Supressed profile report?

My client's database has a significant number of suppressed profiles in it. I'm trying to create a report or visualize the reasons why people are suppressed, so have they unsubscribed, is it spam complaints, soft bounce, hard bounce, etc.And I also want to create a plan to prevent or minimize further accounts from being suppressed in the future so that we can maximize our marketing reach. Is it possible to create a suppressed profile report?  And I'll need to see the data before formulating a plan but any insight here would also be very appreciated  Thanks

Hi,Klaviyo doesn’t record partial refunds from customers, so i wondered if there was a way to map the refund data from shopify to a data field instead (as well)  so we get an accurate number for segmenting.

Adding segment profiles to lists and vice versa

Hi, I’m new to Klaviyo and getting my head around it.  Support have been fantastic, but I’m on a deadline to get this set up, so trying to figure things out whilst I wait for responses.Long story short.  I have 3 different aspects of my business.  I want to email each aspect separately, and occasionally email everyone.I have currently created 3 lists and a master list.  I have subscribe pages linked from social media to bring the people interested in certain topics to the relevant list.The issue I have is that I also want those people in the master list - how do I do that?andI have a pop up on the website for people who find me that way.  It has radio buttons linked to properties, so if someone selected the radio butter saying for example, they are interested in ‘business content’ it would give them the property ‘business’.  I want this person to be added to the master and business email lists, but can’t find a way to do this.Originally I had the radio button and properties set up with

How to engage old SMS subscribers that have never been sent an SMS

My client has collected a rather large number of SMS subscribers over the years. The subscribers have consented for their phone numbers to be used for the purpose of offers. What would your advice be on what action steps to take to engage these customers via SMS to generate some extra revenue for the business?Some context: the brand currently does not have SMS marketing set up. What is the best way to keep FBA/FBM contacts out my sends?

Hi Guys,I have just a newsletter and noticed I have a huge number of bounces with email addresses like:@mail.codisto.com which is what amazon seem to use for their customers.They must be making their way into Shopify and then into Klaviyo.What is the recommended approach to simply blacklisting or not allowing any emails with this extension to be created in the system? Thanks in advanced.Andy

How to best retarget to unsubscribed customers?

Due to the seasonal nature of my clients store (wooly jumpers), they receive a lot of unsubscribes. Is the only way a customer can receive emails again if they re-opt in? Would placing another order and checking the opt in box count?   What is the best way to retarget and market to these people that have unsubscribed? Many people have repurchased again after unsubscribing in the past Thanks

Is it possible to segment based on what stage of the checkout people abandon?

And if so, how would this segment be set up?Or is it only possible to see if the customer abandoned, not at what stage?My client has a shipping rate that is suspectedly causing a drop on in the checkout conevrsion, this shipping cost is revealed in stage 2 of the checkout when the shipping address has been input. We want to target these customers with specific messaging. Just wondering if that is possible. Thanks!

How to create a profile filter where i say the person never unsubscribed from List zero times over all time

Hey All,  Just starting this journey, and so far so good, but I have a question. When creating a flow “Post Purchase Cross-Sell”, I need to filter my trigger. the thing is, one of the filters I want is one “unsubscribed from List zero times over all time”. Email Verification/Validation Software?

Hello Klaviyo Community!  Does anyone have experience and/or feedback you can share on email verification solutions? For brands that are still using single opt-in, I need a solution to clean and remove typos, spam traps and other risky addresses.  I’ve used Neverbounce in the past, but I know there are several options such as Zerobounce, Kickbox, Debounce, etc. Can you please share any experience and/or recommendations for the best solution?  Thanks in advance! Adam

Custom personalizations not working anymore

Hi everyone,I've been working hard over the past few weeks and months on some complex personalizations for my emails, and I was really happy with the results. However, since Friday, these personalizations have suddenly stopped working. Existing blocks with these personalizations still function correctly, but the moment I update any block, they cease to work.Klaviyo Customer Support insists that nothing has changed on their end, but it seems unlikely right? I mean, I see them still working in existing content...Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Unfortunately, I can’t share the personalization statement in public.  Thanks!

Create segment of people who have clicked a campaign which was tagged with [TAG]

Context: some of our emails are quite ‘sale! sale! sale!’, others are more nuanced and talk about product quality etc.We would like to create a segment of subscribers who have interacted with the nuanced emails, but not interacted with the ‘sale sale sale!’ emails.So far: my immediate thought was to tag our past campaigns as one or the other, and then create a segment of people who have clicked on campaigns tagged with [TAG 1] but not clicked on campaigns tagged with [TAG 2].Unfortunately I can’t see any option in the filter for ‘What someone has done or not done → clicked email → filter’ for campaigns tagged with.Yes, I can add a whole load campaign name equals A OR campaign name equals B etc etc, but that strikes me as clunky and the segment definition would need to be updated constantly every time we did another campaign.Any ideas gratefully received.Cheers,G

Is there somewhere on Klaviyo that I can view the numbers of active profiles in my account in, say, a particular month, or a period of time in the past? Or is it only current active profile numbers that are available to see?

Hi,I have a problem with segments. I created the segment that you can see below. Unfortunately, profiles that subscribe to the newsletter are not included in the segment even though the location is correct. Can I ask for help? Maybe I misunderstood something and set it wrong.

Email segment is not updating correctly / Klaviyo & Shopify forms

My client is using Shopify, including a Shopify footer form. The integration has been done correctly, but the only option to identify the profiles who subscribed via the Shopify footer form was to create a segment called “All Email Subscribers” (I’d personally prefer a list instead).I’ve set the segment conditions to include this logic:Properties about someone - accepts marketing - is true - boolean, OR  If someone can/can’t receive email marketing - person can receive - email marketing - because person subscribed, OR consent ID form equals - [flyout ID] - type: text, AND properties about someone - created - after - [specific date].I’ve switched to a single opt-in for the Newsletter list and added an additional segment that excludes all email bounces in the last 365 days.I noticed this segment, even though it should include everyone who subscribed via 1) Shopify footer form, 2) Shopify checkout email box, and 3) Klaviyo flyout, does not update correctly.Is there anything I’m missing he

Shopify Tags to Klayvio

I want to create a segment to add to a flow of our customers who only shop in store at the POS and not online. So far I can’t see a way that automates instore customer tags, so we are manually adding the tags each day. I have a flow set up with a conditional spilt and a time delay to allow the tag to be added. However even when I try to create a segment it is not recognising the shopify tag?

Integration with CC and Never subscribed status

hi! Im new and am having a really hard time importing my customers from before. I tried via CVS and had problems, then used integrations with Constant Contact to get my customers loaded.  My problem now is that a ton of them are in never subscribed status. Not all, but so far a lot of the 200+ which is weird because some actually even show the last email that they opened in Constant contact in the right menu yet they haven't updated their status yet. Also this is not on all...Is this because the update takes awhile initially? I did it a few hours ago...but this is very confusing to see...the never subscribed is also listed on my parents email - I assure you they open them.Thanks in advanceDeepa

Unable to Delete Profiles

Hello! I hope everyone is having a good week. I have been using Klaviyo for a few years now, but I am new to Klaviyo Community. I am trying to delete a couple of test profiles from my account, but I have been unable to do so.  Steps Taken: 1- Navigate to the profile that I want to delete, and select it2 - In the top right corner of the Klaviyo Interface, select Profile Actions > Delete Profile Expected results: Profile is no longer in profiles listActual results: Profile is still showing in the list. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you so much! -Kari
