Adding customers to list once they place an order
Hi there,I would like to know if I can add my customers to the list once they place an order.I’m using woocommerce. I know that we can setup a checkbox in the checkout but it isn’t that convenientbecause not everyone will select it. or see it in the first place.Thank You.
Automatically move profile to different list on user action in email
Hi there, I am currently trying to sort the profiles into different list based on their language.So far so good but there might be a few mistakes with the sorting.I’d like to add an action (button, link, whatever..) in my email that proposes the user to be moved from the list of language A to the list of language B and thus be removed from list of language A.I’d like to perform those actions automatically without having to manually exporting and reimporting to or deleting from lists.Ay suggestions for that? Thanks a lot :)
Track VALUE of Facebook Lead Ad
Hi,I want to be able to track the value of daily orders by segment. is this possible?I have integrated my Facebook advert to my Klaviyo account and have a lead ad running that offers 10% off first orders. I want to isolate everybody who filled out this lead ad form, was added to a list of new subscribers, and placed an order.I have put them into the same list and flow as organic subscribers to make sending emails easier. My problem is that I can run an engagement report on this segment - which is useful - but it summarises too much. It gives an avg. order value but I need to see accurate daily orders from this audience.TL;DR = how can I see daily revenue generated on a segment level?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
How to delete event history and recipient records when deleting a profile?
I want to delete a profile and wipe all of its data completely, so that the profile can come back as a completely new customer.In the help docs, it says “When deleting, the profile’s event history as well as every recipient record associated with the profile will remain in Klaviyo.” Is there a way to delete all of those associated data?The reason I want to do this is we have customers who leave and then return, repetitively. When they return they need to re-trigger a Flow, and the only way to re-trigger it is by cloning the Flow. If they leave and return 20 times, we will end up with 20 clones of the Flow.
Will a Shopify Customer Registration Form Unsuppress a Profile?
Hi, will a customer registration through the Account/Register form on Shopify unsuppress a profile? We had a customer who was suppressed and signed up to create an account on our site and they didn’t get an email for a special product drop. Looked at their profile and saw their account was still suppressed. Not sure if I need to change a setting or if it’s not possible. According to this help article it says a supported 3rd party form will unsuppress it, but not sure if the Account/Registor form in Shopify counts as that. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078267-Guide-to-Unsubscribes-in-Klaviyo#when-someone-unsubscribes-and-re-subscribes8 It is important to note that an unsubscribed, and thus suppressed, profile will need to resubscribe either via a Klaviyo form or supported 3rd-party form to be unsuppressed. Is there a way I can see the latest full list of active profiles in my account?
Hi, this may seem like a dumb question. I’m aware that I can only see the top 50 active profiles. I currently have 276 and I would like to know the best way to see this list. I know I can export it and then import it but this is a static list only based on the export. I’d like a way to see the latest list at any time. How could I do this please?
What's the best way to clone or duplicate a segment?
Hi all, I have a segment (not list) of 13K subscribers that I want to subsegment further by email “starts with”. I want to send to groups of ~500-600, so for the first batch, I started creating a segment “email starts with aa” or “email starts with ab” or “email starts with ac” all the way up to “email starts with am”. I feel like this is a very error prone way. What’s the shortcut / best practice?Thanks!!
Can I move the results of a segment into a list?
I have a new list created based on a facebook ad campaign. This list receive a very specific flow for a short period of time. Once the user has completed the flow and received no emails for 14 days, they are put in a segment. At this point, I want to add that segment to my MAIN Newsletter list. How can I do this?
Mailchimp email list and Klaviyo Integration issue
I have finally got my flow set up that I currently use in mailchimp so I am trying to get my email list moved over to klaviyo so that I can turn on all my flows and stop using mailchimp. My klaviyo is showing 1300 email when I go to my account section, but 1300 emails are not showing up in my lists. So I followed the video and put in the specific list ID from mail chimp that I wanted to integrate over into my lists, and I have done it 2-3 times now and absolutely nothing shows upWhat am I doing wrong?
how to clone / duplicate LIST settings?
When I create a new list, is it possible to clone the settings and formatting from another list?It seems crazy there's no easy way to keep colors and font choices and other customizations when creating a new list. It would be super helpful to have this instead of having to customize every list from scratch with our brand colors and voice etc.
How to completely remove a subscriber
I have been testing subscriber webforms in Shopify and I can subscribe to a list fine. When I do another test I remove the email address manually but I cannot subscribe again. I have searched for the email address and it does not appear anywhere.Can someone tell me how to completely remove a subscribers email?It must be recorded in Klaviyo some where but I cannot find it.Thanks in advance.Paul
Shopify newsletter sign up not showing up in Klaviyo
Hello, I just intergrated the Shopify newsletter footer to connect with Klaviyo Newsletter list which will put the newly signed up person into the welcome flow. It’s showing up in Shopify but it's not showing up on the list in Klaviyo or sending in the flow after the sign up on Shopify. I have Shopify & Klaviyo set to single opt in. My theme in Shopify is Debut. Thank you for your help
Segmenting by UTM/Paid Tags?
Besides software like Segment.com, is there a way to simply “tag” users by UTM so that no matter what page they end up visiting on the site, they get dumped into the right email flow?For example, if I have a customer searching for E.D. and clicking through from a paid ad to our E.D. specific landing page, then they click to home, or the product page and end up engaging with a pop-up -- can I tag that customer based on what they came to the site for?We want to ensure our customers receive relevant emails, not generic stuff.

How can I upload consent and properties via a List import?
Hello, Just a quick one really. We ran a collaboration competition with a brand where we gained constent from those entering the competition to join our mailing list too. I want to import these people to my main list and will do this via a CSV with their email address and any other info we have. I also want to make sure their profile is set up with consent method to say they came from that competition. What property should I be using in my CSV to ensure this is imported with the list?If there are people on the list who are already a member in my mailing list, as this might be possible, will it just update their profile and not duplicate, make a new version. And I take it as soon as I import them they will be directed into my welcome flow? But those who already exist won’t go into it? If that makes sense? Just any completely new member? ThanksShelle
Need to create a tricky segment for one-time purchases who have 2 purchases...
Okay this is sort of a weird one but here we go.We currently have a segment that adds customers in who have placed one order over all time. These customers then get added to a flow where they get a series of emails.Currently, due to some shipping issues we’re dealing with, if the item is over a certain weight, we have to create a draft order with a 100% discount to generate a shipping label for it. I won’t get into the details because it’s hard to explain, but basically this customer now shows as having ordered twice as that is what shopify is telling Klaviyo.Basically, what I’d like to do is edit this segment so that it shows customers who have only ordered at most 2 products, where one of those orders is $0 OR customers who have ordered one product over all time where value of product is greater than $1.I’m having a hard time figuring out exactly how to do this, so figured I’d ask here. Opt-Out Of Campaigns - Without Landing Page
Hi, I’m trying to set up an option to opt-out of future campaigns (e.g. Mother’s Day). This guide below” is really helpful, but unless get these properties from a sign-up form (which would exclude existing customers), it looks like I have to create a landing page. Is there a way to get subscribers to opt-out of upcoming campaigns without having to direct them to a landing page? Thanks so much.
