Links to Abandoned Cart Not Working

Hi,We set up the two following abandoned checkout flows- one is targeting customers shopping for a subscription (Recharge checkout), and the other is for customers shopping for a one-time purchase (Shopify checkout).We want to link both back to their saved carts, but having some difficulty. These are the link structures I’ve tried using:{{ event.extra.checkout_url }}{{ organization.url }}/cartIt either brings me to the homepage or shopping cart but it shows 0 items on cart even though there is an item.Thanks in advance for the help.

Facebook link linking to page on mobile app, not the specific post

Hi, I have this issue where I tried to link a facebook post on my company’s page in an email and on the desktop the experience is great (exits directly to the post), but on mobile app the link exits to the company facebook page. This happens randomly, some posts exit fine on mobile others do not. I am curious if anyone else has this experience

Back in Stock Flow not working now I've added Marketing Opt-in Promt

Hi ThereI have recently set up the ‘Back in Stock’ feature on my shopify account, via Klaviyo.I have installed the snippet in my shopify code and also set up the flow on my Klaviyo account.It all worked well, but then I also decided to add the additional code to enable the prompt for email marketing opt ins. This all worked well in terms of showing as an option on the back in stock pop up on my website and when I tested it by subscribing for a notification and opting into marketing I could see I was added to the relevant list and also appear in the ‘Waiting’ part of the flow. The problem occurs when I then add the product back in stock. The email addressed that should then move to the ‘Moved to next step’ tab of the flow and should start to send out notifications to customers to notify them of the product availability are not working. For some reason, since adding the email marketing opt in, the flow is not longer triggering properly and emails are not being sent out when the desired i

What time will a dynamic code created within Klaviyo expire?

Hi there--I am adding dynamic codes to a campaign and have set them to expire on a certain date. By default do the codes at expire at midnight in out time zone? Appreciate if anyone can verify as I could not find this in the help docs. Thanks!

30 day fitness Challenge email automation

I run an online 30 day fitness challenge via my Shopify website. Once a member purchases the challenge, they receive an email every day with a new PDF that links to their workout. The challenge begins on the same date e.g. 1st November for all customers.  I currently use the SkyPilot app to hold all the PDF files the customer will need to access (day 1-30 PDF’s).  Using this app, I have to manually add the new PDF file to the product, and then manually edit the HTML and email the members each day. Within the emails, there is a button that links members to their personal digital files/account. This means that when the customer is directed to their files, they can see all previous files for previous purchases as well.At present, I have to manually send this email each morning before 6am to ensure that their daily workout email is waiting for them. Whilst the members of each challenge receive an email with a direct link to their files, they can also log into my website to access their fil

How can I add 'line_items' to my Order upcoming on ReCharge Flow?

HiI use ReCharge and the ‘Order upcoming on ReCharge’ trigger to power a flow.However two of the data fields don’t appear in the flow setup, but do exist when I have a look at the activity feed or on someone's profile.The two are ‘line_items’ and ‘shipping_address’, both of them are array data types, is this expected behaviour?ThanksAndy

How do you retroactively send a welcome series to a list?

Hi!I am getting ready for the official launch of my company/website and my site has been password protected as I build out my site and set up Klaviyo. On the password page, I have a newsletter sign up and I have had some customers sign up . I am starting my email list from scratch, so these are my first emails ~30 email addresses.I have set up a Welcome Series and it is good to go live. When I set this as live, will this automatically send to the 30 customers that have already subscribed (I assume no because the sign up needs to trigger the flow)? If not, is there an easy way for me to manually send my welcome series to this list of 30 customers that have already subscribed? Or, do I have to copy the welcome series into a campaign and send to these 30 existing customers?

Hey!I am a newbie when it comes to Klaviyo, and am currently creating an abandoned cart flow. However, personally I think the email is quite bare with just the dynamic quantity and price and product name. Is there something else you can include here? Simple flow with one email not working - newbie here!

Hi,I set up a simple flow based on a trigger list. There is only one email. Yesterday it worked fine, but today it’s not delivering. It is set to “Live”. I’m new at this. Oddly, the other flow I set up with a split with emails and is working fine. Hoping I’m just overtired and missing the obvious. Any ideas?

Hi,We just enabled abandoned carts and its been filtering the right people away. But, we just noticed an issue with a customer who placed an order 4 hours ago:I’t still did not detect, that the order was placed? How can we prevent this? We use woocommerce.

Welcome flow for both in person email list and new subscribers

Hi! I am overwhelmed and finding that I am not nearly as tech savy as I thought I was. I have an etsy shop and I sell at in person events. Etsy and Klaviyo do not have an integration agreement so the only emails I have are ones collected at in person events. I just purchased a domain for my website that I am working on through shopify. (This is also why a lot of things are so confusing. Learning two new sites, setting them up and integrating everything is a lot).I created my Welcome Flow emails but now have no idea where to go from there. I’ve tried manually in the “quick add” button on the Newletter list (My trigger says that people added to this list will receive the Welcome Flow). I also have it set up (I THINK) for the subscribe to newsletter on my shopify site that is not live yet. I have watched videos and videos and have started so many different paths. I need some major help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Abandoned Cart Flows for Customers Using a Different Email From Their Profile

There is a big problem with Klaviyo abandoned cart flow. If a customer is using a different email than on their Klaviyo’s profile to checkout, they will continue receiving the abandoned cart emails even if they made a purchase. Meaning that they will see a discount very soon after they made a purchase without being able to act on it. Nobody likes to buy something and then see they could have got it for less. It’s very common to use a different email address and people usually have more than one.What can be done? Apart from identifying customers by email only, the IP and postcode should be also used to try to avoid a duplicated profiles. If someone is about to get an abandoned cart email and there is a suspected duplicated profile, this email should be paused until you manually decide if this is a duplicated profile or not.It will be good to hear if you have the same issue as well.

Have Does Klaviyo's Abandon Cart Flow Function and Why Doesn't the App function well on a mobile device?

Hello here. So I recently started learning klaviyo as a freelancer that wants to help other businesses but I have the following questions and I would appreciate  detailed and clarifying answers. 1. On creating flows e.g abandonment, if I create 2 emails under this series to be sent to customers that abandon cart let's say first one after 4 hours and the second after 24 hours.If a customer completes their checkout with the first email sent, will klaviyo detect this and not send the second email to them assuming I follow the default cart abandonment flow? Or will klaviyo send them the second email again (which is bad) or is there anything thing I have to do to ensure that doesn't happen? 2. First I have to say, Klaviyo is really a good platform. I am amazed at how optimized the platform is for even android phones and the great number of things you can do despite how complicated a platform like this should be. Columns looks good in preview but horrible in email

Hi,I’m new to Klaviyo and setting up my first flow ever.I’m having trouble using the columns. They look fine in Klaviyo but horrible in e-mail. In Klaviyos editing mode and preview, all lines are aligned and straight. But when I send a preview email to my own e-mail, it looks like this:  I’m using Outlook and Windows Mail - both look the same.When I log into my email through hotmail.com (browser), it looks much better, but it’s still a little off:  Most of our customers probably use Outlook. How can a new subscriber use a coupon code otherwise the email will continue.

HelloI'm a new user at klaviyo, I want a visitor who is the first time subscriber to my store, he will receive an email to get a 10% discount. If a visitor has received an email and then he ignores it for 3 days without placing an order using the coupon I provided, I will send a second email. If that visitor still hasn't placed an order either, I'll send him a final email until he uses the coupon I gave to new users who subscribed to my store. If he still ignores it in the last email I gave, the flow will stop and I will stop sending emails. My question is how can this flow be created?Thank You.

Welcome Flow not working

Hi Team I set up a flow which triggers when someone subscribes to my newsletter via a shopify pop up. I cannot seem to get it to send out my newsletter straight away, or at all actually.Any tips or problems to look for? Also, have found Klaviyo support terrible since sign up, is this something i should get used to? Am based in australia, even allowing for time differences i cannot get replies?
