Missing data when syncing Facebook leads with Klaviyo audience list

I have successfully created link between Facebook leads and Klaviyo audience list, and I see the audience list reflects some Facebook leads. However, I found there are some leads missing in audience list.For example, on 9 Aug 2023, there were 6 leads from Facebook, but there were only 2 leads(audiences) reflected on Klaviyo.Does anyone know how to fix that? Thank you!

Shopify Customers to Klayvio Segment

I’m looking to export all my customers who haven’t placed an order, but input details or put their details into the ‘sign up for discount’ pop-up into my Klayvio segment for potential buyers. My customer list has almost 600 people in it, but on Klayvio it’s only 225? I’d like it to be dynamic, so whenever someone doesn’t follow through with an order it’s updated. I have an abandoned cart flow which converts contacts from shopify over to klayvio just fine. But there’s a leak somewhere getting contacts who have input their details into my segment on Klayvio. Any advice on where to look to fix this?

Can I build filters or segments based on timing between variables?

The current conversion Attribution model in Klaviyo is a bit broader than my companies “Last click contribution model”.So, I am looking at building a filter/custom report/segment to show only people who clicked on an email and placed an order within the next 3 days.the current filters of “clicked and email and made a purchase don’t seem to link to each other in a way I can edit - so people may be clicking on an email after their purchase, or making a purchase weeks after their last email engagement. I’d also like to see an average time between people receiving the email to when they open it, to how long before they click on it (do they click on their first view, or do they come back multiple times and re-engage with the same email day later)So, long story short, are we able to use ne variable as the criteria in the time range for another variable in a filter, list or segment? Thanks

Is it possible to search profiles by organization? I have a lot of wholesale accounts and don’t always have the email address or first name handy. But when I search for the business name, nothing shows up in the search results.

Can I create segment based on when chronological logic?

Hi all,I have a very specific segment I need to create to track if a marketing campaign is running profitable or not.At my shop you can buy a free sample of the product to test it. Afterwards customers land in a flow to then upsell them the real product.I want to create two segment now to assess how successful that campaign is:One segment for customer who made purchase of 1 sample pack (the full order can only contain that one product)Another segment where chronologically I can see that they first ordered the sample pack and afterwards actually bought the whole product. (how can I make this segment?)Thanks!

I have a segment that was set up in 2020 (before I started working here:)Win-Back OpportunitiesPlaced Order at least once over all time Placed Order zero times in the last 180 days Person is not suppressed for emailMy question is - does this list grow based on that criteria (are new people added?). Or is this a list that was created in 2020 and it still holds the same list of people?

Can I send email campaigns to Marketing=False Profiles if they engage (open/click) on my flow which will trigger if they're Marketing=False profile?

Hi, I plan to set up a flow with 1 email for people who did not check the box for marketing in shopify checkout.So these would be profiles that have Marketing = False.I'm curious, if they click the email that my new flow would send, will they be considered an Engaged profile (e.g. will be included in my 90-Day Engaged segment for people who opened/clicked my email in the last 90 days)?Because that's my goal, to send email campaigns to Maketing=Flase profiles.Thanks for your help!

Using segments to build bigger segments

When creating segments, you can include lists, but you cannot include other segments as segmentation criteria.Why not? Other ESPs and CRM tools do offer this feature, and it is very helpful.Why is it very helpful? I’ll give you an example:Let’s say you want to create a segment that includes:Everybody in a certain list;  Everybody who last logged in to your website less than 90 days ago, AND who is opted in; OR Everybody who last opened an email from you less than 90 days ago.If you have pre-built segments for:“everybody who last logged in to your website less than 90 days ago, AND who is opted in; and“everybody who last opened an email from you less than 90 days ago”, every time you want to use these segments to create other groups, you can just use these pre-made segments as inclusion criteria, rather than having to select and combine a range of properties every single time you want to create a similar, but not identical segment. Too Many Lists!

Hi! in 2022 I created separate email lists for ever pop up event I attended. I thought this was the best way to target them. Now, I have too many lists, and I want to lump them all into one big “2022” list so that when I send out an email I can click on one list. Has anyone done this? Or, does anyone have a better solution I could use moving forward in 2023 instead of making individual lists for each pop up?

Hello! I’m new to Klaviyo. Just looking at my account and I have 130 “profiles” but only 15 of those profiles are in my “lists”. As far as I can see, no one has unsubscribed as I am yet to send out a newsletter. Can anyone tell me if those 130 in the profiles can be brought in to a list, to then send a newsletter?I’ve tried searching for the answer but without any luck. My 'Winback' Segment Isn't Populating Correctly

Hi, I’ve today set up a ‘winback’ segment, but the list it is creating isn’t accurate:  It is creating a list of 6000 profiles, in which when I select the top profile from that list, it shows as that user actively receiving, opening and clicking the email in the past 24 hours:  Any idea on what I’m doing wrong? Many thanks

New profile view

Hello, I know it’s been there for quite a while now, but I just can’t get used to the new customer profile dashboard, I really miss the old one and being able to see everything at a glance (where they signed up/how many orders/ which lists they’re in! I know you can switch over to the old view for a while longer but that will be gone soon. Is anyone else struggling with it?

Need help: Back in Stock Email will be sent out to recipients after its DOI confirmation only

Hey klaviyo community,as some of you may know German regulatories are strict on online marketers here. Therefore to be able to send a Back in stock/ Back in order flow to the people who signed up for it, I must have their consent via double opt in mail before.The problem: Back in stock is a metric not a list and therefore no DOI can be triggered over the affiliation of a profile to a list.I would need something like this:Trigger: When someone Subscribed to back in StockIService Email: Send out Double Opt In Mail.IBack in Stock Delay: Wait until recipients item is back in stock AND recipients consented to marketing mail via DOIIBack in Stock: Email #1Can somehow help me with that? Send a unique URL links to email contacts

Hi Everyone! I would like to ask if there is a way to send to each email address on a mailing list a unique URL from a CSV file containing an X amount of URLs. The final outcome would be each email address receiving an email with a unique and personal URL and having that URL linked to a button that someone would click on within the email. I’m interested in getting feedback on how this can be achieved easily in Klaviyo and in general (perhaps even outside of Klaviyo). Emails not sending to correct segments?

Today I sent out two separate versions of essentially the same email to different segments.I have created an “employee” list where, as you can imagine, I keep all our employees emails so I can exclude them from certain communications as necessary.One version of the email was sent to our club members and employees.Another version was sent to our engaged audience, excluding everyone found in our club segment or employee list. But I received both versions of the email, despite my email address being in the employee list.I’m worried that my segments aren’t working correctly and that I’m spamming recipients with multiple versions of the same email, but I don’t know how that would be possible if they are part of an excluded segment.Has anyone else encountered this?

Segment condition pulling wrong customers

I’m trying to create a segment for the Garden collection on my store. When I create the segment, it incorrectly classifies people that purchased a non-garden product and no one that purchased a garden product. Yes, I double checked the tags and collections on my store.
