I uploaded my Aweber list of 343 opted-in people into Klaviyo. When I check my Master List it shows all 343 were imported; however, only 221 show in the Master List.In addition, my Profile List shows 234 active profiles.Where are the other 122 people from my imported Master List?I am confused.
I’m trying to manually add a customer’s information / profile and there is no “add email” like there is on the suppression list. How would I go about doing this? I should be able to manually go in and enter the name and email address of the person who wants to receive our emails. Help?
I’ve been working all day to setup my new Klaviyo account. I’ve been working through the Shopify & Klaviyo Onboarding checklist. I’ve completed the steps for Shopify integration (verified the JS scripts for site and product tracking are in place). I’ve browsed my site with a profile and see metrics. I’ve created an embedded subscription form that’s pointed to my Newsletter list. However, when I test email signups, these subscribers are automatically added as consented profiles and I never first receive the email confirmation to opt-in. Further, these profiles are not added to the Newsletter list.I have configured a custom sending domain and validated emails can be sent by sending previews of some of the email templates.I’ve checked my Newsletter list settings and I have double opt-in turned on. Can someone please look at my account and help me resolve this?
Hi Guys! I’m quite new to using klaviyo, I am having issues with the emails not showing up on a list even though that list is connected to the sign up form where we get the emails to opt-in into for the flow. So they show up on the sign up form but not on the list and they do not receive the flow. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hi there, I would like to know more about my subscribers. I want to integrate this in my welcome flow. At first I wanted to use checkboxes in my email and connect those to custom properties. Is there a way this could work in Klaviyo? As a back up plan, I wanted to link to a manage preference page, using the manage preference tag in a button. Also this is not working. Does anyone have experience with this? :) or maybe some other great ideas? Thnks!Krizia
Hi all!I appreciate any responses to a question I have in relation to how segment tags and lists can be linked. My goals is to send emails based upon a set of preferences specified and collected in one subscription form. (equipmentsurpluslist.com/alert)I would like to automatically send listings of products within specified area of search once they are listed to the site. Can this be done using Klaviyo? Thanks in advance!Eric
I’m brand new to Klaviyo, so please bear with me.On my website, I want to have a sign-up form offering a 10% discount to anyone who signs up, and hopefully uses that discount to become a paying customer. Is it best to have those people on a list or segment? Also, how do I create a list/segment just for people who made purchases? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me.
Hi there,we are new the Klaviyo yeah.just looked through the predefined lists and saw a lot of @marketplace.amazon.com emails which have been imported, but don't have double opt-in. how can I make sure those ppl don't get a email?we are switching from DRIP to Klaviyo and want to start with a fresh install :) Elenio
Hey,everyone gets added to my Klaviyo Profiles List but for some reason not to my Newsletter list. I already tried to turn off the opt-in feature but it didn’t work. Does my shopify store need to be public to everyone in order to work? I’m currently in the testing phase.
Hi, I have difficulties managing the list segments. For testing purposes I have also made two similar list, with exactly same rules, but they show different amount of users in it. and i have NOT set any date range in the segment, but havde chosen “over all time”I have made a costum property called “Favorite Club”.Many users have written there Favorite club when they have signed up, and I have also tried manual important a lot of users, also with a column called Favoritclub. For example this list:https://i.postimg.cc/FRGj9XzQ/favorit-club-list.jpg But when I import it dont work correctly. It simple only add some of the users correctly, but not all. very strange.Anyone experience similar problems?
Hey guys, We recently switched from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. We have a list of about 54k subscribers, with around 11k unengaged (from Mailchimp). I exported a CSV of the unengaged segment and added it to the suppression tab in the profiles section. However, when I look at the Newsletter (which they were all a part of), the number is exactly the same. Does supressing them not remove them from the main list? Am I doing something wrong? The active subscribers number has been updated.
I’ve read the help files on this and it refers to going to Account → Settings → Profile Maintenance. However, under “Remove profiles”, there is nothing under “Select an option”. If I just click “Delete People”, then it takes me to the account page where it says how man profiles I have… However I legally need to delete them. I cannot figure out how to make them go away if the process in the help docs doesn’t work.Any advce?
Hi there,I’ve just run into an issue with segmenting by collections, one that I haven’t come across before. We’re integrated with Shopify and usually segment our audience by purchasing habits - so by collections/categories. However, I’ve noticed today that while all of our Shopify collections are listed as an option to filter by, there are also collections titled ‘collections:name’ which don’t exist in our own Shopify backend. After testing these, the ‘collection’ titles pull the incorrect data. Can anyone shed some light on what these extra collections are/why they exist? Thank you.
We recently added the sms option to our website signup form, and I would like to add the phone number field to the Subscribe page for that list. Currently I don’t see that as an option. The goal is to send social traffic strait to the Subscribe landing page url with the option to sign up for sms messaging. Any advice is appreciated!
Hello, so from my understanding, klaviyo uses shopify’s built in email list to manage the people you are going to email. But say I want to run a special promotion with specific people, and if I add them to a list, won’t they just get bundled together with all the other emails ? Is there a way to tell klaviyo to only email specific people that opted in from a specific page only ? and have a flow based on that ?
I have been testing subscriber webforms in Shopify and I can subscribe to a list fine. When I do another test I remove the email address manually but I cannot subscribe again. I have searched for the email address and it does not appear anywhere. Can someone tell me how to completely remove a subscribers email? It must be recorded in Klaviyo some where but I cannot find it.Thanks in advance.Paul
I am trying to create a segment of users who have a specific tag on their order. I am using the shopify app “Order Tagger” to tag my orders, and I would like to create segments with these tags. See below my attempt at creating this list. When I create this sement, there is only one user in the list. I have hundred of users that have this specific tag. Here is is screen shot of a few of these users that have these tags.
I’m trying to segment a list from an A/B/C split test email that went out.The segment was created, then the campaign was split test. Two groups got unique offers. The third group got no offer.I’d like to follow up with the groups that got offers to remind them they expire soon. How can I do this? I can't currently even see who got which email.
