Will adding DKIM to Google Workspace affect the deliverability of Klaviyo emails sent form the shared domain?If so, is it worth changing to a dedicated sending domain in Klaviyo to ensure deliverability for both types of emails?

New Integration to SPP

Hello All, Would really appreciate some help. Our business is moving away from the Shopify platform on to another platform called Sales Provider Pro (SPP).There is a very basic integration between SPP and Klaviyo and they only send one event to Klaviyo, this being Placed Order and Placed Order Value, which is not a Shopify metric, I think it's the built in Klaviyo one.This metric is not available in the campaign drop down filter.Without all the other Shopify Metrics we're going to be a bit lost. I need a little help and some basic articles or help on how to set this up.

Upcoming Google & Yahoo Deliverability Changes: Authentication & One-Click Unsubscribe

Hi all, Google and yahoo are going to make some deliverability changes. More info here https://blogs.oracle.com/marketingcloud/post/new-gmail-yahoo-deliverability-requirements One of these changes is that a one-click unsubscribe will be needed if you send more than 5000 emails to Gmail users per campaign. Does anyone know if this means that we will need a one-click unsubscribe on all transactional emails or only promotional emails? If transactional emails are affected, will this mean pure transactional emails like “password-reset” will need it as well? And will a one-click unsubscribe on the bottom of the email template suffice or is the “unsubscribe” link next to the subject line needed? Thanks

Open Rate Drop: Seeking Solutions for Our Recent Email Campaigns

Hello Community,We recently took control of an online store and have sent out two email campaigns since then. The previous owner also used Klaviyo and typically achieved open rates of 43-45%. We transferred the email contacts exactly as they were, and for the first two campaigns, we had open rates of 29.5% and then only 22% for the second one.We're wondering why the open rate has dropped so significantly by more than 50%. Can anyone provide some insights or assistance with this issue? We'd greatly appreciate your help.Thank you very much.

Attribution Model - GA4 and Klaviyo

I have a couple of questions around attribution …Firstly, what attribution model does Klaviyo use?Secondly, what attribution model is recommended for GA4? (I am using Data Driven for reporting attribution model, Paid and organic channels for channels that can receive credit, 30 day window for click through conversions, 90 days for all other conversion events and 3 days for engaged view conversions)I understand Klaviyo and GA4 will never exactly match, but I am experiencing a circa 150% discrepancy. When I compare GA4 to Google Ads I am getting a circa 5% discrepancy. Thanks

We have been utilizing your server-side subscribe API to facilitate user subscriptions to list. However, it has come to our attention that our server IPs have been blocked, likely due to your list bombing prevention measures. New Account - High Bounce Rate

Hi everyone, We have just started using Klaviyo instead of Mailchimp for our two brands. At the moment we are using two accounts. We migrated all data from Mailchimp to Klaviyo. For one account we have issues sending email campaigns to our current list as we get an extremely high bounce rate and therefore a bad performance over all. For the other account we are able to use AI-giuded warming and the performance is so much higher. How is it possible to use AI-guided warming also for the other account (the account is new and we have more than 5000 profiles)? Using Mailchimp we did not have any problems with bounce rates at all and we do not want to lose our audience.. I appreciate all your feedback and tips.Thanks so much. Best regards from Germany,Alicia

Add to Cart metric not picking up button

Hello!I’m trying to set up the Add to Cart metric in Shopify so that we can trigger abandonment emails earlier than the standard Abandoned Checkout metric. I followed the instructions, but nothing has worked (including the backup code snippets). I think I’ve identified the problem - our “add to cart” buttons don’t follow the typical formats laid out in the article. Rather than using a standard ID or Class notation, the code looks like this. <button data-product-id="8396610928919" data-checkout="cart" data-soldout="Sold out" data-adding="Adding..." data-added="Thank you!" data-checkout-link="https://www.futurefans.com/pages/shopping" name="add" type="button" tabindex="0" spellcheck="false" data-pf-type="ProductATC2" class="sc-ddnlvQ fgflow pf-13_">Add to cart</button>We have a few “add to cart” buttons throughout the site, and they all differ slightly on the “class” portion (even for the same product). Any tips on how to adjust or place the standard code differently? Add to Cart Trigger Shopify Turbo Theme Featured Product

Hi All,  I am having an issue with installing the add too cart trigger snippet.  I have it working and on the product pages and can see the activity in profiles on klaviyo but only for product pages.  If a customer looks an an item in quickshop and or adds it to their cart neither the view or add to cart activity is tracked.  Same for our featured product on the front page.  Does anyone know if i is possible to track these events and what I might be missing is getting this porting of the trigger working?

Klaviyo open rate low compared to previous ESP

We recently migrated to Klaviyo as our Email Service Platform, and I've encountered a puzzling issue with our open rates. Despite replicating our mail campaigns from the previous platform, we're experiencing a significant drop in open rates within Klaviyo. Even campaigns with identical content and audience show remarkable differences.To provide some context, we're in the process of establishing a new Klaviyo account and are gradually building our sending reputation. We've been starting with small-sized audiences and increasing the audience size with each campaign. Despite these efforts, the variance in open rates remains a concern.I'm reaching out to this community seeking insights and advice. Are there specific strategies or settings within Klaviyo that I might be overlooking? Warming up a new account with a monthly news letter

Hi I have just signed up to Klaviyo and I. need to warm up my account.I have. previous account with Mailerlite. I haven't imported anything yet because im confused, the examples given suggest 2K plus accounts sending weekly emails. I only have 350 and send a mail monthly. I have date on these profiles on open/click etc but its not clear how I go about warming these up?

Klaviyo Email Campaigns not showing in GA4

Hi, As stated above, I’m having trouble with finding campaigns after I search for them in GA4. I export the campaign information from Klaviyo including the campaign ID, and when I search for this in GA4, the campaign doesn’t show. I should have all of my tracking set up correctly to allow for campaign tracking and GA4 filters/ parameters are correct also. SOME campaigns do show up in GA4 as they should, but the ones that do show up are sporadic and there seems to be no consistency on this.  Has anyone encountered something similar here? If there’s any insight to whether a fix is needed for GA4, Klaviyo, or website it would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Sales not attributed to email sends

Hi guys,Am encountering a weird issue here. I sent out an EDM on 12th September and it has generated a sale on 15th September. I’ve checked the order and they did made a purchase on the product featured in the EDM, had an internal team to cross check and it is to that particular segment as well.By right the sale should be attributed to the email, yet the sale was not reflected anywhere on the campaign reporting to date (not even on previous email sends too). By right, Klaviyo have a 5 day attribution window (if I’m not mistaken) but it is weird that the sale is not showing up anywhere. The sent email had UTM tracking links on all of the products as well which is quite off. May I understand what could be the issue here? Thanks for the help!

Logo Not Showing in Inbox Preview

Where can I find statistics about customer behavior on ecommerce websites?

Im so new I havent even sent an email out yet

Hello!Just started using Klayvio today! I am brand new at my company and have just got my new work email. I am working on my first email to send our through Klaviyo and sent a test email to my gmail account.It was filtered into my “promotions” tab! How on earth could they figure that out? My email is brand new, klaviyo is brand new… was it the subject line? The preview text? How can I aviold this in the future?

Subscription orders being falsely attributed to marketing? How to fix?

Hi!I have a recurring monthly subscription item in my Shopify store so each month customers are billed on repeat. I’ve noticed that following a campaign, customers’ subscription orders are being attributed to the campaign’s generated revenue. I assume this is because their automated order bills after they viewed the campaign, but they were going to make the order anyway as it’s on repeat. Is there a way I can stop this showing as attributed to marketing, as it’s hugely skewing my data?Thanks!

How can I filter the multi-metric custom report by campaign?

I am currently making a multi-metric custom report where it shows all the metrics per day. However I cannot filter this by Campaign. I tried using UTM Campaign as group filter but the placed order value became $0 for all campaigns. Need help on this one. Thanks!
