Email Product Feed Currency Issue

My company does business in the US, Canada, and AUS. I would like to have my product feed’s price display WITH the Denominator (USD, CAD, AUD), but when I switch the display currency in the template or individual email editor, I am only seeing a standard “$” dollar sign, whereas if I were to switch to almost any other country, the denominator is displayed appropriately.Is having the actual denominator display possible for these currencies? or am I SOL? It seems like a pretty basic function, especially when many of the businesses using Klaviyo operate in multiple countries.

updating my sending domain

Hi, I have set up my sending domain in klaviyo, i’ve also completed all the steps in shopify.  Klaviyo is saying my sending domain is active. Yet i still get the notification to update my sending email. When i try to add my new sending domain in the sender email box its telling me to Enter a valid email address. I have spent hours watching videos and all the posts on klavyio, but nothing is working.

Klaviyo for Webinar Reports

Hey everyone!My company has been using Klaviyo for a few years now, but we mainly use it for standard email flows and campaigns. We’re definitely not using it to its fullest potential.I have a use case that I think Klaviyo would help with, and I want to run it by the experts to see what the recommended strategy might be.We recently started hosting monthly webinars for our manufacturers to come and do a presentation and Q&A for our customers. We would like to be able to show our stakeholders and our manufacturers that these webinars are generating interest in their products. I think Klaviyo can do this easily by allowing us to generate reports on product views, add to carts, purchases, etc.After each webinar we have an excel sheet of everyone who attended. Would it be best practice to upload this as a separate list and use this to generate reports? I’m thinking we could also use this to add a tag to their account, because everyone who attends is already our customer so they all have

New subscribers locations are always wrong

Hi everyone, I’m just testing out Klaviyo to see if it is going to fit our needs so don’t have a full paid account yet, but everytime I add a subscriber from an embedded form in our website, it shows the location as France and I am in Australia, this in turn leads to spam and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong ? Thanks in advance for helping a newbie

Issue with Displaying Images in Klaviyo Replenishment Emails Based on Previous Orders

Hello Klaviyo Community,I'm currently facing multiple challenges with my replenishment email flor setup and would greatly appreciate your insights.I'm encountering an issue with displaying images in replenishment emails based on profiles' previous orders. I've set up a dynamic block within a table triggered by fulfilled orders, allowing profiles to view and reorder items. While this works for other categories, I'm facing three specific problems:There's a particular category, 'Magic Mushroom Chocolate,' where the products aren't displaying as dynamic images. Strangely, this issue doesn't occur for other product categories.In my personal email tests, the dynamic images are not displaying, despite titles being present. However, when I preview in Klaviyo's tool, the images appear as expected for multiple fulfilled orders except the  for the one I mentioned above that there's a specific category that's not showing even in Klaviyo preview tool and even in my email test. 3. I've implemented a

Streaming contacts into another flow from an existing flow

HelloApologies if this has been posted before but I am new to Klaviyo and still finding my way around.This community has been really helpful and has tremendous amount of resources to refer to! :)I was wondering if there is a way in Klaviyo where there is an option to bring contacts already in one flow into another new flow. For example:Flow 1: Failed order (failed payment trigger > send email)Flow 2: Customer winback (placed order trigger > send email) I would like to make it such that:Failed payment trigger > send email > (goes into Flow 2) My questions are:Is there a way to continue on into another flow from the current flow the contact is in? Is there a way to continue into a certain stage of the other flow from the current flow?I heard that this may be achieved through trigger flows but I am unsure as to how this works. Some help notes or explanation on this would be helpful. Thank you very much!

Abandoned cart tracking on Shopify

HI,I have a problem with abandoned cart tracking on Shopify.I created a test user, placed the product in the cart, then went to checkout but all this is not tracked to me on Audience --> Profiles --> Profile Namethe last trace is the "Viewed Product" product pageand for this reason the automation for the automatic email for abandoning the cart does not work for me.How can I solve it?Thank you

End Recipient Data Acknowledgement Form

Hi all, We’ve developed a Shopify connector app.  We’ve passed review, but are required to get someone from Klaviyo to sign-off on this document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oN9pd3d6BmLF0NYTIkq37OebMml_VUlDw89whj_UOHw/edit  It’s basically an API terms of service and non-solicitation agreement. Has anyone had to do execute this document and do you have a contact at Klaviyo that can sign-off?  Our contact at Shopify oddly could not supply a name.Thanks in advance! ~ Jim

Klaviyo and bigcommerce sending domain setuo

Is there any documentation on how to set this up correctly? There is no clear description from klaviyo on how to do this. I have followed the steps but thier is a lack of information. I am on the fence about leaving Klaviyo anyway. so if I can’t get the help I will just switch. I think its ridiculous that this is a requirement and there is no information on it.

Subscribe Profile and add custom properties using latest Klaviyo API

Using this endpoint:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/subscribe_profiles Is it possible to subscribe a profile to a list and also add custom properties to that profile in one request? This was possible with the previous API version but now I’m not sure. My request works without adding custom properties, but when I tried adding ‘newKey’ => ‘value’ to the Profile’s object and I got this error:newKey' is not a valid field for the resource 'profile'  Thank you

Customize columns in Profiles dashboard

This may be more of a feature request than an inquiry...I would like to adjust the columns displayed on the Profiles page. We use a number of custom properties which would be helpful to reference. I occasionally search for email addresses to verify if they have a profile in our Klaviyo account. If they do, it would be nice to quickly identify properties like subscription status, last page viewed, etc. without having to click into the profile, scroll through default properties, or click/search among custom properties. This customization is available in competitors’ products, so it would be nice to see Klaviyo catch up.

How to avoid duplicated 'Subscribed to Email Marketing' events

I have a service that executes daily to sync all customers to Klaviyo via the Create or Update Profile API v2024-02-15. Each customer has an ID (to be used as external_id) and an Email, which can serve as identifiers in the Klaviyo system.The issue arises because I'm unaware of which customers are already synced and subscribed to marketing emails. Therefore, after sending the customer information via the aforementioned API, I also send another request to subscribe the customer's email for marketing purposes using the Subscribe Profiles API. However, this leads to the creation of duplicated events for 'Subscribed to email marketing' within the customer profiles.My question is: How can I avoid the creation of duplicated 'Subscribed to email marketing' events when the email is already subscribed? Alternatively, is there a way to check if a profile is already subscribed to marketing emails?Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Klaviyo Not Integrating

Hi - I am a new potential user of Klaviyo. I have a Wix site that is premium and has a live domain (so no issues there). I followed the appropriate steps to connect the two… added Klaviyo to my Wix site, and agreed to user permissions etc.  Where I am getting stuck is that when it brings me back to Klaviyo on the page where I am supposed to “Connect to Wix” it is saying “(314) An error occurred while creating your integration.”I have tried reaching out to Klaviyo and Wix support- no one has gotten back to me. Honestly, this is a BAD start to my interest in with  Klaviyo for my fast-growing startup. :(

Hi there,I am migrating my emails from Brevo to Klaviyo and I wanted to know if there was a feature to add a profile to another list automatically in a flow?I could do it in their automatic flow, so I wanted to see if it can also be done here? If/then logic working for desktop preview but not mobile

Hi everyone! One of the brands that I partner with includes assorted gifts and add-ons with every purchase. How to automatically tag users with the product or type of product they've purchased?

I want to tag buyers with a tag that says they’re either a discount buyer or a full-price buyer. Right now I want to focus on specific products rather than order value because I’m generally only pushing a bundle that already has a price drop baked into the price, but I’m aware in future if I run a sale on something that isn’t a bundle that might throw the accuracy out. I’m also aware this doesn’t allow for people using a coupon code on other products. Essentially, I have no idea how to pull out discount buyers and full-price buyers with accuracy. So how do I set up Klaviyo to automatically tag buyers or specific products with “discount buyer” and “full-price buyer”? In future, I’ll use them to target specific flows.

Sent an internal email but non of the users received it.

Hello,  I was asked to send an internal email for our design team (https://www.klaviyo.com/campaign/01HSK2V98YWKBDYHQ4BFC5G0TZ/reports/overview) and it didn’t send to a single person within our team and I wanted to know why. I contacted support and they said it could be down to our inbox provider (outlook) or it being placed in “quarantine” but I’m sure it hasn’t been because I checked with our IT team.  I just wanted to know why this internal campaign didn’t send and what are the next best step to get it to send.
