Hi there. I’m noticing 2K+ profiles that have the consent for email box checked but they are not in my newsletter list. From what I can see, they got into Klaviyo from Shopify but I don’t see how they are consented without signing up via one of my Klaviyo forms or the checkbox at checkout (email me with offers). I have already ruled out the double opt-in and email confirmation and both of those are good to go. Does anyone know why these profiles would be consented but NOT in my newsletter list??
My team is trying to send out retention based messaging to our customers, reminding them to pay their bill, submit necessary documentation etc. In the event that a user signed up for 2+ plans but used the same email address, is there a way to distinguish these in the email? For example, say individual A bought 2 plans, 1 for themselves and 1 for their child, using the same email. When the plan for their child is about to expire, but not thier own, how can we send a reminder to renew that specific plan?
Hi, I have some questions. Are segments always under lists? So lists are the root, then segments have profiles from lists?So if all my profiles are in all lists, then that automatically includes all segments too? Is that true?In other words can a profile be in a segment but not in a list? Thanks.
Hello,I desactivate the double optin on Shopify newsletter list as you can see below but I still receive an email to confirm my subscription I already desactivate the double opt-in on all my list on this account and check on the email, it is from klavyio not Shopify. I have done the same process on my other account and it works well, Do you have an idea to help me ? Thanks for your help
I’m using the standard Klaviyo list subscribe form as a landing page for an email flow giving general engagement profiles the opportunity to opt-in to email marketing.For those that subscribe via the form, despite them now being ‘subscribed’ to our contact list, their Klaviyo profiles are not being appended with a consent status for email (see screenshot below).I’ve tried adding a custom field of consent status but can’t do so as the editing options are limited in the Klaviyo builder. These users are meant to be sent a discount code after subscribing but, due to them not having email consent, they are being made eligible for the flow that send this code.Considering this is automated in flows, I would like avoid a manual solution where possible.Any thoughts, comments or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
We used another platform for SMS Marketing before. There are many sms and emails we have collected here. But now we have started to use Klaviyo. Is it possible to import SMS and e-mail information from other platforms to Klaviyo? How can we import this information? Thanks for your help.
I have a newsletter list which is all customers who sign up for our monthly newsletter through our website and when I click on manage list it has a view list suppressions option and then remove suppressed profiles option. If I remove suppressed profiles what does this do? Can I export this list some how?
Hi ,I am sending some identifier to klaviyo for the active subscription using this way and receiving the response 1 while getting this response not get it response val.can you please tell me where these value is store into the klaviyo and how can i get the response for this to know my identifiers is saved into the klaviyo
1- How do I add subscribers to another list other than the one that initiated the flow? In the orange arrow, I want to copy them to the group, Receiving Welcome Series Emails as well.2- Also, is there a way to add subscribers to a new group/list once they finish an email sequence?
Hi guys. I have made four new welcome flows which are variations of my main welcome flow. I did this so that I can track where people of coming from (ie Insta sign up, colab signups). These subscribers then join a list just for that sign up and flow but as they come to the end I want to add them to my main newsletter list. is there an automated way to set this up plus a way to then stop them receiving another welcome flow when they join my newsletter list? I have seen on here ppl suggest downloading CSVs etc but that seems like a lot of additional handling to me.
Hi Guys, Can you add a custom property to this property drop down? The blue plus suggests you can however i can’t seem to generate a working segment, always has zero customers in it. I want to create a a property around “product_type” however it doesn’t work...any suggestions? FYI I’m a Shopify user. Thanks!
HiWe have a newslist and is in the process of building af VIP list, that we will invite the most engage subscribers to.We have an invite flow that is triggeret if they meet certain criterias. But we want them to do an active accept of the invitation, click on a button or something like that. It should be as easy as possible.I’m looking for at good solution for this case. Hey guys, So I am looking to figure out how to do something - Our company has subscribers and one time purchasers. We have an order confirmation email that goes out to all recipients, both subscribers and one time purchasers. I want to test out a feature where the delivery date of the order will only be displayed to one time purchasers only. All orders in shopify from subscribers are tagged with a “subscriber” shopify tag. So I’m trying to figure out how to create a code to add into the existing order confirmation email so that a one time purchaser will be able to see the delivery date but a subscriber will not see this. How can I achieve this? I don’t want to create a separate email for this.I’d rather input a bit of code into the existing email to do this. Thanks!

My advertising team has asked for a URL to track their sign-ups. I have created a totally dedicated page on my Shopify website using the an embedded Subscribe & Preference Pages.I have the overall URL for the signup page but they are asking for a URL after a client submits their details.Is this possible? I am new to managing this tool, I am performing the mailchimp migration but the lists still do not appear, it has been in synchronization for more than a day but no contact appears in my lists.On the other hand, when I opened the account in 2021, I made a bad migration and today I have 27,000 active profiles that I want to delete, because they are contacts that have no affinity with my company, is there a way to do it? I am very confused between profiles and lists and segments, can you help me?
