[WooCommerce] Is there any way to see if a user is a guest or registered?

Hello,On our WooCommerce website, we have both guests and registered users who place orders.I’d like to set up a flow to encourage guests to create an account (eg. after their second order). I can’t seem to find any way to distinguish guest users from registered accounts in the data Klaviyo has on our store. How to collect properties for each recipient?

Hi everyone, I am looking to send out an email to learn what kind of emails each customer is interested in. I plan on using buttons for each of the properties they can choose from. Currently how it’s set up: there are 4 buttons and when the customer clicks one, it leads them to a webpage. If they click the back button, they can go back to the email and click another button so that they can add a second property to their profile. However, most people don’t go back to their original email again, so it is unlikely that the customer will choose more than one button, if they are interested in more than one kind of email content.  Is there any way to have a mutli select button option in the email itself, and then have a submit button once they select all that apply? And simply have one pop up webpage after they have submitted?  I plan to use the properties they choose to add them to different segments based on what kind of emails they like to receive. Storing input fields from website into Klaviyo Profile

Does anyone know if it’s possible to store an input field on our website (shopify) into the user’s Klaviyo profile as a custom field? For example say on our shopify product page (not a klaviyo sign up form) there’s a input field called ‘foo’ where the user enters free form text.  We want to take the value of the input field ‘foo’ and save it as a custom property in the user’s Klaviyo profile with every key press as the user is inputting values into the foo input field (ideally with a straight javascript call to Klaviyo on the product page without the use of any custom built apps).

Viewed Product Shows in Activity but NOT in Segment

Greetings, We are seeing “Viewed Product” tracked in the activity log, complete with URL, ProductID, Name, and so on. However, when creating a segment to try to isolate users who have viewed a specific product, the segment returns null. I am able to find a user (or group of users) who fit the parameters in the activity feed, but the segment does not include them. Segment setup is super simple:  Any ideas?

Growth statistics for a segment

Hi everyoneI’m new to the group so apologies in advance if this has been asked. I searched but could not find it.I am wanting to see growth statistics of a segment for the last 6 months, preferably weekly. I understand you can do this for a list but is there a way i can do this for a segment?

Unable to add members to LIST through API using Go

I am unable to add members to List using the following code,  https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/add-members I used payload as, -d '{"profiles": [{"email": "george.washington@klaviyo.com"}]}'I am using right right LIST_ID and API key, but still it is complaining like this, <h2>Sorry, that page isn't actually here.</h2>   <p>The address you asked for didn't work for some reason. How to schedule segments to be exported automatically?

Hello,I’ve created about 10 segments for my marketing team to get an idea of the count (no. of students) in each specified segments.  They want to be able to pull this  data on a quarterly basis and I was wondering if there are any suggestions for exporting this data automatically (even if it needs to integrate with another tool)?  I want to create a dashboard or a dynamic report of sorts that the team can pull or receive an email with the data updates without them having to go in and search for the data or a lot of manual steps.  Since multiple people use the system, I’ve organized my segments with tags.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to automate segment data?Thanks

How can I calculate the Historic CLV and Total CLV in the CLV Calculation Template from the Predictive Analytics Course?

I am currently taking this course - Using Customer Lifetime Value Data in Klaviyo  I am having trouble with filling out the CLV Calculations Template. In the video in the course I understand how to reference Predicted CLV, however for the other two (Historic CLV and Total CLV) the video completely skips how to identify the thresholds. Attached is a screenshot of my calculations tab. I am trying to understand how to use the table on the left with my threshold groups.  Would anyone be opposed to explaining this to me as it was not clear in the video or the course contents.

How to export full report for customers include what he purchase!

Hello, Im trying to export reports from the website, The report should include customers details, and what they purchase and purchase history. more then that im trying to export Products views as well but i wanna know who looked at this products and not just the views or click and so on.basically i want full reports in CSV but couldn't fint any segment or list to match what i want, i even tried API and thats limited as well…. someone knows how to do so?

How To Filter Profiles to Ensure Compliance and Deliverability

Hi everyone!I am new to the platform and our company have a list of approximately 30K contacts over years in business. Facebook Leads Integration

Okay, so I’m setting up a lead form ad on Facebook. The goal is that the leads will be sync’d up with a list and flow in Klaviyo. However, when I try to link the list with the facebook lead ad in the settings I get this error, Error validating access token: Sessions for the user are not allowed because the user is not a confirmed user.What does it mean and how do i fix it? Street Address not in new API?

Hello All:We are using a WordPress plugin to import new leads into Klaviyo. The plugin developer says that the new API does not include a field for Street Address. If this is true, are there plans to include it in the future? We would like for our forms to fill out all corresponding fields available in Klaviyo.

URL for tracking signups

My advertising team has asked for a URL to track their sign-ups. I have created a totally dedicated page on my Shopify website using the an embedded Subscribe & Preference Pages.I have the overall URL for the signup page but they are asking for a URL after a client submits their details.Is this possible? Removing the Event Value From Profile Activity Object

Hello. When posting a profile activity via Klaviyo’s API, the activity object has a value property that is named according to the event, e.g. if the event is “Exception” the property will be “Exception Value: 0.00”. How do I remove this property? I’m not sure why it is populating automatically.

Why was my Welcome Flow sent to Current, not New Subscribers?

Hello - I’m new to Klaviyo and set up a welcome email. I found that if users subscribe to my newsletter on my shopify site, they don’t get added to the newsletter list in klaviyo and don’t get a welcome email. I wen’t through and manually tagged all existing subscribers in shopify with the “newsletter” tag which finally put them on the newsletter list, but RESENT a welcome email to all current subscribers - from months ago. This is infuriating as now I have to send out another email to explain the error and risk unsubscribes. Why would the system welcome subscribers that are legacy??

Duplicated profiles - Prestashop integration

Hello,We are currently testing klaviyo ! So far the platform is really good and cool.We have somes questions :Our older customer (more than 90 days) are not synchronized (profile not created). Do we need to import them ourself ? When a customer change his email address from his profile a new profile is created and the old one is not updated. It doesn’t seems right. Customer Tag not back populating in flow

Hi,I created a tag  on Shopify called Wholesale for customers who’ve been approved as our wholesale customers. Then, I created a segment on Klaviyo called Wholesale for customers that contain the tag “Wholesale” on Shopify.  And then I created a an email Flow to send a welcome email to any customers who is added to the Wholesale segment. For visualization purposes: Shopify Customer Tag:  WholesaleKlaviyo Segment:  Wholesale (anyone who contains the tag Wholesale on Shopify)Klaviyo Email Flow:  Anyone added to Wholesale segment receives email For some reason, my customers are not being added to the Klaviyo segment. I used the back-populate flow command, and there are no time-delays.  Wondering if I’m missing something?  Is there a common issue here?

Unable to update profile through CSV Upload

Hi Community!There are several thousand profiles that have an incorrect City, State and Country assigned to them. I’ve uploaded a CSV file to try to overwrite the values, but I was unsuccessful.It’s important to note that I don’t have the profiles’ correct City, State or Country; so the CSV file I uploaded contained blank entries for the City, State, and Country; I was hoping that may overwrite the incorrect values, but it didn’t.Is there a way that the incorrect values can be scrubbed from these records?Thanks,Bill

Why is my Property Update link taking me to a Placeholder site instead of the correct URL?

Anybody else who gets this on previous well functioning flows and campaigns when using {% update_property_link 'profile_property' 'property_value' 'redirect_link' %}? This is what I get when clicking update-link in live email, that used to work fine for at least 6 months…

Segment based on Filled Out Lead Ad before Placing an Order

hi there! i was trying to create a segment that will include people who placed orders but only after they have filled out a facebook lead ad, and I couldn’t figure out how to create the condition - that the order was only after the ad when I create the segment...any ideas? Thank you
