Shopify and Klaviyo will customers get two emails?

Hi everyone,New to Klaviyo and setting up my emails etc. I can see that I am able to set up that Klaviyo will send a post purchase email/order confirmation etc. However, I have these set up in Shopify, so will customers get two lots of emails or do the two sync so this doesn’t occur? Or do I need to somehow change settings in Shopify to stop this?Cheers

Directing customer to return to abandoned cart WITH Shopify discount

Hello! I am working with a Shopify website and have created a discount code through Shopify which I would like to add to my Klaviyo abandoned cart flow. Currently, our flow has the: {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} attached to a “return to cart” button...is it possible to add my Shopify discount code to this as well? If so, HOW please?!I can only figure out how to connect my shareable Shopify link to the button but then it doesn’t send our customers back to their saved shopping cart as far as I can tell.Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Question about incorporating external dynamic content in emails (customized for each recipient)

Our audience list contains folks looking for new job listings in their zip code and surrounding area. The list has fields for zip code and each individual’s job keyword (Accountant, Software Developer, Mechanic, etc.). Obviously the zip and keyword values are unique for each of the members of the list.We want to send a daily newsletter to this list with the job listing customized for each recipient. Based on the zip code and keyword, an external URL hosted by us can return individual job listings. How to incorporate this external block of content into the emails? I did some research and it is my understanding that there is a way to incorporate external dynamic content but that would be for the whole campaign. Can the external content be customized for each recipient? If yes, how to go about achieving this? Please point me in the right direction. Thank you!

How can I ensure the same dynamic code is being shown in the Sign-up form success page and the email

I’ve created a sign-up form that shows a dynamic code on the success page. Once that form is submitted, the customer gets entered into an email flow. How do I ensure the dynamic coupon code they see on the pop-up success page is the same one they receive in the email flow?

Insurance broker will give us a client list. On the excel sheet, they will have a few segments such as what each clients business activity, net revenue, etc. I’ll need an automated system, to send our client an email every week that fits their criteria.

Regarding Flows for sending email based on condition

Hi guys I have stored a field named productId in my list as json which looks like [{"id":"1","productAvailable":"false"},{"id":"2","productAvailable":"true"}] now this product available object I am updating dynamically but I want to what if I want to trigger an email when the product available with that id becomes true in flow I can't see any filtering option any help would be really appreciated

Feature request - Send a preview without entering the template

Is it possible to create a send preview email in saved templates? At the moment you have to edit template, then preview, then send a test. Would be much easier if had the option here in this drop down as well.Thanks

Visibility of people waiting in flows

As you can see I have 100k+ people waiting at this conditional split, I would like to know how many people will be coming out of that split per day.with the current view I can see the individual records… even at 100 per page it will take forever to scroll through and work out how many are getting it on Sunday Vs Saturday etc  (also a Date rather than just a day of week would be great).If there was a rollup summary view that showed the how many people per calendar date will be on waiting in that activity it would be great.As it stand I do not actually know if people will be getting the email tomorrow or not and thats not a comfortable place to be at. Thank you

How To Generate Custom Discount Codes for 24H for abandoned cart in woocomerce?

Hey,I manage the site anjaly.com and for a long time I’m trying to do one of 2 things (whichever is easier in essence)I want to send apersonal discount coupon in the abandoned cart flow that will expire after 48 hours from the time its sent. OR I want to link the coupon back to the cart and the code be automatically there waiting for them all the solutions I found were for Shopify- but our website is woocomerce- how can I do this? I found the plugin to generate bulk coupons but can't find the way to connect them to a specific cart abandon and limit the use time to 48 hours from when they were sent.  Please I would love to hear any help!Thanks,Gili

Email is not being sent to mail added in BCC

I have added an email in one the email flows. I have observed that email is sent to user profile sent in payload and CC mail id, but is npot being sent to mailId mentioned in BCC . Kindly help me to solve this.

Conditional split working randomly

I have a thank you email flow for customers that have purchased one of two products that should receive different how to use emails.I have used a conditional split so if the purchase product A they get product A - How to use Product A email and if they purchase B they get a product B How to use Product B email. The problem is it seems that Product look like its working with hundred s being sent and a few skipped however Product B which should have hundreds because sales are about 50/50 is just getting a handfulI did set another email further on in the flow to manual could that edit have impacted the earlier flow emails?

Automation with typeform dog breeds

Hi dear Klaviyo team, I have a question that has great potential, but I don't know exactly how to map it. Let's start from the beginning. We offer bracelets in our shop, suitable for different dog breeds (Labrador, Golden Retriever e.t.c). Each bracelet reflects the dog, the beads are matched to the colour of the dog's coat. We are going viral on Tik Tok and people are sending us pictures of their dogs via DM and asking us which bracelet fits their dog. Now the idea. How do we turn this into an automated process using Typeform? That people can write things in the Typeform like: What breed of dog? What coat colour? et.c. Based on the information, I want to send the customer a personal email where I suggest 3-4 bracelets. Now the question:We have 25 different wristbands. The typeform should be connected to Klaviyo.What could the set-up look like here? So that it is still, as far as possible, individual for the customer? I am looking forward to your message.

Receive email again in Welcome series

If someone sign-up to my email newsletter list for a discount code. After a while, if they see the pop-up form and sign-up again, will they receive an email in the welcome flow again? And if not, is there a way to notify them. Thank you so much for all the help in advance! Here is my welcome flow trigger

Abandoned Cart Flow Filter Confusion

Hello!Thanks in advance for your help.I’m a little confused for a cart abandonment email flow. I want a customer to enter the email flow if the following conditions are met:They’ve NEVER bought from my store before They haven’t been in the flow for at least 120 days (ex: they abandoned cart in the past and received abandoned cart email, but still didn’t order and return 1 year later)Initially, I had set the trigger has “When someone Checkout Started.” with flow filters: “Ordered product zero times over all time” and “has not been in flow in the last 120 days”I figured that “Ordered product zero times over all time” would be they have never bought from my store before AND they did not end up purchasing since the flow started. However, a new customer bought from our store and 15 minutes later (time delay set on abandoned email flow) still got the abandoned email. Does this mean that I need 3x filters? “Ordered product zero times over all time”, “has not been in flow in the last 120 days”

Order Summary for Multiple Items

Hi. I’m creating an order confirmation email flow for placed orders and would like to add the order summary to the email. When the order contains only one item it is pretty easy to add the dynamic item, however I notice that when the order contains multiple products, the test email does not show anything within the order summary box and appears to be empty. Is there a code I can input into the order summary box that would preview the whole order regardless of the number of items purchased?Thank you

How to Set Up Wishlist Low Stock Flow with Wishlist King

Hi community,  I’m not sure if this is possible, I am using Wishlist King to handle our wishlists, and I am trying to set up a ‘low stock alert’ for customers who have saved particular products to their wishlist. When a product they have saved hits below 5 units (we are low order volume, high value), I would like an email / SMS to send to the customer.  Is this possible using flows?  TIA!

Triggering a flow from updated Custom Property

So, I’ve created a follow up to the Welcome flow...7 days after someone exits the Welcome flow, if they have not yet placed an order, it triggers the follow up flow They receive an email offering a 10% discount code But to receive the discount code, they are asked to click one of four buttons in the email Each button represents a different value for a Custom Property called ‘Experience Level’ How can the follow up email, containing their coupon code, be triggered by them setting/updating this Custom Property?

Test Email Sent from Preview Not Being Received

I created a new campaign and need to see the test email to review the formatting. It appears to successfully send the test email; however, I am not receiving the email in my Inbox or Junk folders. I tried sending the test to my personal email and it was also not received there. I cannot move forward with this campaign until I’m able to test the email. I’ve always received test emails in the past. Does anyone know why this might be happening?Thank you!

Product feed not showing in Preview for Email Flow

Hi,I am trying to set up a new flow but am running into issues. Previously, my product feed would show up in the preview template but recently it seemed to have stop syncing and nothing shows up in the ‘Product’ section of the email, even after I have created the product block and inserted the right product feed.Does anyone know how I can fix this? I am not sure if it is a syncing issue with Magento or if there is something simple I can do to fix this.Thank you!

Post Purchase Email - Looking to send assembly instructions based on order

Hello,So as part of our post purchase flow, I’m looking to provide our customers with assembly instructions based on the products which they have ordered.Is there an easy way to do this?I was thinking of setting up a Product Metafield - whereby each product would have a URL to their specific instructions (in PDF format).Anyone got any suggestions on this? Am I thinking the right way or is there a different/easier way to go about this?Thanks
