Hey!My brand has started running a multi national business and we’re looking to migrate some of our existing customers in our list to a different account under one email address. And during exporting the customer’s information to be migrated, there’s so many metrics to choose from and we’re not entirely sure what’s the best practice to migrate customer’s information fully into another account.
Hello. We already use Klaviyo to segment retail customers. Is there a way to segment the Stores we sell to? Currently if they purchase through Shopify they are lumped into existing lists. Is there possibly a way to have tagged as wholesale customers flow into a Wholesale segment or list? We’d also love to use Klaviyo as a form of CRM where we are tracking last order dates from Stores. Is this possible? Thanks!
Hello, I would like to do the following;once the customer place order and completed the checkout all of that information from woocommerce checkout form will go to klaviyo list there is a field in there that I wanted to use to sort the entire listingsMay I know how can I do this in klaviyo? Appreciate all of the help! Thanks!
Hi there, I am currently trying to sort the profiles into different list based on their language. So far so good but there might be a few mistakes with the sorting.I’d like to add an action (button, link, whatever..) in my email that proposes the user to be moved from the list of language A to the list of language B and thus be removed from list of language A.I’d like to perform those actions automatically without having to manually exporting and reimporting to or deleting from lists.Ay suggestions for that? Thanks a lot :)
hi there! i was trying to create a segment that will include people who placed orders but only after they have filled out a facebook lead ad, and I couldn’t figure out how to create the condition - that the order was only after the ad when I create the segment...any ideas? Thank you
Hello.I’m looking to send personalized products recommendations to subscribers using dynamic blocs. The product recommendations will be a JSON feed from another system.I was wondering if I could use a web feed with products per profile. Is there a specific structure that I should follow ?Or maybe there’s another way to import individual recommendations into a customer profile ? Thanks !
I am using node.js using axios Post restApi :"method":"post","url":"https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/xcghc/members?api_key=pk_xxxxxxx" successfully added less than 100 members but can’t add more than 100 members. Please let me know how to add around 600 members.
I just accidentally deleted an important list or segment (not sure which type it was) and now my flow isn’t going to work. I created the list/segment a while back and don’t remember how to set it up.It’s for people that opt in to my store footer and or are coming from Etsy for a coupon code. Is there a way to recover it or recreate it? Thanks!
What we are thinking to put into operation, if it is possible using Klaviyo is automate teh update of email list We have created previously in Klaviyo. We want Kaviyo to call a URL on our server from time to time in which it would be delivered email list data in JSON or CSV format so that Klaviyo updates the properties associated with every email. We wanted a straightforward and simple way so as not to overcomplicate with the API. We do not know if this is possible.Something similar to as if you periodically upload new CSV of contacts but in a periodic and automated way to keep Klaviyo's list updated with that of our database on our server It would also be useful if from our server we can call from time to time a URL that we define in Klaviyo and the emails will be passed in CSV or JSON format for Klaviyo to update or add to its email listSorry my english, thank you in advance
Hi thereI’m running a campaign on social media to collect e-mail-adresses for my company’s newsletter. I have set up flows in Klaviyo so I can just import a file of contacts to a list and a welcome e-mail will be sent. My plan was to upload a the same growing list of contacts every day, counting on Klaviyo to differentiate between new contacts on my list and contacts, that were added the first time a week ago (and therefore had already received a welcome email). But now I have run into a problem: Some of the contacts (of course!) unsubscribe from the list after having received the welcome email. How do I make sure I do not resend e-mails to them when I keep on uploading the same, growing list? The contacts agree to receive e-mail marketing from our company, so the file I upload has an email consent column. Hope you can help me out!
Hi We are new to Klayvio and CRM and Email management- we have previously used Google contacts + YAMM (yet another mail merge) to email clients. We use Tags in Google contacts to manage segments (location, vip etc). Any advice for importing these contacts here? Sam
I am new to Klaviyo and haven’t export all my list since I want to go little by little until I understand the Platform, I choose all the list I have Profiles to send a Campaign, but I can send to only 198, I have only 3 profiles Suppressed so I know is not that, why is not showing all the profiles in List? and if is because they are not on a list, how I get them in a list. Thanks.
Hey guys, I have an extremely weird issue with the Klaviyo integration on one of my Shopify stores - it simply won’t work. I have done this the exact same way for other stores before and also double and triple checked the following / tried these things: double opt-in is disabled on the Shopify level double opt-in is disabled on the Klaviyo list level collect subscribers (“Subscribe contacts who opt-in via Shopify, such as during checkout or with a Shopify footer form”) setting is enabled and configured correctly, tried pointing them to 2 different lists as well to make sure there’s nothing wrong with one of those either deleting the klaviyo app from shopify and setting up the integration again from scratch Is there something I am forgetting? The issue isn't even that the customers simply aren’t being added to the desired list, they are not even showing up under the “profiles” section in the Klaviyo. And help is greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance!Michael
I’m running an email competition at the moment, using a sign up form. The people that sign up are going into a list, which I will use to select a winner.Once the competition is over, I’d like to import the people from that list into my main mailing list. Is the best way to do that by downloading the profiles as a csv and re-uploading into my main list? If so, how do I ensure all profiles are GDPR compliant? I have some profiles that say true or false next to ‘Accepts marketing’ but others are left blank. Help!
When creating segments, you can include lists, but you cannot include other segments as segmentation criteria. Why not? Other ESPs and CRM tools do offer this feature, and it is very helpful. Why is it very helpful? I’ll give you an example:Let’s say you want to create a segment that includes:Everybody in a certain list; Everybody who last logged in to your website less than 90 days ago, AND who is opted in; OR Everybody who last opened an email from you less than 90 days ago.If you have pre-built segments for:“everybody who last logged in to your website less than 90 days ago, AND who is opted in; and“everybody who last opened an email from you less than 90 days ago”, every time you want to use these segments to create other groups, you can just use these pre-made segments as inclusion criteria, rather than having to select and combine a range of properties every single time you want to create a similar, but not identical segment. This functionality would save time, and it would also r
I am trying to consolidate multiple lists into one main list and then clean the list so I’m only sending to people who are interested in my emails. Currently, I’ve created a segment of all my lists and then converted that segment into a list. Now I’m trying to create a Sunset Segment to remove subscribers who are unengaged. In the Klaviyo instructions to do this it wants me to select people that have been on the list more than 90 days. But since I just created this segment and turned it into a list I’m concerned that it’s going to look at these people as being on the list less than 90 days (even though they’ve actually been on my email list for more than 90 days in most cases). What’s the best way to identify unengaged subscribers when I just consolidated all of my lists into one large main list?Any ideas or insights would be much appreciated!
Hello,I've been having a really hard time figuring out why the emails gathered from my footer sign up form do not get into the "Newsletter" list and Welcome Email flow. I've already added this in to the form group and i see that the emails are getting tagged as "Newsletter". <input type="hidden" name="contact[tags]" value="newsletter">I also did the ff:- enabled single opt in- welcome flow email is live Did i miss something?
Hi folks, I’m very new to Klaviyo, and I’m trying to make things easier not harder. (I’m not sure how successful this is right now 🤦♀️)We have the usual pop ups and signs up set up to add to our newsletter list but in our Cellar Door shopfront we use the Vend software - So once a week I’ll be manually adding these subscribers to our list. (unless there is a magic integration i’m yet to find) As they have come direct from our cellar door I’d like to still do a welcome series but i’d like it to be different to the one that organic subscribers see (specifically because they wont be getting a discount) What’s the best way for me to upload these people and have a separate flow? Is it creating a separate list and then adding them to campaigns or should I segment somehow? It’s all bit overwhelming. Thanks
Hello,Currently, my client is using “Revenue Hunt” in his brand. So he has this form/test integrated in his website. After filling out the form, Revenue Hunt will then suggest 3 products that are fit to the liking/preferences of the person. We would like to incorporate these 3 suggested items in a flow. So, everytime the person fills out the form, he will enter our flow. First email of the flow will then contain these 3 suggested items. How do I do that? Is there a certain coding that I need to do? Also I made sure that his Shopify Account and Revenue Hunt account is integrated. Thank you in advance!
