You should contact the Klaviyo team and they will be able to do it. You can not do it yourself. here is the form https://www.klaviyo.com/can...

Solution: You can find the form under Lists & Segments > Newsletter > Subscribe & Preference Pages > Email Confirmation

Why is my account disabled? |Perché il mio account è disabilitato?

Salve, qualcuno mi sa dire il motivo per il quale il mio account Klaviyo dopo 1 settimana è ancora disattivato (tra l’altro mi dice in modo permanente) dopo che ho cercato di contattarli svariate volte!!!Un’assistenza italiana non c’è e nemmero il numero di telefono.Ho anche fatto un piano di abbonamento mensile a pagamento che ancora non ho potuto utilizzare ed i soldi intanto li hanno presi!

How can I cancel my account and prevent being billed again?

I canceled my account after months of trying to get help and ended up never using it . I requested many times for it to be canceled but I got charged every month for something I never used and had no support. I am willing to keep klavio even in finding out how to cancel I was ignored from day 1 I am willing to keep this account if the money I have paid can be added to begin again on the right foot or send me a refund because I could not use this at all ever . How can I get them to respond to me?

Can't delete free account?

Hello. I’m trying to delete my account, but the steps in the help centre don’t match up with what I see. Then if I try to submit a request, it tells me to log in (which I’ve already done), and sends me back into my account in a circle of frustration. Is there any way of getting an actual person by email or online chat to help with this?

Account Suspended

I need help getting my account unsuspended. Ive made payment and my card has been charged.its been over 48 hours and I’m yet to get access to my account. I unfortunately cannot access support because it requires a paid account to contact support. I have paid but still don’t have access.

Why isn't my live chat working for several days?

Hi, my live chat has not been working for several days. It just says there are a number of agents waiting and then says Im “disconnected from the Wifi” which is clearly wrong when i exit the chat. This has been going on for a few days now and I can’t get in touch with the live chat feature.

What do I do if another website posts my newsletter as their own?

A website has saved and posted our emails onto their website. I assume they have done this via subscribing to our newsletter. Does anyone know what email addresses they use?this is the website - https://deal.town/

Hei, i want to export all Emails from one List - i found where to do it, its says its exporting - but i can´t find it. There isn´t opening an Excel List or something alike. Please help :-)

How can I get the Klaviyo Partner badge?

Hi there,Hope you are doing well. I applied for Klaviyo Partners but unfortunately, I didn't get the partner badge. It's been more than 1-week since I applied for it. I'm a professional freelancer. I work on Fiverr, UpWork, PeoplePerHour as a klaviyo expert. I have helped so many clients and drive revenue for them through Email Marketing. I have already done over 60+ projects. So, I have experience with Klaviyo that's why I thought it will be better if I get a Klaviyo Partner badge will help to get more clients. So, I hope that klaviyo team will help me to get that badge. Really excited to see this.

I added one of our agency manager few days ago and no I couldn’t find it in dashboard/account. Why can’t you guys make it simple and put it in sidebar or top nav bar for easy navigation?

Why do I get the chatbot when I have a paid account?

We have a paid subscription but the chat bot wont put me through to live chat human support.It just bombards me with useless links and tells me I need a paid subscription to access live chat.I’m trying to set up a new account and being forward to waste my time with this nonsense.

How to change my business details in partner program?

Hello,I need to change my company name and email address in my partner dashboard - but I can’t see any way to do this.I did read in the community that I need to create a support ticket and get Klaviyo to do this for me, however my business doesn’t have a paid account (as I predominantly manage client accounts). Is there another way for me to make these changes? I’m only just starting to onboard clients to Managed Accounts and don’t want them to be confused because the request comes from a different business name. Thanks, Amy

How can I change my 'send-from' email for my account?

We have created a sign up form. I changed the system email address, but it still sends the old email address in the email. I also corrected the address manually in editable e-mails. I want to know where I can edit the e-mail that the system sends when the customer has subscribed to the newsletter?Many thanks for help!

How do you create marketing content for a site with different languages?

Hi, we have installed Klavyo on 2 of our websites, omstrip.com (site in Italian language) and omstri.com.br. (Site in Portuguese-Brazilian language). They are the SAME website that just sell in different coutrines. Currently Klavyo is configured with sending emails/template in Italian language also on the Brazilian website. How can I configure the emails/template for the Brazilian site in Portuguese language instead of the Italian language? Thank you

New account with a small list

Hi, a new client of mine has a small email list (1300). She has no engagement data. We are not setting up dedicated sending server. Based on all that, Is it ok to not worry about warming the infrastructure and start by sending to the whole list? (out of the 1300 subscribers, 128 of them are purchasers over *all time*)Thanks so much!

Cancelling my account

 Hello, have a question regarding finding support here,it took me days to cancel the program after the initial $30 first month payment For me at 84 it is a bid to complicated to go on with Klaviyo .……………. Finding someone to help to cancel is a task in it self, any advice, Bernie

Embed Link to Preferences Page?

I know that in the text of an email I need to use {% manage_preferences %} to link to the preferences page, but I also want to create an image that my customers can click to manage their preferences (I’m sending them a specific email about managing their preferences). I don’t want to use a custom preferences page, and just want to send them to the one built in Klaviyo. However, I can’t figure out what URL to direct them to to make this possible? Thank you!

Customer service live chat support for Australia

Is there any plan for offering live chat support for Australian customers? It seems crazy to be paying a premium for a paid account and only be able to access support between 10pm - 7am Aus time.

Hello, I have been working on Klaviyo for years but have only just got round to properly using my partner status. I am wondering does anyone else have any issues with the partner support? When I send an email to the partner support email address it genuinely takes weeks for me to get a response. Is there a live chat or option that I am missing?

Why was payment taken out when I Just downgraded to free plan?

Hi,I just downgraded to free plan and payment of $70 was taken.I wanted to contact support for a refund but a lot of Klaviyo support is behind paid plans.I do not have access to the paid plan despite $70 being paid.

SO Frustrating!! I am doing everything to get the new card that I’ve uploaded retried but it’s greyed out and I can’t get in touch with the Klaviyo team because it appears that I’m not a paying customer (because it won’t bill!!!!) Can someone please help me! Thanks Eliza

Receiving wrong countries marketing emails from Klaviyo

I am currently receiving marketing emails from Klayvio that give me information for the UK. For example the latest one is 30+ marketing dates. (which would be REALLY useful) except my business is based in the US and has no relevance.  I have made sure the timezone is correct within account settings, but that doesn’t do anything. I am currently on the free plan as it’s a very new business and I am just starting out with email capture. Yet I am unable to contact Klayvio for assistance. Can anyone here help me?Thanks in advance.

How can I know if I successfully registered members in my partner portal?

Hello everyone, I recently enrolled my digital marketing agency in Klaviyo's affiliate program (partner), and after registering two users - one through my referral link and another through the form to request the user's transfer under my agency - I find myself with no referrals at the moment. How can I verify that everything has been successful?
