Is there a way to limit the number of popups to appear?

I have two popups available with a loading delay and they both appear in a single page. I was wondering if there was a way to change the behavior to prevent another popup if one is already shown. Is this possible?

track signups with Facebook pixel

Hi, I wonder if there is a way to setup the Klaviyo signup forms to trigger a Facebook pixel event.The goal would be to optimize Facebook ads for a signup event at our Shopify store. I thought it would be a no-brainer but apparently I can’t figure it out.I tried to use Facebook’s web-interface for custom events, but it won’t recognize the Klaviyo pop up-form. Any help is most appreciated!Best,Oskar

How Do I Collect SMS Consent and Phone Numbers from Previous Purchasers?

Good day everyone! My name is Dayo, a digital marketing guru.I have some issues after setting up my opt-in form on my klaviyo for some of my previous buyers, I created a segment for them which will allow me to schedule a campaign requestng their consent to receive text from me. But after sending out the campaign the opt-in form was not display to them after they click on the CTA button to drop their contact.Kindly assist me on what to do.Thanks.

Why isn't the Product image showing up when I preview or send a test email?

Hello,After adding a Table Block - it looks like the product image is not showing up when I preview in Klaviyo and/or email it to myself as a test. I am attaching screenshots to show you what I mean - any advice on how to ensure the product image shows up would be very helpful.  Thank you!

Getting a blank page when I try to create a new list

I’m trying to upload a ,CSV file of email addresses to create a new list. I’ve done this four or five times before as we attempt to grow our email address list. I can navigate to the “Lists & Segments > Create” page, but when I click on the left hand box that says “List”, Klaviyo just takes me to a blank page!  I have rebooted the computer, cleared the cache, logged out, restarted Safari, and even tried from a different computer. Nothing works. At this point, Klaviyo is unusable to me since I can’t even access my lists of hundreds of names. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Getting wrong Magento Product Url in Abandoned Cart

Abandoned cart fetching wrong product url, On my magento store all products are grouped products. Child products are added to cart but they are individually not visible they are associated to grouped product. So product url should be of parent product instead of child product.

"Added to Cart" isn't showing in analytics

 Hey there!  So like many others, I also have the problem that "Added to Cart" is not showing up in my Analytics.  Our Shopify site’s add to cart button code is here:The code that I have inserted into product.liquid is here: The code that. Shopfiy showing abandoned cart emails as "not sent"

Abandoned cart emails ARE being sent by Klaviyo, but showing as “NOT SENT” in Shopify. Is this the behavior I should expect? I was hoping by integrating Klaviyo into my Shopify store, the two systems would be able to better communicate with one another.

Salesforce Cart Integration getting warning and not working

How to add old campaigns to new email subscribers using a flow?

I am trying to figure out how to send out all the campaigns we have sent to previous subscribers to new subscribers. Once someone new has subscribed we want the ability to send out all the campaigns in the order we had sent them out initially to previous subscribers.Is there a way to do this in Klaviyo through a flow automagically?

How Do I Add Responsive Page Margins in Email Builder?

Hi There,How do we use your email builder to create nice spacing like we see in your own emails?See attached, notice how on desktop the page margins are nice and wide but on mobile they’re smaller. How do we achieve this using your email builder?And how do you set these sorts of block spacing styles template-wide (and override as needed)? Updating preferences on a list

Hi,I’m trying to change a preference form on a List I’ve created (that goes through a flow), but there are no options for me to add any fields in - I’ve attached a screenshot. Is this a bug? I’ve done it perfectly on the Preference Pages form, but just discovered that that only applies to Segments (which is pretty frustrating in itself).Thanks!

Trying to create an un engaged segment for a sunset flow - Need clarification please

Howdy,  Folks, I need your help! Firstly, I need help as I am trying to create a master list - I wanting to take all current lists and create one master list.What is the best way to go about this?  Secondly, I’m a trying to create an un engaged segment for a sunset flow although when trying to add multiple lists, the number of members is obviously too low. Something is making the resulted number of members incorrect. If I create the same segment and only enter one list, the number of members is correct by assumption as I cross referenced the list count to the segment count.Can anyone shed some light towards the problem I am facing?Can I create a segment from multiple lists to begin with? This is the guild I followed >https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017518492-Creating-a-Sunset-Flow Looking forward to your reply :)

Email sending isn't showing like in the preview

Hi all,I recently started using Klaviyo and set up a flow for cart abandonment. I have a list of emails of people who abandoned carts before I started using Klaviyo and would like to also send them my email flows. I did this by importing the list of emails and created a campaign and sent them the same email templates I made from my cart abandonment flow.Here’s my issue:While the preview in the flow changes dynamically according to the event (for example, it will show in the preview the cart according to the customer I’m sending it to), when I sent my first email out to my campaign, the email did not dynamically change and the customer’s cart did not show in the email so the whole thing looked very unprofessional.How do I resolve this issue? Is there also any way to ‘retarget’ previous customers who abandoned cart using a flow I made after?Thanks,Russell

SMS Skipped - Unable to Send SMS

Hi Community. I’ve created an SMS campaign to send, Canada based. All profile Consent was obtained and imported, my toll-free number is not verified (but I read that meanwhile it’s under process of verification, I can still send SMS). However, once I clicked send after awhile it prompted SMS skipped - unable to send SMS. I also tried un-clicking smart send to give it a try, still does not work.Any idea what’s the issue here?  Any help would be appreciated!

Order Confirmation Flows not sending to suppressed customers

I have email flows created so consumers receive order confirmation emails and shipment information. Some of our users are suppressed, yet still order from us. Every time they order their order confirmation and shipment information emails are stopped because they are suppressed. Is there a way to ensure they get these key emails and not our newsletter emails only?

Responsive Input fields & Buttons

I’m struggling with styling my embedded form a bit. I’m looking to achieve a responsive email input field and submit button combination like so: On desktop: On mobile: It seems that out of the box all form templates are static. So if the template has the email input field and button laid out on one row, they’ll stay on one row disregarding the width of the screen (which results in the e-mail address and/or the placeholder text not fitting the input field on smaller screens). Can I achieve the desired effect with the form editor somehow or will this require manual styling?

Why are new customers automatically being added to the Potential Purchasers List?

Hello, I have set up pop-ups on my Shopify store and have noticed that customers are not going to the list which I have specified - as can be seen the image below - I have set up the pop-up sign ups to go to the “Ordrs” list, however, new sign-ups just go to the Potential Purchasers list. Why is this?

Editing a Live Flow

Hi, I have a review request flow where we have been testing 45- vs.  60-days-after-purchase delivery. We did this through a conditional split, where 50% were sent the review request email when triggered by Okendo after 45 days and where the other 50% have a 15-day delay.We would like to update the flow to send 100% of traffic down the 45-day branch. I know this is as easy as updating the conditional split to send 100% of traffic down the 45-day branch, but will updating the flow disrupt the existing email flow? Will people in the 15-day delay branch still receive their emails?Thank you!
