Hi everyone,I’d like to create a segment using the “starting_date” of the customer. Specifically, I want to include profiles that are scheduled to receive emails 2 days before their starting date (i.e., starting_date - today = 2). However, I’d like to exclude profiles for which only 1 day remains until their starting date.Could you please advise how I can set up this segment?I really appreciate your help.

Our campaign emails are going straight to spam, we have checked our email authentication and domain reputation and cannot seem to figure out the cause. How can I get this resolved? I need this corrected please.

Is there a way to save a signup form as a template so that I can easily apply it to new forms later on?Right now I don’t see any built‑in option for this (like in campaign emails), and I haven’t found a clear workaround in the documentation. Hey, I have already set up the klaviyo SPF, dkim and dmarc records as suggested. Klaviyo verified it too but I felt my emails were going to spam. So I checked spf record in mail tester, it showed "no record found for spf, similarly dkim. I again tested with powerdmarc, it still shows the same. what should I do now?

Has anyone ever successfully integrated Spotify + klaviyo to show the Spotify player in an email?  It would be a great feature for Klaviyo to have available on their drag and drop blocks for musicians as well as retailers to send shop playlists.

Ca a l’air super comme outil mais je n’ai pas réussi à trouver quelle solution Klaviyo utilise et je voudrais m’assurer que ça fonctionne correctement car s’il faut faire beaucoup de modifications pour chaque traduction, ça enlève un peu tout l’intérêt.  Et sinon, est ce que certains utilisent un outil intégré type Make ou Zapier? Merci pour votre aide! 

This may be more of a feature request than an inquiry...I would like to adjust the columns displayed on the Profiles page. We use a number of custom properties which would be helpful to reference. I occasionally search for email addresses to verify if they have a profile in our Klaviyo account. If they do, it would be nice to quickly identify properties like subscription status, last page viewed, etc. without having to click into the profile, scroll through default properties, or click/search among custom properties. This customization is available in competitors’ products, so it would be nice to see Klaviyo catch up.  

Hi,Quick sanity check please. The attached picture is one of our flows - a post-purchase flow which includes a couple of emails which ask for a product review. We are moving our product reviews to another service that we are trialling, so I want these 2 emails to not send for now, so I marked them as draft. However I want the option to re-enable them if we don’t like the new service, so don’t want to delete them.Questions:if they’re marked as draft, they will definitely not send to real people, correct? however will the flow logic continue past these 2 draft emails so the flow will move on with the other emails and commands until it finishes?Many thanks,Gareth 

Hi, use webhooks to get event data and subscribed to `event:klaviyo.received_email`. Starting 2025-09-02, we stopped getting webhook deliveries for a subset of our connected accounts.When we check the status of the webhook using the API, it says enabled. We also did not see a corresponding increase in non-2xx response from our servers to the webhook urls that would indicate klaviyo may be in backoff or may have disabled the webhook.Patching the webhook using the API seems to have got them unstuck but we are unsure of what happened and if it might happen again.

Hi, I’m trying to find a good loyalty program app for online and store customers which syncs with Klaviyo. Features i’m looking for include:loyalty card / customer number ability to bring the card up on your smart phone wallet ability for push notifications shows customer balances / points / credit for them to redeem on purchasesDoes anyone have any tried and tested examples. I’ve checked out the Embargo App which looks quite seamless however they’re more tailored to hospitality where as i’m in search of something for jewellery / fashion and integratable with shopify.  Any direction much appreciated!

Hi everyone,I’m currently trying to build an abandoned cart email using a Dynamic Table block in Klaviyo.I’ve noticed two issues and would love some clarification:When I use the Added to Cart metric (the custom event with the gear icon), I don’t see any array called line_items in the Preview & test when editing email in the flow — only generic event properties. As a result, my dynamic table can’t display multiple products.I read in Klaviyo documentation that the “Added to Cart” event is considered a single-product event, and that dynamic tables aren’t recommended for it. However, what if a customer abandons a cart that contains multiple items? Is there an official best practice for this?My goal is simply to show all products in the abandoned cart using a dynamic table block.Any guidance or best practices from Klaviyo experts or devs who’ve solved this would be greatly appreciated! 🙏-Steven

Hi thereI have two clients who are having great difficulty integrating VEND Lightspeed and Klaviyo. Here’s what they have tried:Client One:spoken with Lightspeed and they’re not planning on creating an integration any time soon for Lightspeed X-Series.  Tried using Storetasker to no avail Spoke to my local web dev who thought he’d be able to do something through Zapier - he couldn’t.  Put something on UpWork and only one guy got back to me, with a three week and US$1500 (approx) quote.   Client Two:My only work around… and note its messy… is this:Vend - Link to mail chimp (free account) - then to Zapier - into Klaviyo.Although it works, a straight integration would be nice.  Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations of developers who can create a straight integration from Vend to Klaviyo? 

Hey there,  I keep getting an error message when I try and set up SMS messaging in Klaviyo. For some reason I was able to set it all up during the tutorial but I was never able to verify a phone number to actually use. I try and redo it all now and I am unable to get past a certain point in signing up.  This is the error I keep receiving . Hello community,I have set up a two-email abandoned cart flow. I have checked and re-checked my integration with Shopify and I’m still having two issues:My first email won’t pull in any dynamic product info. While I’ve gone to the preview page, copied the URLs listed there, and plugged them in, it still isn’t populating. In fact, it isn’t even creating space in the email as if it was supposed to be there. The ‘return to cart’ CTA button is there, but no link. This is even more strange because the second email in the series is pulling and displaying this information just fine. I even copied the URLs from that one to the first and it didn’t work.  In the second email (and the first) the ‘return to cart’ CTA from the template goes to the product page and not the cart. I can’t find any URL that works to send a customer directly back to their cart. And it’s not a timing issue - I made sure there’s enough time to populate and not so long that the cart expired. Any help would be greatly appre

How the coupon is written before being Previewed When previewed and sent as a test with recent events from a customer that triggered the Abandoned cart flow. The code is still not generated and appears as PreviewHello Klaviyo community,I am facing an issue with unique coupons. As you can see in the pictures above (an example of the abandoned cart), I have created a dynamic coupon for 10% off but No codes were generated. When I send the Email to test , it still shows as Preview.Can you help with matter?Ps: let me know if I should provide more details/screenshots for this problem to accurately find a solution.
