list. We didn’t send the link or post it ANYWHERE else. Since sending the blast out We’ve had around 30 downloads of the product and around 10 responses to the email. (We asked people to respond for a discount code)Yet Kaviyo is saying only 10% of people opened, only 2 people active on the site, and 0 people clicked the link which isn’t possible.Why might this be happening? Events are tracking from my wordpress fine. I enabled tracking links for the campaign. Seen this with a few other campaigns as well.Any help is appreciated! I definitely need accurate data during this important period of

Wordpress embed not work on pages

I’m new to Klaviyo but not to Wordpress. I was able to add the code to my site, got the pop up working and was able to embed a form on a blog post a few weeks ago.Right now I’m stuck because I’m trying to set up a page with a sign up form. I want to create a QR code that will take people to this page on my website to sign up. But for some reason the embed form isn’t showing when I view the page.I made sure the form was set to everyone, even tried viewing incognito but it’s just not showing. I went back to the blog post I did a few weeks ago that I was able to embed and made sure I was using the same widget. I even made a clone of that sign up form so that I would know it’s all exactly the same. But it won’t show on the page.What am I missing?

Many skipped messages abandoned cart

Hi, Many emails are skipped because of  Failed Filter 'Has Placed Order zero times since starting this flow’. I read a lot articles about the same kind of issue, but I don't understand te logic of skipping.  Using 2 filters triggering a simple abandoned cart flow.
