Order Placed if item is out of stock

Hey Klaviyo folks!Is there a way to create a flow that sends an email to a customer if the ordered item is out of stock?The trigger is placed order, and I’m hoping to add a condition that says something along the lines of...if the item ordered quantity is <=0, send an email.I couldn’t find it.Thanks!

Show/hide block based on specific purchase history.

I have an email template with lots of blocks in it. I’d like to hide these selectively to a user based on their previous purchase (Shopify) history with us.Block A - Hide if customer has purchased product “ABC”Block B - Hide if customer has purchased product “XYZ”Block C - Hide if customer has purchased product “123”I’ve hit a number of roadblocks trying to get this to work and want to make sure I understand if I’m on the right track here:1. You can’t use previous event data in a flow. It seems like I can only use event data as the trigger of a flow and can use that trigger data in the show/hide logic, but I can’t access previous event data.2. I can use custom properties as the basis of show/hide logic.So to use custom properties for a user I need to make a flow that adds the custom data when triggered and can populate this with existing profiles. The limitation of this is: I need to make a separate flow for each SKU it seems? A flow can’t perform loops, only split off users in to grou

How to fix a distorted embedded form?

I've included a Klaviyo embedded form on my password page until I reopen. The PC version seems OK; however, the mobile version is distorted. Is there a way to loop a flow in Klaviyo using code?

I’m working on customizing flows in Klaviyo and was wondering if it’s possible to programmatically loop a flow. For example, after reaching the end of a flow, triggering it to start again automatically via code or API. Is there any supported method, workaround, or best practice for achieving this within the Klaviyo platform? Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Lead Gen Download

I created a lead gen (pdf download) section on my website. It’s a simple a form on my homepage where potential customers can add their name and email to receive an email with a link to download the pdf. I created the form on klaviyo. I also created the Flow. How do I check to make sure the two are linked? I also gave at the bottom of my website on every page to sign up for my newsletter. That’s also triggers a different Flow. I want to make sure the two are working.

Testing Out Email Flows

Hello fellow Klaviyo users, I have created a pretty complex flow on Klaviyo based on several triggers like “x times purchased”, “x product purchased while being a customer for so long” etc. I wanted to test the flow somehow before taking it live. Is there a way to do this? Or can I test it on a limited audience before turning it on  for everyone? I don’t want to change the logic by creating a test segment as that would beat the purpose of having a flow.

good morning, I have a problem with the ‘added to cart’ flow, although the integration does not give any problems and the other flows work correctly, for this flow the image, name and price of the product cannot be displayed. What could this depend on? Thank you

Abandon Cart in BigCommerce Going to Checked Out Customers

Hello,We own a custom furniture store and we wait to capture funds from our customers until after our order has been accepted by the vendor to avoid paying fees. As soon as we receive an order, the status changes to Awaiting Payment. It automatically switches to Awaiting Fulfillment after we capture funds. In this period, our customer has placed the order but still receives Abandoned Cart emails. How can we resolve this issue?Please let us know!

I need to add over 200 users to my Klaviyo newsletter list using the API.

I need to add over 200 users to my Klaviyo newsletter list using the API. While I know the manual process of uploading a CSV file, I want to automate this weekly task via the API. The endpoint I plan to use is:https://a.klaviyo.com/api/lists/{List ID}/relationships/profiles/However, it requires a user profile ID, which I don't have. I can retrieve the profile ID using the following endpoint:https://a.klaviyo.com/api/profiles?filter=equals(email,"abc@gmail.com")But, given the large number of users, I want to avoid making individual API calls for each email to fetch the profile ID.MUST be checked against unsubscribe list in Klaviyo before added. When contacts are added to a list, they are subscribed even if they have previously unsubscribed. This is a critical step to comply with spam rules.

Embedded form sometimes doesnt load on Wordpress site

Hello!We have a page on our website where we embedded one of our Klaviyo sign-up forms.At first it worked without any issues, then we started noticing that sometimes the form just doesn’t load. This happens randomly on both mobile and desktop browsers, we couldn’t find any patterns relating to this occurrence.When the form doesn’t load, you can only see its borders, as seen in the picture below:Since the content doesn’t load, the borders appear as a white line.Once the page is reloaded, the form functions as it should.This is a major issue since our site visitors have no way of knowing that there should be a sign-up form where the white line is. Accessing Cookie or Identifying Tracked User

I’m working on a custom integration for our app, where we would want to query klaviyo to get a profile ID from the cookie or session somehow. Meaning, what I’m trying to do is be able to retrieve a profile ID from the cookie or something so i can map it back to a call for the full profile etc. Is this somehow possible? Can’t seem to find the api docs or guide on how we would be able to identify a klaviyo profile/tracked user on the merchant site while the site is loading/page loaded etc.

Which dynamic variable to use?

Hello,  I want to add a dynamic image into a sunset flow e-mail that displays the main image of one of the items purchased in the past by the recipient. Need help about klaviyo partner login.

 I'm trying to sign in to my partner account, but unfortunately, I cannot log in. It shows a password error. I've tried to "Forget Password," but from klaviyo, I did not receive any email to reset my password. Could you please help with this? Thank you again!

Why is it so difficult to toggle between profiles within a segment

Either I’m being dense or this is very poor UX. I want to toggle between profiles in a segment to check their individual tags and metrics, but there is no ‘Previous - Next’ prompt and if you go back it takes you to All Profiles instead to the segment profiles. Completely absurd. Or am I missing something?

Abandoned Cart Checkout does not include dynamic pics

Hi, I set up the Abandoned Checkout Flow; the flow itself works fine, but it just won't preview the products left.Shopify integration works normally as my Abandoned Browse flow shows the product w/o any problem. Do you guys have any clue where the problem is? attached are both screenshots of settings and test preview.Thanks Lukas

why is klaviyo telling me to add a branded sending domain?

I have just over 5000 profiles in my klaviyo audience but only 25 of them actually subscribed to my emails and are receiving email marketing. (there are a ton of spammy email addresses from china and russia and those fake one-time-only email addresses consisting of random numbers and letters)I also have not made even 100 sales so there were very few transactional emails send and even abandoned cart emails were sent only to 38 people. why is klaviyo telling me to add a branded sending domain?Also in my settings under account -> organization my default sender email address is info@raysandriches.com (i use zoho, not gmail or yahoo)  would it still have the “sent “via klaviyomail.com” disclaimer”?also i read thi https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000357752 and this https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/9042531198747 I also read shopify help articles and asked chat GPT but i am utterly overwhealmed iwth this technical stuff and I don’t want to make any mistakes that mess

Abandoned cart and Markets in Shopify

Hello, I was trying to find specific help for my question, but w/o luck. I run a Shopify store in 3 markets (Czech, Slovak, and EU); each market has its domain, e.g. www.unbeaten.cz for Czech. I want to use the domain as a condition for the language in which they will get the email. For example, a visitor coming to the Slovak domain www.unbeaten.sk leaves an abandoned cart, and condition split sends him AC flow in Slovak. Is there a way to use domains as a condition? Thanks!

Removing exchange orders from a return customer flow

Hi there,We use an external platform that automates our returns and exchanges. On Shopify it puts through exchanges as a new order (they come in under their own sales channel and get tagged with a unique tag).Meanwhile on Klaviyo we have a feedback request flow that sends an email depending on how many orders that customer has placed. The problem we have is that currently the flow counts an exchange as a new order so it is registering that customer as a return customer and sending them an unwanted feedback email for their second order.Is there a way we can exclude these exchange orders from our flow? Missing "Resend Confirmation Email" Link on Signup Form Confirmation Page

Hi Klaviyo Community,I’ve encountered an issue with the confirmation page for a signup form I created in Klaviyo. Unlike the confirmation pages in the Consent Pages section, which automatically include a "Resend Confirmation Email" link, the confirmation page generated by my signup form doesn’t show this link.This is causing confusion for users who may need to resend their confirmation email. I've checked the settings, but I can’t seem to find an option to add this link manually to the signup form’s confirmation page.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Pop up form issue - cannot reliably exclude current profiles

I have encountered a persistent issue with pop-up forms. Despite setting the forms to exclude existing profiles in my database, the forms are still being displayed to them under certain circumstances. Klaviyo support has clarified that their system cookies visitors when they click a tracked email link or fill out a signup form. However, the exclusion settings don’t seem to cover all scenarios, such as:Profiles who are unsubscribed but still exist in the database. Incognito or multi-device usage where cookies don’t persist. The inability to check profile status via API before showing the form.Has anyone successfully implemented a workaround for this, such as leveraging custom scripts, third-party tools, or advanced segmentation? I'm open to solutions that involve modifying the behavior of forms based on user profile data or other creative strategies to ensure existing profiles never see these forms. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
