HiI am building a waiting list for a new campaign launch. To get the maximum of sign ups, I would like to send an email to all my database to give them an option to sign up to the waiting list.The desired flow here, is that when they receive the email to allow them to subscribe to the waiting list, they can simply click the button “Subscribe” from the email, and it will automatically add them to the list.Once they have been added to the waiting list, they get redirected to a “Thank You” page.Is this something possible?ThanksVincent

Hi all,I’m trying to have a custom unsubscribe page where i ask users the reason for their decision.So besides the usual ‘unsubscribe’ button, I have a list asking users why they want to remove their email.I followed the steps in here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077067-How-to-Custom-Code-an-Unsubscribe-or-Manage-Preferences-Page to create a custom page.I’ve also followed the steps here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005074627-Guide-to-Properties to add custom properties when my users initially sign up.So the way im trying this is:I have a hidden input named ‘unsubscribed_reason’ when users sign up. (I have tried the same property with a $). In my unsubscribe form, I (try) to send this property back with whichever option the user selects. I would expect to see said property updated under the user profile after they have unsubscribed. This is the step im missing. Hi everyone, Can you help me identify the definition I should be using when segmenting the CURRENT PAID USERS from FREE TRIAL users of our brand. I already segmented those who are currently in free trial. But the metric I use [ 'rc_active_subscriber ] appears true to both users, either PAID or FREE trial users. So, how can I create a segment of those on PAID SUBSCRIPTION only [ EXCLUDING the FREE TRIAL users] Thanks,

Hello, I have a large existing list and would like to add a manage preference option to my campaign email footer that allows customers to decide what email content they want to receive from us. There are three categories of emails we are sending, which are sales & promotions, new product releases and blog posts.I have not put a manage preferences link in the emails yet, or segmented anything yet. I do have a custom page set up with radio buttons that they can check off for each segment of emails they are interested in, but I find this strategy backwards as my current list is technically already subscribed to all 3 (as we only segment based on engagement so far). I need some guidance on the best strategy for executing this project and best set up for the custom manage preferences page. Thanks,Alicia
I have tried and tried and tried linking my pop I created, to an existing welcome flow I created for discount for new subscribers to my mailing list. I have tested this with my own 3 emails and no matter how much I have played with the settings I don’t get my email with the code I out on it from the welcome series flow, I get this email attached below. Please help me resolve this matter! Thanks in advance.

Hello,I had the article about Lists & Segments several times but still don’t understand how segments work. Can someone help me with the following questions?My sign up form has two options: Boys and Girls. Depending on what people select, their profile goes to the corresponding segment (Boys, Girls). Is this correct? There is also a Newsletter list which I never understand where the profiles come from. How do profiles get added to this list? Will there be duplicate profiles? For example, is it possible for someone to be in both a segment and list? I have existing subscriber list from Mailchimp that needs to be added. It looks like I can only add them to the newsletter list not segments. Why?Thanks!
Hi,Our store has a product “A”, which is getting 1000+ of purchases a month, but they usually do not return. So out of our 500 products, we want to single out customers who purchase product “A” by itself and only once for targeted flows. Example:Person bought product A once and only that specific product in any quantity. We do not want to include people who purchased other products together with it. Is this possible? Thanks :-)
Hi friends, Is there a way to create a segment of customers that bought more than 1 unit of any product over all time? My purpose is to know customers that purchased products for gifts, since I know nobody buys two equal books for oneself.I don’t want to segment for specific products (that would be an easy filter), but for any product.In the segment there could someone that bought the same product in different orders (happens more often) or customers that bought more than 1 of the same product in a single order (doesn’t happen much).
Hi, I've created a segment to pick up AUS and NZ country profiles. Properties about someone > country > equals > Australia Properties about someone > country > equals > New ZealandI have about 500 profiles that fit this but the segment isn't pulling anyone in… Do I have to wait a while or am I missing something?
Hello - I’m new to Klaviyo and set up a welcome email. I found that if users subscribe to my newsletter on my shopify site, they don’t get added to the newsletter list in klaviyo and don’t get a welcome email. I wen’t through and manually tagged all existing subscribers in shopify with the “newsletter” tag which finally put them on the newsletter list, but RESENT a welcome email to all current subscribers - from months ago. This is infuriating as now I have to send out another email to explain the error and risk unsubscribes. Why would the system welcome subscribers that are legacy??
Hi! I’m trying to update a single Custom Property for all my subscribers in a particular list. There are a lot of subscribers so I don’t want to have to do this one-by-one by clicking into each subscriber and updating the Custom Property. Is there a way to upload a CSV file that would override or update the Custom Properties of the subscribers?
I have a segment set up for my Sunset Subscriber Flow and it’s pulling incorrect profiles.The segment has a condition of “opened email zero times in the last 90 days” and upon looking through the very first profile in the segment, I can see this customer has opened an email in both December and November. It’s January 5th, so both of these dates fall within the 90 days. I don’t want to be sending list cleaning emails to individuals who are engaging with our brand. How can I fix this?
HiHopefully someone has experience of this as I can’t believe we’re the first to try this.We want to do an onsite survey for website visitors.It’s a 3 question survey to get a steer on why they are browsing and what help we can give them.Question 2 depends on the answer to question 1, question 3 depends on the answer to question 2.Klaviyo can’t handle the answers triggering different follow-on questions so they advised using Typeform.It ends up with customers dropping into 1 of 8 different “categories” after question 3. Each of which we will handle through different flows.Has anyone done similar and how do you link each “category” with a segment in Klaviyo? Hope that all makes sense. ThanksAndrew
Hello all, happy new year.I wanted to ask first here before reaching out to support. I have create a submit form offering a first purchase discount code if they suscribe to my newsletter, this form is tied to the newsletter list and has double opt-in enabled, so far I have had approximately 10 new subscribers but they are not showing in the list itself, I can see the consent status as green in their profiles and I can see them in the shopify admin as subscribed, source property is the form, but they are not in the actual list, I tried importing from shopify to klaviyo but it says that the record already exist.Edit to add that I have the collect subscribers enable in the integration settings.Has anyone faced something similar?.Thanks a lot for taking the time to read and reply.Regards.
When I export a list manually from Klaviyo, I can choose all of the property (i.e. column) available from those lists. In my case I have 66 properties(data) for each of lists members, but when I pull them from the API, I can only extract 33 properties from each members from a single pull.Is there any way for me to extract the other 33 properties available from a single pull?
I have suppressed a customers email in Klaviyo, because they complained about getting so many emails from the flows (they are a subscription customer). Now that I have suppressed their email, will that stop them receiving all emails in the future from any flows that they may get added into automatically by the system? If not, how can I go about this? If I delete their profile, when their next subscription order comes through it’ll readd them back in and they will go back into the flow sequence.
