Connecting Calendly

Hello,We are sending an email asking our customers to book a meeting with us (using calendar); once the customer books the meeting calendly creates an event. “calendly.event_scheduled” is possible to send the event to klaviyo. Hence, we move the customer to the next step of the workflow?

Exclude people from flow based on URL

Hey guys,I’m working on an e-commerce brand where they accept bank transfers, as well as integrated payments (credit card and PayPal).The issue is that when people bank transfer, they aren’t marked as having placed the order and they stay in the abandoned cart flow.I’m wondering if anyone has experience in excluding people like that from a flow? I thought I’d be able to exclude people based on URL criteria but can’t work that out.Thanks

What does "Waiting" mean on a trigger split?

Hi,I set up a trigger split where if a customer has a certain products (we call them titles) in their order, they should go into that branch of the flow. I was double checking to see if it was working and I noticed that in the Waiting tab, there is a mix of people in there who qualify and don’t quality for the trigger split.Does the “Waiting” tab in the trigger split refer to people who have not been categorized as Yes or No yet?Please see an example of what I saw below. Thanks!

Short HTML email extending limitlessly when shown in preview window

Hey all, I’m looking to set up a bit more of a refined abandoned email cart flow for customers. In this I have a HTML that when I send it to myself (in gmail) looks fine. However, when I try preview it within Klaviyo it will extend indefinitely.  This is how it looks in the preview window:And this is how it looks in gmail.Now, you might say, “who cares, it works when you send it” but this indefinite width also shows on another persons email app (Edision Mail), So I think it’s a problem more and more people may have and I’d like to avoid that to make it look perfect on (most) device types. ​​​​​​​

How can I create a campaign or mass email list to customers who placed an order?

Is it possible to import emails and maybe create a campaign or mass email list? I want to make all customers who have placed an order aware that there’s a delay in shipping time. I currently am not sure how to go about doing this effacingly and effectively. I don’t want to have to copy and paste the same email template a 100+ times.

Virtual Workshop Email Flow

My company sells a DIY ring carving kit. When customers order their kit, they can sign up for a virtual workshop where they learn how to carve. I’m trying to set up email flows for my customers post-virtual workshop, and I’m a little stumped. Ideally, the flow would work like this:TRIGGER: customer completes carve (thank you email, follow up email with possible upgrades, etc.).I am not quite sure how to connect the dots between customers ordering a product, and then choosing a date on my Shopify website, and translating that into a Klaviyo trigger. If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it!

Backpopulating an anniversary flow

Hi friends, I’ve just watched a Klaviyo Masterclass on Profile properties. In the video, it is suggested that we create a tag for first purchase for a anniversary flow. My question is: Is there a safe way to “backpopulate” the tag flow so that my customers that made a purchase less than 365 days ago can enter the anniversary flow? I worry about doing that myself and end up sending emails to people that has already more than 1 year from the first purchase...

Woo- New Product not Syncing

Back In Stock Flow - Draft & Archived Shopify Products

Hey Klaviyo…Any chance you could have a look at fixing BIS flow sends for products that are in DRAFT in Shopify please? We’ve just sent thousands of emails to customers that now get a link to a page that doesn’t exist as the product is in draft! ThanksBarry

How can I reference an event properties value (OrderId) in the conditional split of a metric based flow?

Hi,I want to create a flow based on an event called “Preorder”, for example:{ "token" : "xxxx", "event" : "Preorder", "customer_properties" : { "$email" : "email@gmail.com" }, "properties" : { "OrderId" : "12345", "PaymentLink" : "https://gmail.com/" } }I want to exclude customers from receiving following emails in this flow if the customer profile had a property called PaidOrders and this property contains the order ID coming from the trigger event:PaidOrders: ["12345", "abcdef"] This is how my flow look like:   The conditional split setup: You see now that my problem is how can I reference an event properties value (OrderId) in the conditional split config I always get the No branch email, What am I doing wrong? This is a screenshot of the customer profile properties:  Help please?

abandoned cart flow - identical emails

Hi, I'm new to Klaviyo and have set an abandoned cart flow.The thing is that the email can be sent to the same customer about how many different cart abandonments he had in the short term. This thing does not look good to me because the customer gets a lot of identical emails.I made an attempt and abandoned the cart several times in a short period of time, and received 5 emails!I would love to hear what you offer to do?

How do I know my new flows are working? How can I test it?

Hi all,I am new to this platform and just created a few flows. I usually get updates pretty quick as I have a decent traffic to my site. But for some reason I am not seeing any activity on the flows itself.Why is that? and how can I best test if it’s working? Where do I see what customer abandoned checkout? Where do I see what customer received a Thank you note … and so on. In image are the flows I set up… as well as reports  If anyone can help me please do, I am a bit confused by this entire site and I usually never have issues with new platforms. Happy to go on the phone as well HELP

Why aren't the products in my Shopify store showing up as an option on my Fulfilled Order Flow?

I am creating a Fulfilled Order Flow. I need to set a filter for Items where it Contains the item name of a  specific product name from my store. The product is active in my shopify store but when I use the drop down menu to select an Item name in Klaviyo, it only shows older product names in the store but not the name of the new product.What do I need to do? Is there a way to manually tell Klaviyo what items are in the store? Why hasn't Klaviyo updated the item names in the drop down menu?Any help is appreciated!

Create a Flow for an appointment booking. Appointment reminders.

I’d like to create a flow that contains reminder, day of and post appointment emails that are sent out around an appointment from my integrated appointment booking platform (zoho).I send through an event (to the track API) that looks like this:{ "token": "x1234", "event": "lwProgramBooked", "customer_properties": { "$email": "jason+twoweektest@hotmail.com" }, "properties": { "$value":"bookingStartTime": "2021-02-17 15:45:00", "bookingStartTime": "2021-02-17 15:45:00", "bookingTimeZone": "Australia/Sydney GMT +11:00", "bookingID": "#YO-00019" }}So the properties contain the booking start time.I want to send a reminder email 14 days before, day of, 1 day after, 2 months after the booking.How do I do this?Some of you may come to the conclusion to use the bookingDate on the “customer_properties” instead, and then use the flow builder to to build around that, similar to putting a birthdate on a customer. Unfortunately, this won’t work when a customer m

Average Days Between Orders

I have been trying to find the best approach for the retention of the customers. Our business involve repeat buyers and quite crucial to keep a track on their sales history. I see there is a churn rate and average time between orders available in the klaviyo but I’m not able to use it in the segment. I see the Average Days Between Orders but I have to input a static value in the field but ideally, I would want to compare it with the current dynamic one that Klaviyo already have it. For instance, if Customer’s Average time between order <  Customer’s Average time between order and Churn Rate > 50%, Do something. I’m not sure if it is the limitation of Klaviyo or if I’m missing something. Also, if you can guide me with the better approach of handling it, I’d appreciate it.Thanks in advance!

Contacts moved out of a flow

So I set up a welcome flow and my contacts receive an email right after they subscribe. The second email was scheduled to be 3 days later but I changed the time delay to 1 day after. All of a sudden, the contacts that were going through the flow aren’t receiving the second email. What should I do?

Creating a series of emails for a sale

Is it a flow, campaign, or something else?I’d like to create a series of emails to send to a list (everyone) announcing a sale for a new product and offering a coupon for a discounted price.The first email would announce the sale, the remainder would follow at intervals, ending with “sale ending” emails.To me it sounds like a flow. But there is no trigger event.If it’s a campaign, Do I simply create each email as a separate campaign and then schedule them accordingly--sounds like that might be the solution. Regarding the coupon: I’m using Shopify--do I create the coupon code in Shopify or Klaviyo?Obviously I’m new at this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Will 'time delay' resync shopify orders?

Hi, everyone, we want to send an email to customers that have been delivered,  and we tagged on these orders using 3rd apps. But the Shopify fulfill flow cannot meet our requirements because it only syncs the orders for one timeSo what I want to know is can I set a ‘time delay’ for 10 days and then check if a specific tag exists on the fulfill order? Will klaviyo resync order information when ‘time delay’ end?

Sale event for browse abandoners

Hi,I am planing to run a Sale for a specific category and want to send more personalized emails to those who have viewed the product from that category in the last 30 days. I have created a segment to identify them. The question is how to create an email template corectly.The idea is to send similar email like browse abandonment ‘You viewed it and now it’s on sale’ - include the product that person has viewed and announce it is on sale now. What I am wondering is how to create that product block correctly. Could I copy it from the browse abandoned template? But I don’t know how to make sure the products will not appear from other categories that person possibly was looking at also.

Link to product in Shopify-enabled replenishment flow

Hi everyone,I have a replenishment flow built, and it’s working great except for one thing: I can’t get the product image and title to link to the product page. The image and title are populating correctly; it’s only the URL that doesn’t work. When constructed as in the code snippet seen here, it directs to the all-product page; it seems to be ignoring the {{ item.product.handle }} part of the code.
