Hello.I am trying to create 2 flows: cart abandonment (for those who added to cart, without reaching the checkout) checkout abandonment (for those that reached checkout and abandoned it before purchase)While I read several topics on the setup, I am still slightly confused with the filter logic.I am using the following filter setup for both of the flows: the cart abandonment flow and the checkout abandonment flow. In both cases, I would like to achieve that the users recieve all abandoned products within 1 email and not 1 email sent for each product separately. Is the bellow filter setup correct for both flows? I am asking because I read that a for the cart abandonment flow, it is enough to include only 2 filters: placed order zero times since starting this flow and started checkout zero times since starting this flow.I appreciate your help with this.
Hello!I cleaned out my email subscriber list on Shopify today, however it will not update on Klaviyo. I changed the subscription status to unsubscribed for about customers signed up for my newsletter list on Shopify because they were inactive. I checked to ensure that my Integration settings were set up correctly. My sync settings have “Newsletter” selected for the list I have Re-Imported the data from Shopify twiceHowever, the Subscribers that I removed from Shopify have not updated to Klaviyo. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate any advice!
Hello everyone. I am stuck. I found templates of how to create flows for certain products and I found the flow of first time customers. but i am not sure how to combine those two things to create a flow that we need. i need a flow that is for first time customers that purchase a certain porduct where an email is triggered to send to them after fullfilment. and then they would leave the flow after the email. help please Brittany
The subject kinda says it all. I sent an email with a fixed width of 600px and a colleague sent me a screenshot of what she saw which was much wider (about 800px). A 600px image did not fill the email width and paragraph text was much wider than it should have been. Anything to be done about this?
Hey guys, trying to set up our abandoned cart flow and it doesn’t seem to be working. It used to work a few months ago and suddenly it’s stopped. I have checked the activity and the integration seems to be fine. I tried to have a play around with it and noticed it was set to static so I changed it to dynamic but that still did not work. Anyone have any advice? I have attached screenshots of what settings we currently have
Hey guys, my price drop flow is not showing the correct values for the “sale price, was and you save”. Here is showing to me now (sent a test email to me): And here is how it should be:Sale Price $100 Was Price: $125 You Save: $25Here is how the email looks right now (used the pre-built klaviyo Price Drop flow): It also says to the test email I sent to myself: You can now purchase it with a 20$ reduction! But it should be 25$!Here is the main trigger of the flow: Can someone help me please get those values correct? Thanks
Not sure how to describe this but here it goes..Somehow as customers enter our website, their data is automatically added to Klaviyo’s newsletter list. I’ve spoken with Shopify’s team and they say it is nothing on their end or other third party integrations causing customer data to be generated and added. We do not currently have a static newsletter submission form on the live site and have turned off cart abandon in Shopify. My understanding is the only other way people could subscribe to the newsletter is from orders, which these individuals are not ordering. Any thoughts? I do not want to bother people who are uninterested in communications getting emails.
Hello Klaviyo Community! Does anyone have experience and/or feedback you can share on email verification solutions? For brands that are still using single opt-in, I need a solution to clean and remove typos, spam traps and other risky addresses. I’ve used Neverbounce in the past, but I know there are several options such as Zerobounce, Kickbox, Debounce, etc. Can you please share any experience and/or recommendations for the best solution? Thanks in advance! Adam
This was possible using the old version of the Python SDK however it does not appear to be possible here (or I”m missing). I’d like to grab all events in my account but only those that pertain to a certain set of metric_ids and for a specific time range. The problem with just grabbing all events is that on certain days, I’m grabbing 1million+ events which I don’t need. I’m hoping if I can narrow my query to a certain metric Id my query would take a lot less time. Is this possible with the new version of the API?
I’ve been searching this forum for a while for an answer but can’t find one surprisingly...Without violating any laws or breaking Klaviyo’s acceptable use policies or terms of service, is there a way to send a cold email flow to leads (who publicly display their email addresses for their business) without receiving the opt-in email from Klaviyo?
I’ve been using Klaviyo nearly every day for the past 2 years and find myself custom coding a lot of things to gain greater control over element styles (where I can). I’m requesting these features for 3 reasons:Speed up the time it takes to create an email (minimal-no coding within text blocks) Provide greater control over styling, allowing for more unique designs Maintain client-friendly templates (no dealing with coded blocks) These are the most common things I would LOVE to see: Email EditorAdd border-radius as a UI option for images. And add an option to control hover styling. Add text-alignment UI option for images (alt text always shows up left-aligned and looks bad in center-aligned designs). Leave 18px (default mobile padding) when full width on mobile is selected for buttons; or have an option to toggle the 18px on/off. And add an option to control hover styling. Add valign=”middle” to split blocks.Add ability to control individual column padding in split blocks and use class=
HiI’m due to launch a crowd funding campaign. I want to send daily emails promoting this but was worried i would spam people too much and so was considering a different signup form for the campaign. There will be a page on my website dedicated to the campaign. I would ask my existing audience to join in but they wouldn't have to if it’s not for them. Can i get some advice on people experience or the best way to manage this sort of thing? Maybe a two sign up forms? different list? any ideas welcomed! Kindest regards
Hey guys, how are you? I had a graphic designer create a full template inside of Canva for us to use in Klaviyo for emails, however, it looks like importing via HTML doesn't work properly. It seems as though we have to take each image inside of canva, save it and upload it separately as we like it inside of canva and then upload it as an image. We wouldn't be able to edit it inside of Klaviyo aside from adding our own links and images, so everything that was uploaded would have to be to our liking and we couldnt change it inside klaviyoAm i missing an easier way to make this happen? ThanksJordan
I’ve setup a RECENTLY_VIEWED_PRODUCTS feed to show products a customer has recently viewed.I’m planning on using this in a sale campaign as a way to personalise the email. In preview I can see that when a product that a profile has viewed is out of stock (OOS), it shows in the email with £0.00. A click thru reveals the product is OOS.Is there any way to ignore individual products that are now OOS?
Hello People,I have found this post: The recommendation here is to run multiple stores + Klaviyo accounts… Shopify Markets is in Beta now, the benefit is to sell to multiple markets from one store. Therefore, the recommendation seems to be a bit outdated, since the benefit of Shopify Markets is to sell internationally from one single store. As far as I understood, it is more ore less the same technology and options Shopify offers today but bundled differently. We currently run our store in EN but are about to add DE as a second language. Customer marketing+forms and so on has to be bilingual too. Is there a Best Practice approach how to run (lists, flows, forms, content, ...) in multiple languages without unnecessary overhead? Thanks!
New editor - text blocks use DIV instead of P and strip out non-breaking space character when exporting
Hi,Trying to create some email templates - when I use a text block and type normal text it wraps it in <div> tags instead of <p> which the old editor used. This is good for Outlook emails, since adding a linebreak between “paragraphs” adds a<div> </div>which Outlook seems to honour and saves having to do the old manual trick of adding<!--[if mso]><br><![endif]-->after each <p> tag within a block. Some of these templates we need to send from our internal system - but when I export the HTML it is removing the non-breaking space (&nbsp;) from between the <divs> - this means all paragraphs are squished together.eg: In a text block I type:Some wordsAnother paragraphViewing the code it is:<div>Some words.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Another paragraph</div>But when I export, it becomes:<div>Some words.</div><div> </div><div>Another paragraph</div>Can you please ad
I used my two gmail emails to test my welcome email flows and both of them got the email with no problem, but when I use my school domain email @xxx.edu to sign up the newsletters, I didn’t receive anything. I checked the spam, no emails there either. Does someone know what’s wrong with it? Is it only for school domain? Or any other domain like yahoo or outlook also can’t receive it? Thank you!!
Hi Community,I have a question regarding list deduplication. Is there a way to avoid to subscribe to a list for profiles that are already in another list.Right now if someone try to subscribe to list again with the same email address using embeded signup form he received thank you message but Klaviyo don't trigger DOI as this profile is already in list.Is it possible across many lists?
Hi All, We use Klaviyo on a multilingual Shopify Plus (English and French)Language is set by a custom property "language".For forms, the custom property is set to the language of the form. However, I block for the checkout. I had the idea to make a flow that would define the custom property according to the country of the user: if the user is in France then language=FR, otherwise EN.What do you think about it ? How to make this Flow ?Trigger "When someone Checkout StartedConditional split "Someone's proximity to a location" -> Country ... but I can't define a specific country… Thanks !
Hi,I’d like to be able to assign more than one value to one custom property. For example, I may have a custom property of “Interests”, and I may collect that information from a sign up form with both radio button questions and multiple check box questions. I also want to be able to assign an additional “Interest” value according to certain actions they take in the email, such as clicking on a certain link. I don’t want the old value to be overwritten. Is there a way to accomplish this?I understand that I need to use the list/array data type, and that there is a way to do that if I upload a CSV. My question is how to create list/array data type properties through sign up forms or in-email behavior. Anyone has any experience with this? Thanks!Dawn
