Display Unique Code on Shopify Site

I have a sign up form on the sign that will assign new subscribers a code - this is done automatically with the Shopify <> Klaviyo integration. I want to display the Unique Code when the user is on the website if they have signed up. Is this possible to do either via API or is it assigned to the user in Shopify and therefore accessible via liquid?

Validation email not triggering

Hello! I have password page activated in my Prestige Shopify theme so users can leave their email adress in order to get access. The question is that I have that field connected to my klaviyo newsletter. Also in Klaviyo, within my audience settings "Newsletter" I have configured the sending of a validation email that should reach all new subscribers to my newsletter, but that email is not arriving. Could someone give me a cable?Thank you very much!

Collecting preferences for specific promo events like Black Friday

Good day! I would like to collect customer email preferences for certain product promos for Black Friday and for this data to be saved as a property so I can segment customers accordingly. I.e I would like customers who sign up to receive our BF deals on our website to receive an email with selection of different promos that will be sent out over this time, i.e related to our training or related to our products and give them an option to select which offers they want to receive marketing about. How can I set this up and automate this in Klaviyo? Would it need to be done through a workflow for all people who subscribe to receive Black Friday marketing? Thanks,Lauren

Email sign up flow that will repeatedly perform with the same email address.

 am in need of java script or something for my email sign-up form on Klaviyo and would need to know how to apply it so I can duplicate…. Basically, I want to create a Flow triggered by an embedded sign-up form whenever someone fills out a form so that a person can receive the message multiple times, Not just once. I am using this as getting people's email address and give them freebies but if that only occurs once and they don't get any other freebies then that would be a problem.So, I would need this flow to occur whenever people sign up for it and needs to perform regardless of the times they put in their info. I am also intending to use this whenever I need to add freebies so I need to know how to apply and where as well.Can anyone help me with that? Thank you!

How do I schedule a signup / popup form?

We are running different campaigns at www.legeakademiet.dk where we would like to create a popup, which tells the visitor about the current campaign offer. So I have created a sign up form and removed the form fields and just added an image and a text block, so it works more as a sales banner. But i'm missing the opportunity to set a start and a end date for when the campaign should run.Is that not possible to schedule a sign-up form?

Run contest only for existing opt-in subscribers

Hey,I want to run a contest that is exclusively for people who have already subscribed and meet certain shopping criteria. I will not be offering this competition on social media or via any other media.It is a reward for staying engaged and being part of the brand. The sign up form will be sent via email to existing subscribers. I set up a new list as detailed in this article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000798472). However once designing the page. I’m not sure what to do about the  confirmation page and opt-in page (below are the two pages/steps I’m referring to)As these people are already subscribers I don’t need to ask them to subscribe again and I don’t want to confuse them either.  For the existing VIP customers I already have a manage preference page is already customised for the subscribers to add more details about their shopping habits so I don’t want to change this.  Maybe I should not have set up a list, but duplicated a segment and customised a manage pref

Can I have a checkbox ticked by default?

Hi,  Does anyone know if it’s possible when working with a checkbox that it’s ticked by default? Now people have to tick the box manually if they want to subscribe to our newsletter, but I have the feeling I’m losing a lot of the people here because they don’t thick the box.  Thanks in advance!

Are sign up forms with A/B tests removing duplicate views?

Are sign up forms with A/B tests removing duplicate views? Or will the same person who visits the page multiple times be counted as multiple views? Also, if the same person refreshes the page with the A/B test, could they be served the other variant? Is it tied to cookies/cache?

hello,I want to offer a pop-up unique discount for viewers who are just browsing my store … as a way to incentivise them to buy something. the code would have to be one-time and unique to the visitors. I don’t want them to sign up. this is for casual visitors to my store. is that possible?

HI ALL,Need help! Just made a sign up form for our prelaunch. It is sending out an email from Hotminute - but with my personal email. Asking if the subscriber wants to “confirm your subscription” with a button “ Yes i want to subscribe”. I don’t want any emails for now, CAN WE TURN IT OFF  ( i have a shopify acc linked) WHERE do i find where to turn it off?If I can’t turn it off, how do I change the emails to look better and the email address. IT SHOULD not be my personal email.

Image not showing on sign up form

Hi there,I created a pop up form on Klaviyo for my Shopify store. I have the green tick saying that the it is successfully integrated to my Shopify store.When I published the pop up, the image is not showing but it is showing in Klaviyo.  This is the Klaviyo parametersbut this is what shows up on the website - no image. I’ve tried changing the size of the image as well but it still doesn’t work.Hoping you can help

Klaviyo - Embed sing up form Messed Up My Website Fonts.

Hello! I just installed the klaviyo email marketing app. And tried to set up an embedded sign up form. But a problem occurred when I put the embedded sign-up form into my website. website: arprosystems.compassword: ialdeaprovider: shopify Some of the words that are in my website changed fonts and are stuck in those fonts. It even changes the fonts when I removed the sign up forms. When refreshing the site you can see how it changes the words.For example the language chooser (''Latviešu'') - you can see how it is in the original font and then it changes to a random light font. (Also the selection words in the dropdown menu changed for the ''palīdzība'' section) When I am trying to change the font to something else these words on the whole website just don't change..... I had Poppins Medium font - and put a Poppins font onto my sign-up form on the word ''E-pasts'' / ''Email'' (Maybe that changed something?) On the sign up form there is also an Arials BLACK font on the word ''PIESEKO'' /

Customer profile - email not subscribed

Hey all, i’m new to klaviyo and have a query. Shopify is showing that we had a customer create a profile by signing up to our email newsletter. My customer section on shopify is showing this customer and states ‘Subscribed’ - To check that my flows were running as set up i went into klaviyo and there was no record that any flows were sent. I found the customer on klaviyo (via their email) however it says that the customer never subscribed so the flow was never triggered to send the welcome email. I’m just confused as klaviyo now has the customers email and shopify shows as subscribed. As our store is in the pre launch phase i want to make sure it’s not an error as it could really harm our conversation if the flows are not being triggered. Any help much appreciated. Thankyou.

Pop-Up form Double Opt-In

Hello,I’ve created a subscribe and save pop-up. Unfortunately, after customer submits it, the discount code is immediately triggered and visible. QUESTION: Is there a way to have customer confirm subscription via email first BEFORE receiving the discount code? Can code be set-up to be delivered via email AFTER subscription confirmation? thank you

However, when I tested the sign-up the discount code immediately appeared after submitting my email address in the form. How to prevent discount code from being visible/available until AFTER subscriber confirms via email?

How can I translate sign up form validation messages?

I’m looking for a way to translate validation messages used in sign up forms.The Language of the list is set to Polish but despite that the validation messages, like: “This field is required” or “Please enter a valid email address”  are presented in English and I’m unable to locate settings to either set them to Polish or translate.Please kindly advise.

MULTICHECK BOX URL REDIRECT

Hello,I have a question regarding the Multicheck box on sign up embed form. So, I have created this sign up form for 2 courses that I’m selling: DAS START and DAS PRO.On the sign up form people can choose in the multicheck box between the 2 courses. I want that after choosing one of the 2 courses they get redirected to a specific URL so they can already start with their first lesson. There is also a flow setup in which, after form submit, they get an email with the link to the first lesson, but I also want them to instantly get redirected to that page after the submit. Multi-step Signup Form: SMS Coupon Code

I’m brand new to Klaviyo and just setup my first sign-up form using the Klaviyo Multi-step email and SMS popup. How do I set it up so a unique coupon code gets sent via email or SMS to the subscriber? I didn’t see any other steps in the sign-up form setup process that allows me to do this and I tried googling and looking in these forums for answers but couldn’t find any. Appreciate any/all help, thank you. (PS. I’m using WooCommerce)

Getting creative with close form button verbiage

Hi Community! I am always on the look out for creative and on-brand verbiage to add to my sign-up forms. One of the lesser known CTA’s I see utilized in Forms is a button which dismisses or closes the form should the website visitor not wish to complete it. This is often a missed opportunity to win a new subscriber with clever wording that causes them to rethink their decision to dismiss a pop-up form.Here’s an example of what I mean (see the text under the blue button): Does anyone not like saving money? Not really! So the button we have included below the main CTA causes users to take a moment to reflect and really consider the incentive they might be missing out on.We’ve found that including a playful message like this can improve the form submission rate by 1-2% on average! I’d love to hear from some Community members on your favorite verbiage to use for the close form button in your Klaviyo sign-up forms - share them below!--Maybe some of our Klaviyo Champions can kick off the dis
