Post Purchase Flow

Hello, I am creating a Post Purchase flow. In the first email, I need to add a recap of the order with the details of the orders and I don't have the possibility to do it. I can add products that customers saw or added to cart but not the option for them placed order. Can you help me with that ?

More Ideas for Browse Abandonment Flow

Hi there, I am exploring ways to build the Browse Abandonment flow, and I would like to send out the 2nd email (offering incentives) for ppl who still do not make any purchase after receiving the 1st email. Can someone advise on whether my flow setup is correct? Also, based on my flow setup , say if someone had purchased with the code in the 2nd email 30 days ago and viewed product again (after 30 days), will that person go into this flow yet again?

Conditional trigger split by fulfilment status

Hi all,  I would like to include an conditional trigger split of the fulfillment status (we using shopify) in my already existing customer thank you flow. So if the fulfilment is completed customers get the planned mails of the flow and if not they will get an information about the delay. Following adding another trigger of the fulfillment status in the flow a few days later and if the order is fulfilled they get the planned mails of the flow.  Can someone help me in this case? Thanks so much in advance! Natascha

Is it possible to send random samples for certain products depending on what was viewed? (Browse abandonment assistance)

Hi all.Sorry if the title doesn’t make much sense. It’s difficult to sum up.This is what I want to achieve…Imagine a customer views a 3 different (digital) products. I have free samples for them all but only want to send one free sample. I want it to be randomly decided. This would be a link in an email flow to a download.I want klaviyo to look at what was viewed and do something like this...If a customer views only 1 product, they will be sent a free sample for that.If they view 2 products, they will be sent a sample for one of them (randomly)If they view 3 products, they will be sent a sample for one of them (randomly)and so on for how many products they viewed.Is this possible to configure? Thanks for any help.

Please check my work- exclude cancelled orders from post purchase flow

I want to make sure people who cancel their order do not get into the post purchase flow. I used a conditional split to remove those people. Is that the best way to remove those people?

abandoned cart flow - identical emails

Hi, I'm new to Klaviyo and have set an abandoned cart flow.The thing is that the email can be sent to the same customer about how many different cart abandonments he had in the short term. This thing does not look good to me because the customer gets a lot of identical emails.I made an attempt and abandoned the cart several times in a short period of time, and received 5 emails!I would love to hear what you offer to do?

Editing the Time Delay of a live flow - not working

I have a Flow that I was trying to “Pause” by increasing the wait between emails to hold the audience for another week before sending (giving us time to get test results and update our landing pages) - while I was able to amend these wait tags and altered the time zones the tags were based on - and everything saved and looked right, all the emails sent based on the original timeline from when I hit live. My question is, is this a bug, did I do it wrong? why is it letting me edit and save my changes if it is not going to implement them?Did I need to Update Action statuses out of live, then switch it back for the time delay alterations to be recognized? Thank you

Why does an error pop up when I want to delete a clone from my flow? And why won't the email I want to drag not go?

Hi, I wanted to add an email to my flow and couldn’t work it out, so I thought I would create a clone then edit it.  Bad idea I reckon.Then I found on this forum how to add an email to an existing flow my dragging the email icon into the existing flow that I want to add to.  Then I went to delete the two clones I had made in the flow, which is easy to find using the three dots and hit delete email, then an error message appears and will not allow me to delete the clones.  Second issue, when I try to drag the email over to create a new email it spins out for ages and not email is added. Can anyone help with this?

Hi there, I need help removing the "caption.." block that keeps showing up under the first image block on the preview email - theres no option when editing to take it out and can’t find the answer anywhere on the site either. Does anyone have an idea of how to edit/remove?

Shopify Draft Order Flow

Does anyone know how to get Shopify Draft Orders data to sync to Klaviyo? Starting a draft order will trigger the “Checkout Started” flow, which is great, but the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} link that takes them to their order for payment does not work; it seems Shopify does not pass the data along.Could this be because until they open up the invoice that was emailed to them, they technically have not yet generated a checkout? And, if so, is there a way around this?

Date Triggered Flows When the Date is Nested in the Product

Hi hoping someone can help! This one is complicated :)We sell tours and activities and have over 250 of them. For example, Eiffel Tower tours. Each tour has multiple dates and times to choose from upon booking. I want to be able to send a series of emails to people that book our tours after they book, but up until their tour begins. Some people book 2 days in advance of their tour (I’d like to send them 1 marketing email); some people book 2 weeks in advance of their tour (2-3 marketing emails); some people book 2 months ahead (6-8 emails) and some people book 6 months in advance, etc. etc.The start and end dates and times are nested under the “ordered product” metric when imported into Klaviyo. This is because people may order multiple tours/products with different start dates and times. So “ordered product” is the trigger and the dates are the filters/splits. I want to say start time is “between 7 and 30 days away” but I can’t because the only option is to treat the dates like text a

Why is our new email in flow not sending right away?

We created a new email in our welcome flow, it is set to trigger 1 day after the last email, but this time has since passed. Why is it showing all the recipients in waiting and they are scheduled for 2 days time? How do we get this to send at the correct time instead of waiting days?

Abandon Cart - Dynamic Coupon - Back to Cart Link

Hi There! I’m hoping for some help! So I’m updating my abandoned cart flow.I’m now including a Dynamic Coupon Code in the email for 10% off the items the customer has abandoned.So what I want to happen is for them to be able to click on the button - that will then bring them back to their abandoned cart with the items and also automatically apply the 10% dynamic code so all they have to do is click ready to checkout. Is there a way to do this? Thanks so much!

Abandoned cart reminder flow cannot be activated

Hey guys,  hope you’re fine.We can’t activate abandoned cart reminder flow (the default pre-built Klaviyo flow).Also, I don’t understand why do we have a “red cross” on the second pre-requisites and what to do to be “compliant”. To be more specific:we integrated klaviyo with shopify and we checked the integrations tab. Also, we tested our integration in the “setup web tracking” section in klaviyo: everything is working.   we can’t see the added to cart event in the analytics → metrics section   we tried to add the klaviyo custom code to our source code as follow, but we didn’t see any changes, also we don’t find any klaviyo script in the source code (we just tried through google developer console: right click on the web page → inspect)     Now, our questions are:Our klaviyo billing plan is not active, so we’re runnig a free version of klaviyo. In order to activate all klaviyo features, do we have to activate klaviyo’s paid plan? Are these problems related to our custom shopify store

Subscription Start Date Trigger - Meal Plan Notifications

I’m currently managing an account for a company that offers different meal plan subscriptions ranging from a 1 day trial to 3/7/10 and 30 day intervals and options to choose from 1 - 3 meals per day (shopify store).Currently enabled through a custom app is an option for customers to choose when they can start their meal plan (with a buffer of 2 days from date of order placed).Which is reflected as a metafield in shopify order.My question is how do I setup a post purchase thank you flow, based on the start date trigger where my objective is to: 1. Send a notification 1 day before Start date (“Your plan starts tomorrow”)2. Follow up with renewal offers when their meal plan subscription ends (day 3/7/10 or 30)Unable to figure this out with current Date Trigger flows. Also not sure how shopify can communicate this start date to Klaviyo for the event to trigger.Appreciate any helpful responses. Thank you!
