I’m trying to understand if I can create segments based on a specific product/category tenure. Here are the example: has purchased a bike in the last 3 months (none regarding whether or not they purchased something else) or has purchased a bike between 3 and 12 months. Ideally, I’d like to keep it at a collection level (Shopify integration) rather than having to go down the SKU route.
Hey!My brand has started running a multi national business and we’re looking to migrate some of our existing customers in our list to a different account under one email address. And during exporting the customer’s information to be migrated, there’s so many metrics to choose from and we’re not entirely sure what’s the best practice to migrate customer’s information fully into another account.
We use Contact Form 7 on Wordpress for subscriber forms, which are configured to populate into various lists in Klaviyo. I have created a new list in Klaviyo called ‘Showroom Subscribers’, but this is not appearing in the Contact Form 7 Option list to set the form up for the right list.
Hi there, We uploaded profiles without a city, province or country to Klaviyo. We have since deleted the lists they were in and they are now a part of our master list. Is there a way to bulk these profiles and add their location? Can we simply re-upload our CSV file, and will Klaviyo add to the already existing profiles, or will it create new ones? Hope someone can help! Thanks!
HI all,I have just realized that when ever users create a new account, their account are added to email subscribers in shopify automatically and klaviyo are not syncing those list at all?my pop up and newsletter feature both works with no problems.I tried syncing, but my email subscribers just get stuck there.Any idea>?
Howdy, Folks, I need your help! Firstly, I need help as I am trying to create a master list - I wanting to take all current lists and create one master list. What is the best way to go about this? Secondly, I’m a trying to create an un engaged segment for a sunset flow although when trying to add multiple lists, the number of members is obviously too low. Something is making the resulted number of members incorrect. If I create the same segment and only enter one list, the number of members is correct by assumption as I cross referenced the list count to the segment count. Can anyone shed some light towards the problem I am facing? Can I create a segment from multiple lists to begin with? This is the guild I followed >https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017518492-Creating-a-Sunset-Flow Looking forward to your reply :)
Dear Community,we are experimenting with Facebook lead ads and just configured the Klaviyo integration. We are using a lead magnet (pdf download). We experienced that there are many users that once unsubscribed from our newsletter several months ago and now they fill out the lead ad. Unfortunately, they do not trigger the flow we configured because they are unsubscribed from all lists. How can we change that? When someone fills out a Facebook lead ad his/her opt-out has to be withdrawn.Thank you for your help,Matteo
So long story short - I’m trying to find a workaround while transitioning from a 3rd party “back in stock” notification app to using Klaviyo, but there are quite a few people already signed up for notifications from the app.My plan was to create multiple small lists via manual upload (that will later on be deleted) for each SKU that is awaiting replenishment notification, then create a simple template and send manual campaigns as each item is re-stocked… but many of the profiles already exist in Klaviyo. Most of them are not subscribed or suppressed (some heavy list cleaning is on the horizon once I’ve implemented win-back and sunset campaigns/flows).I’m concerned about what happens if I upload CSV’s that only contain an email address, and the email address is already associated with a profile in Klaviyo...Per this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078967-How-to-Create-and-Add-Contacts-to-a-New-List:“Any value/column that you include in a CSV upload that alread
Is there a way to create a Klaviyo mail flow for specific tagged accounts on Shopify that gets updated automatically? Eg: I want to create a mail flow for my VIP customers on Shopify. But I would like that list to get synced to Klaviyo and be updated automatically as new VIP customers get added.
Either everyone qualifies, or no one qualifies. On signup they can click on their preferences which addsa custom property to their profile - receiving emails twice a week, one a week, or once a month. The other option is to choose the content they wish to receive: sales and promotions, new products, blog posts.I'm trying to create a segment of people in the main emailing listwho haven't let us know how frequently they want to receive emailsor the type of emails. If I create the segment saying “Is not set” or contains “xxx” (listing all the possible choices) it’s either empty, or full. Trying to figure out how I can send an email or target the people who haven’t yet updated their preferences as it’s important to me to improve our open rates (which are slipping).
Hi, has anyone tried using sparkloop? How do you create the segment to only include customers with the RH_REFLINK? Not sure whether the “no value” from this article https://support.sparkloop.app/pre-launch-checklist is equivalent to RH_REFLINK “not set”. Appreciate any thoughts.
I am trying to consolidate multiple lists into one main list and then clean the list so I’m only sending to people who are interested in my emails. Currently, I’ve created a segment of all my lists and then converted that segment into a list. Now I’m trying to create a Sunset Segment to remove subscribers who are unengaged. In the Klaviyo instructions to do this it wants me to select people that have been on the list more than 90 days. But since I just created this segment and turned it into a list I’m concerned that it’s going to look at these people as being on the list less than 90 days (even though they’ve actually been on my email list for more than 90 days in most cases). What’s the best way to identify unengaged subscribers when I just consolidated all of my lists into one large main list?Any ideas or insights would be much appreciated!
I am moving my customer list from my current email provider over to Klaviyo and I need some wording (catchy title and email copy) for how to:notify current engaged customers that the provider is changing (nothing will really change for them) re-engage customers who were moved to “transactional” status due to a glitch between Shopify and my old provider (they haven’t heard from me in a while BUT they are likely repeat customers) re-engage customers who may have unsubscribed on my old provider but still show as subscribed on their Shopify account. The problem is I have data from Shopify which has 6800 subscribers, data from my old provider which is FEWER because of that glitch and now, data from the Shopify to Klaviyo import (which is lower than both of the other numbers for some weird reason). I don’t want to send an email to the list that imported over from Shopify and then have a massive number of people unsubscribe and get flagged as SPAM or something. Can anyone help me with this?
I’m trying to use the API to retrieve all the recently created users from a List but I’m not able to find any method for that. For example, I want to retrieve the latests members that were added into that list that includes an specific custom property. The closest one is the list-segments endpoints https://apidocs.klaviyo.com/reference/lists-segments#get-members but does not alows any filltering/sorting capabilities. There is any way I can do that with the current API versions? Thanks in advance,Nico
Hi thereI’m running a campaign on social media to collect e-mail-adresses for my company’s newsletter. I have set up flows in Klaviyo so I can just import a file of contacts to a list and a welcome e-mail will be sent. My plan was to upload a the same growing list of contacts every day, counting on Klaviyo to differentiate between new contacts on my list and contacts, that were added the first time a week ago (and therefore had already received a welcome email). But now I have run into a problem: Some of the contacts (of course!) unsubscribe from the list after having received the welcome email. How do I make sure I do not resend e-mails to them when I keep on uploading the same, growing list? The contacts agree to receive e-mail marketing from our company, so the file I upload has an email consent column. Hope you can help me out!
I am using node.js using axios Post restApi :"method":"post","url":"https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/xcghc/members?api_key=pk_xxxxxxx" successfully added less than 100 members but can’t add more than 100 members. Please let me know how to add around 600 members.
A user managed their preferences and was put into a Once a Week segment. However, now she wants to receive all of our campaigns. However, I cannot remove her from the segment from within Manage Segment OR her profile. Profile snapshot (the segment does not have the blue “remove” next to it):
