I am using my custom made flow for my users to download E-book from my store, I have created a Embedded form the is sent to the list and triggered by a flow in 1 min the only problem i am facing at the moment is that my gmail subscribers are not getting email whereas its working fine with outlook users. Tried with both Double opt in and single opt in.All gmail users gets rejected by soft bounce. Can any expert guide me what i have done wrong ?
I’m trying to understand if I can create segments based on a specific product/category tenure. Here are the example: has purchased a bike in the last 3 months (none regarding whether or not they purchased something else) or has purchased a bike between 3 and 12 months. Ideally, I’d like to keep it at a collection level (Shopify integration) rather than having to go down the SKU route.
HiFollwed the help in Klaviyo to create an unengaged segment. I then moved these profiles to Supressed profiles.After doing this I noticed around 500 profiles out of the 10,000 are still in the unengaged segment. I repeated the supress action but they are still there. Why would this be and what do I do about it please?Thanks
Hi everyone! I just imported a contact list from our previous ESP using a CSV file, and then realised I incorrectly mapped some data, selecting data type “String” instead of “List” or “Date”. Is there anyway to revert this? Or undo the import and import again?
HI all,I have just realized that when ever users create a new account, their account are added to email subscribers in shopify automatically and klaviyo are not syncing those list at all?my pop up and newsletter feature both works with no problems.I tried syncing, but my email subscribers just get stuck there.Any idea>?
Howdy, Folks, I need your help! Firstly, I need help as I am trying to create a master list - I wanting to take all current lists and create one master list.What is the best way to go about this? Secondly, I’m a trying to create an un engaged segment for a sunset flow although when trying to add multiple lists, the number of members is obviously too low. Something is making the resulted number of members incorrect. If I create the same segment and only enter one list, the number of members is correct by assumption as I cross referenced the list count to the segment count.Can anyone shed some light towards the problem I am facing?Can I create a segment from multiple lists to begin with? Is there a way to create a Klaviyo mail flow for specific tagged accounts on Shopify that gets updated automatically? Eg: I want to create a mail flow for my VIP customers on Shopify. But I would like that list to get synced to Klaviyo and be updated automatically as new VIP customers get added.

Tidio>Klavyio did an import, profiles flagged with "accepts marketing' are not going into my newsletter list...
So I’m having a frustrating time with Klaviyios Newsletter lists.People never seem to show up often directly from Shopify (even though they accept marketing by default) or heck when importing from an Excel (off Tidio), even though these are people flagged with ‘accepts marketing', they’re still not making it into my list… I mean I even imported them directly into the list! And they’re still not there.What is going on? Can someone please help. How can I even flag, them into that list in Klavyio? as another question

I am trying to consolidate multiple lists into one main list and then clean the list so I’m only sending to people who are interested in my emails. Currently, I’ve created a segment of all my lists and then converted that segment into a list. Now I’m trying to create a Sunset Segment to remove subscribers who are unengaged. In the Klaviyo instructions to do this it wants me to select people that have been on the list more than 90 days. But since I just created this segment and turned it into a list I’m concerned that it’s going to look at these people as being on the list less than 90 days (even though they’ve actually been on my email list for more than 90 days in most cases).What’s the best way to identify unengaged subscribers when I just consolidated all of my lists into one large main list?Any ideas or insights would be much appreciated!

I am moving my customer list from my current email provider over to Klaviyo and I need some wording (catchy title and email copy) for how to:notify current engaged customers that the provider is changing (nothing will really change for them) re-engage customers who were moved to “transactional” status due to a glitch between Shopify and my old provider (they haven’t heard from me in a while BUT they are likely repeat customers) re-engage customers who may have unsubscribed on my old provider but still show as subscribed on their Shopify account.The problem is I have data from Shopify which has 6800 subscribers, data from my old provider which is FEWER because of that glitch and now, data from the Shopify to Klaviyo import (which is lower than both of the other numbers for some weird reason). I don’t want to send an email to the list that imported over from Shopify and then have a massive number of people unsubscribe and get flagged as SPAM or something. Can anyone help me with this?
We have both subscription and non-subscription products, but I want to report how much revenue from first-time purchasers is coming from Klaviyo flows. We’ve integrated both Shopify and Recharge to Klaviyo, but any help articles I’ve read about this are above my head technically speaking, with lots of code so I am not sure if they’re in the right direction or if there’s a simpler solution.Does anyone know how this is possible? So we finally managed to migrate our SMS CSV-file from attentive to Klaviyo with both opt-in and opt-out using boolean data type. Now when I try to create a segment for only those opted in, it adds everyone! Is there a way to view how many are opt-in vs opt-out? And what could we be doing wrong?
Hi folks, I have a list of subscribers to import. Some of whom were already in Klaviyo, some were not. I removed the already existing profiles from the exported list, and basically have “email”, “First Name” and “Last Name”. There are a lot of name fields that are empty. Some hade problematic info in them, like duplicates of the email address, strings of numbers or the person had entered the business name etc. I’ve cleaned up my list and ready to export the .csv for import into Klaviyo - are there any issues with importing/mapping a list with some cell values blank?Thanks!

I want to look in-depth into my list growth of all my customers and was wondering if customers that opt in for marketing will land into the “Newsletter” list, where would ALL my customers (regardless of their purchasing behaviour & including customers that opt out from marketing) land in?
