Can a Klaviyo user in a Support role suppress customer profiles?

Dynamic coupon code expiry (Shopify)

Welcome to Klaviyo Community @Serranopepper Thank you for your great question!The activation time for the Coupon Code is at the time of first send, not subsequent reminders. Here is just a few tips -Tip 1: Remember that coupon's expiration will always be 24 hours beyond what you set in the expiration date field, this is to allow for any delay that may happen during delivery. Tip 2:  In Klaviyo, dates are set in the UTC time zone. Sending this at optimum times (which using Klaviyo, you can easily identify) to tell customers that there is only 12 hours (for example) left of the sale. This creates a sense of urgency and draws their attention to ensure they secure savings. This can also work well with the delivery cut off timings too.I would also highly recommend the use of Klaviyo’s Subject Line Assistant, this tool is a great way to create amazing eye catching subject lines or spawn an idea.Another o

How to set up abandoned cart pop up for non openers?

Hi @SeanMcC, This is a great topic and I think it actually opens it up for alot of discussion about unopened emails and how to increase the open rate.Out of curiosity, have you done any A/B Testing on your Abandoned Cart emails?It could be as simple as your subject line or send time for those emails that generate an increase. Here are some best practices on A/B testing and for reference a few tips on completing the testing.I too agree with @David To that your suggested strategy of implementing a popup for non-openers is a good move, but this will only account for those that naturally come back to the site to see the popup.Another suggestion is a exit intent pop up, so this would show prior to leaving the site when someone has not completed a sale. However I would strongly suggest monitoring this and measuring the success to ensure it is providing positive customer experience.Hope this helps!Kylie

Changing reply to email addresses

Hi @David108 Thank you for your question!When you are creating an email campaign in Klaviyo, on the Content step (#2) does it have the correct email address here as the sender address and is the tick box below it ticked? (if so, this would indicate this as the reply-to email address) If this is all correct, I would suggest looking at your email auto-forwarding rules in case there is one in play.I hope this helps and please let me know if I am able to assist further 😊Kylie

Background image and deliverability

Hi @Basil Thank you for the great question about Deliverability.Answering your question directly - no, having a background image, solely will not give your email more chances of going into a Spam Folder. As you have mentioned, you will still have all other standard aspects of a campaign, which include a good mix of text and images.Here is a deeper dive on Deliverability for you.  One thought I will leave with you, is about the size of the email. Depending on your image and in addition, all other components of your email, you may be at risk of Clipping within Gmail. Clipping occurs by Gmail when the email is over 102KB in size.If clipping happens, you may see a decrease in open rates, because open events are calculated when a tracking pixel is loaded at the bottom of an email and if the email is clipped, then this open event will not register.Here is more information on Clipping. Trying to create a product feed

Welcome @acldn to the Klaviyo community!Thank you for your question.At what stage is the Save is not working? is this post entering the name of your Product Feed?If so a few points to remember is, when creating the name it can only consist of letters, numbers and underscores. Which means you can not use spaces in the name.Having a Free account will not hinder your experience with creating a Product Feed.I also note in your screenshot part of an error message. Thanks @acldn Just to confirm, when you go to Shopify Theme>Customise>Apps the Klaviyo App is togged on?Just to ensure Klaviyo is receiving all the required data. It would also be worth trying to resync your product feed with Klaviyo. Integrate Klaviyo - What about the shopify notifications?

Hi @DaveSG Welcome to the Klaviyo Community and thanks for the great question!There are two types of notifications we are talking about here - Transactional (ie; Order Confirmation, Dispatch Confirmation etc) and Marketing (ie; Product Announcement, Sales etc).With Klaviyo you have the flexibility to customize and personalize the Shopify Notifications within the Klaviyo solution and then you export and import the code of the email back into Shopify for Transactional emails. This is a great feature of Klaviyo and available on the free account!Here is an article that gives you an in-depth look on how to do this: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080587-How-to-personalize-and-export-Shopify-notification-emailsThe only ‘transactional’ email you will want to disable in Shopify is the Abandon Cart email, as you will set up the flow in Klaviyo and use the feature rich solution to provide a very personalized email journey for the customer.Here is more information on this here on

Integrate Klaviyo - What about the shopify notifications?

Hi @DaveSG For Transactional yes, that is correct.In Klaviyo, under Content>Templates>Create Templates there are Shopify Notifications prebuilt, which you can customise and export this code and import back into Shopify Notifications, overwriting the standard Shopify ones. Of course, with Klaviyo you can do more than just Abandoned Cart, you can also use Browse Abandonment, Back In Stock, Price Drop etc. However Abandoned Cart is the only one that requires you to disable the Shopify Notification to make use of the Klaviyo automated flow 😊Hope this helps further!Kylie

Hi @richieq1234 Welcome to Klaviyo Community 😊Great question and hopefully I can solve this one for you!When you are in your desired Flow and you want to use an existing email template, follow these below steps and your template should be appear for you.Navigate to Edit Email (which will take you to the Flow Content) Beside the ‘Edit Email’ button, select the drop down and use Change Template Then select Drag and Drop Then select My Templates across the top. Here you should find your template you have previously created If your template is still not showing, can you please confirm that if you navigate to Content>Templates>My Templates, you can see it there?Hope it helps!Kylie
