How to remove inactive subscribers

I want to remove inactive subscribers. I am not talking about suppressed or what ever that is. I want to remove all emails that haven’t engaged with us in the last few years. Please tell me this is possible.

Batch update subsrcribe & preferences page across various lists

Hello, Our company has recently rebranded, so we are in the process of updating all of our flows, templates, etc and one aspect we need to update are our “subscribe & preference pages” (for instance found through the “unsubscribe” or “updated preference” footer in all our emails). Is there any way to apply all the changes made to various lists vs. doing it manually one by one?

Dynamic Recipe/Blog Post Content for Post Purchase Flow

I am trying to create a post-purchase follow-up email that has dynamic content (a recommended recipe or blog post) for each product they ordered.  I believe that we should be using a dynamic table in Klaviyo for this using Metafields from Shopify or ShopifyFlow .  Has anyone done this before?  If so, can you share the approach you used?

Item Name

Hello,I’m looking to set a an abandoned cart reminder - added to cart trigger and it isn’t pulling through the item name. I’m using the code {{ item.Product.FullURL }} and this code currently works for my abandoned cart email.  Why is it not working for the abandoned cart reminder - added to cart trigger?  Also is there some training documents for the coding aspect of Klaviyo as it is very confusing for me.

unable to turn off bad looking popup on website

I tried using flows to get emails on my store and when I tried to turn the pop ups off It didn’t stop. I have tried uninstalling the app from my shopify and disconnecting it from my store and nothing works. I dont know how to get it off my website of change it it just wont stop popping up.

How to test pop-ups on my site?

I am on WordPress. I installed the Klaviyo plugin, configured it, and connected my site with my Klaviyo list.I created a pop-up that triggers at around 25 seconds and also as an exit-intent.When I go to my site and wait for the 25 seconds (or more), or when I try to exit the site, no pop-up shows up.How can I troubleshoot to identify what may be wrong?As the site is new, I am still in the free tier of Klaviyo, and do not have access to their chat support.Thank you.

Anyone Experienced in Countdown Timers within Klaviyo?

Best (or Worst) Countdown Timer Apps for Use in Klaviyo?Sentric?CountdownMail?Mailtimers?Motion Mail? Hey, all!Just wondering if anyone has personal experience with countdown timer apps and can recommend one app over another for use in Klaviyo email campaigns and/or flow emails. (Or if there are any apps to stay away from.)We’ve not used a countdown timer app before and I’ve researched reviews/blogs about some of the seemingly top choices, but I’d love to hear opinions from actual Klaviyo users. Any must-have features? Best practices? Image Block vs. Text Block Source CodeI read a previous Klaviyo Community post where the conclusion was that using the text block source code for a countdown timer will allow the timer to run down to zero in Klaviyo rather than an image block (every time the email is refreshed the timer counts down from the beginning again), so we will take that functionality into consideration in our decision. How to group multiple emails into a campaign?

Hi There,Sorry if this is simple but is there a way to group multiple emails into a single campaign to properly determine the performance of a promo as a whole?For example, we usually announce promos/deals with an initial email, then remind customers with multiple emails that contain detailed features/benefits then finally, ending soon and ‘last call’ emails.But for reporting, we have to manually add-up the separate campaigns to determine performance of the promo as a whole. Not only is this more time consuming, it’s kinda confusing when campaigns are really just emails - unless we’re missing something basic here?I hope that makes sense, any pointers much appreciated.Cheers, Ben

Adding a tag after a flow completes

I’ve been using InfusionSoft, ActiveCampaign and a few other email softwares before, and tags have always been a great way to segment users.Am I correct in understanding that Klavyio doesn’t do this, but uses “custom properties” for this?If that’s the case, isn’t this a complicated workaround for something most other services do out of the box?

How to delete supressed profiles from my Klaviyo Account

Hi! i would like to delete all the suppressed profiles from the account, but I don’t see an option of deleting them. I checked that you can delete a list with the profile cleaning option. i tried to export the profiles into a CSV file, then make a list and then delete them with the profile cleaning option. Is there a better way to do this, there are more that 3k profiles and doing it manually its a lot. *When I tried to export the list I would get an error message saying: There is something wrong with our system, please try again.

Customised consent pages not showing up

Hi, I was revisiting my sign up forms, consent and subscription pages and saw that some that I customised on the settings section were turning up and some aren’t.More specifically I am interested in having the Confirmation Page and the Success Page turning up the way I customised it but when the email arrives it is completely different. Here a few photos to compare what I think I was getting and what I was actually receiving:  If anyone has an idea of how to fix this please let me know.  Thank you! Helena

Pre-order Flow

A few quick questions for the pre-order Flow:Can we create a second email follow up that updates the customer if the pre-order release date changes? I’m not sure where the information could be pulled from, perhaps a CSV? It would be great to send out the second email once the order is been fulfilled that includes the tracking, or would this all be part of the Order Flow? The key thing here with the pre-order flow is that the customer is fully automatically updated about the shipping dates. The issue is that they might purchase multiple items, some available now, some available in Jan, some in Feb. We need to keep them updated about all their items and release dates

Is this possible? Build a flow to replace my loyalty programme

Hi you sweet humans!  I have a fair amount of people who have made repeat purchases with my apparel brand.  I was thinking of implementing a loyalty programme but those aren’t cheap and then it’s just another tool I need to manage.  I was wondering if this would be a smart idea. Create a flow that only sends to qualifying customers (I’m not sure this is possible or what filters to use but they’d need to spend over a certain amount).  The flow will let them know that they’re now part of our VIP program which gets them certain benefits.  Send out a monthly or quarterly campaign with VIP deals.  I could build out a pre-VIP flow that lets them know they’re a certain amount away from becoming a VIP.  Has anyone does this, do you have any tips or guidelines for me to create these type of flows?  My store is on Shopify. Looking forward to getting any  help.

Two webshops

Dear team,I have recently opened a second webshop, with a separate domein and plan in Shopify, but which is connected to my main account in Shopify together with the other webshop, so I can easily switch between two stores.Klaviyo is installed in my first store, but I’d also like to use it for the second store. Condition split based of registered referrals?

If I connect a referral software to my store that allows people become a referral agent for me. Am I able to create a Conditional Split in my Post-Purchase Flow that would either send an email incentivising people to register to become an affiliate or skip that email entirely?  Admittedly I don’t have this set up so I don’t know. But my guess would be that I have a custom property about the people who have joined my referral program stated as True. And then those who are labeled as False would get sent the email.  Is any of this correct? please let me know. Thank you

pop up form background best practices

I am having trouble understanding why the pop up or fly out sign up forms cannot just have my website view as a background.It seems like I need to choose a complimentary color or upload an image.Is there a way for the sign up form pop up or fly out to appear where ever the customer is on my site, whether it’s the homepage or product page? Help! Am I too late to activate winback segment before BFCM?

I am only starting now with preparing my BFCM emails. I do have a welcome flow and a customer thank you flow set up, but not a winback flow.My winback segment is populated with 1500 people who didn’t purchase in the past 180 days.What should I do NOW to make sure I can activate them for BFCM and what should I do DURING BFCM?We are planning to do a 2 week site-wide discount of 25% starting 13/11. How can I personalize the content within a flow?

I’m setting up a flow to request previous customers to leave a review on my website. I’ve created the email and I would like to include the following sentence:You purchased [Product Name] from our store a couple of days ago… How can I automate the system to detect the last purchase from the customer and input into the email? I think a generic “You purchased a product from us” seems like a horrible customer experience, but I don’t have the bandwidth to manually send an email to each customer. Thanks!
