After migrating our website, our integrations don't work anymore, particularly Klaviyo. We've deleted the existing plugin on WooCommerce and used a new RESTapi, however when we trying to connect it, it doesn't work, the old Woocommerce Consumer Key still appears back even after it being revoked.Do I have to remove the current integration on Klaviyo? Would I lose my existing data, If I were to do so?Thanks in advance for any insights and help.
Klaviyo's billing structure is based on two criteria: The number of active profiles in your account The number of emails you send during the month To see the total number of active profiles in your account, navigate to the Profiles page as shown below. After confirming the active profile count, head over to Account > Billing > Email Billing to choose a plan that will cover the active profile count and your monthly sends. In Profiles, you can see the total number of active profiles in your account.
I have passed the Klaviyo Partner Academy Certification on the first try and received it via Email. Now that I have taken it again and achieved a better score, I was wondering if it was possible to get a new certificate including the improved score since a LinkedIn Link with a good score was my goal. Thanks for all the help in advance!
I have two issues: Number 1 - I linked up Mailchimp with the Klayvio account and synced the contacts, but in Klayvio it’s not showing people who have unsubscribed as suppressed? There is no one in the suppression list for that segment. Number 2 - when I try and do a manual suppression Klayvio is not giving me the option to bulk upload a suppression list. The button which should say ‘upload a CSV file’ is not there, only the button which allows you to upload individuals to the suppression list. Can anyone help me out?
Hi,I'm Mike Brother from TXG Corp. I tried using the free version of Klaviyo to research the features that Klaviyo offers. I love it and want to upgrade to the paid version. However, I have a few questions, hope you can help.1. How does Klaviyo calculate the number of contacts? And how does Klaviyo charge for that amount? For example: I want to send a Father Day marketing email campaign to 4000 customers (I already have their information from my old website), how do I manually add those 4000 contacts? How will the cost be calculated?2. And if after the Father Day campaign, I want to delete 2000 customers who do not have an action to open the email (or label that email as spam) and add another 2000 new contacts, the amount that I have to spend will change. change or not?3. If in the first month I add 10,000 new contacts, in the second month I delete 5000 contacts, I will have to pay the corresponding amount.Thank you very much !!!
Hi, I’m working on creating the Abandoned cart flow sequence and followed all the steps outlined. But, came across this bump with the ID’s on the shopify product page (all the IDs are unique and Klaviyo is unable to register it). ………….After adding the ‘Product Tracking Script’ and the ‘Add To Cart’ snippet (for ID), in that order, I inserted the ID code from the product page. But, each product page has a unique code. Below are two examples; Below, I inserted the code; I tried by copying the code from the ID section and pasting it into ‘product.liquid template’, but Klaviyo doesn’t register it. I also tried it without the unique numbers from the ID, it still wouldn’t register the ‘Added to cart’ in analytics. Can you help me with this?
Dear community, I have an existing list of newsletter subscribers. In Germany, they only are officially subscribers if they confirm their subscription via a email confirmation. 2 questions:Could you please tell me how I can individually send a specific mail (in this case: Email Confirmation) to a list of email addresses? (Screenshot 1) How can I edit the text part at the bottom of the screenshot 2? Thanks so much and best wishes,Marcel

Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.Can you help me solve my problem?DALLMER Nicolas
Hello,my customer has two online shops and actual looking for a E-Mail Solution. In one Store (Woocommerce) he sell the items on the normal way like all shops. In the second Shop (Shopify) he sell other items as an auction. Customer are for both the same, because product range same as well.My idea is to have two different Klaviyo Accounts, but company is the same and we want to have the customer in both account to create marketing activities. Thanks for your help :-)
When I log into Klaviyo I'm greeted with the side menu but none of the information on the page loads? Can anyone help me with this issue?.🙏 This is what I get when I open Klaviyo on all pages except: profiles, data feeds, and preferences. ⬇
When I logged onto klaviyo, it acted as if I did not set up my account yet. I have been a paying customer of Klaviyo for over a year. The prompt was to run the integration with my shopify store, which I have already done. I did not run the integration again for fear of losing everything I have set up in my klaviyo account in the past 15 months. And since the system does not recognize me as a paying customer, I can not access Chat. VERY ANNOYING!!! I need to access my account immediately. I did submit an email, but no response yet. Argh….Anyone have ideas?
We have recently set up a Klaviyo account for our company and were ready to launch it this weekend. We added all the billing information and paid for our relevant subscription for which we received a receipt confirming this. However, when looking at the account we can see that it has not been upgraded and we are therefore unable to start sending out emails which is incredibly frustrating. How can this be fixed to ensure that the account is upgraded?
My account was disabled and I have done everything requested by Klaviyo, cleaned my list etc and still nothing. I have reached out to them about 10 times now through the support tickets, chat and email and keep receiving either no reply or the same automated email telling me to clean my list which I have already done. It’s been two weeks and my account is still disabled and I still have no information on how long it will be this way or what else they want me to do to unblock it. Meanwhile they’re still charging me $85 a month for terrible service and a product I cant use. Has anyone else had this problem? How long was it blocked for? Is there a way to get some help from anyone in this company?
We were unfortunately hacked over the weekend and they got into our Kalviyo account and sent our a spam email to our customers. We took all of the necessary steps to secure and update our account, we even spoke with someone through Klaviyo chat when we still had access to our account to make sure we were OK to move forward!!!We have two administrators on our account and we have BOTH reached out to Klaviyo support, contacted Shopify to see if we could get help, called the sales department at Klaviyo, read the articles, so on and so forth and have recieved ZERO help. The only responses we have been given have been from the support email saying to clean up our email lists and to set up 2-step verification, which we had done before we were locked out but again we’re LOCKED OUT and can’t do any of these steps even if we wanted to.This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We’re just a small business trying to make our sales like everyone else here and we spend a good amount
