Inserting image in text block

Good morning! I am trying to add images to a text block within an email. It seems like the only way to do so is via a link (see screenshot below). Does anyone know another way to do this? Or have any idea how I can easily create links for my images? Thanks!

mobile image issue

hey all - I’m having an issue formatting article images on mobile - screenshot attached. I’ve tried the “Fill Image Area” option within the block but that doesn’t do much.  Anyone have any specific solutions here or general guidelines on thumbnail images to optimize the mobile format? thanks

Why do the colors of my email look right on desktop but dark on mobile?

My welcome email looks perfect on desktop but on mobile the colors are wrong.  What should be white is black and there is a strange brownish color that shouldn’t be there at all.  I have gone over and over it and cannot see what’s making this happen. Help?

Referral

Hello, I’m setting up a referral scheme for my company. I would like to trigger an email when a customer buys a subscription on our website. In this email, I’d like to include a personalised discount code that they can share with their friends. How would I be able to generate this unique code in Klaviyo? Does this sound possible? would be nice to avoid doing it manually.

Adding a Dynamic code to a CTA Button in a Flow.

We are building a flow - “ email sales campaign”  we want to offer a discount for 4 of our products.  -  We have created a dynamic coupon code with a variable expiration date.   We can paste this into the email so the prospect can manually enter it at checkout.   BUT can we add the discount code to a CTA button so that when the prospect clicks the button, they are taken to the shop so they can select one of the four items that the discount applies to, and when they proceed to checkout, the discount is applied?    Or is this a bridge too far.

Flow not sending trigger email for pop-up sign up

Hey everyone,I’ve set up a flow, with a trigger to send a 10% off code email when people sign up through the pop-up on my shop. I’ve tried everything, but the email is not sending. My store is currently password-protected, as I haven’t launched it yet. Wondering if that has anything to do with it? My pop-up adds emails to the “All Shopify Signups” list (using this list as a tester so I can get the hang of this, as I’m new to Klaviyo), however, the 10% off email will not send. Really hopeful someone can help me out, as I know this is probably so simple to fix.

Deactivate a unique discount code?

We have a welcome flow setup that provides a unique discount code to new subscribers. Is there any way to deactivate one of these unique codes? When I go into shopify and search the code I want to deactivate, it cannot find it as they are done in bulk?

Abandoned Carts - Better to show discount code in a sign-up form or send in an email flow?

Hi Community! I have had this question posed to me a few times recently, and was curious to get some input from my peers here. My go-to approach when it comes to Abandoned Carts is to enable an exit-intent pop-up on the cart page. This would display an incentivized message to encourage would-be customers to complete their purchase. After submitting the form, subscribers would then receive an email with a dynamic coupon code they could use to finish checking out. Reminder emails would also be sent to those who did not yet return to the site to complete their purchase.Now that Klaviyo allows us to display dynamic coupon codes in sign-up forms, do you find that this is a better approach for than sending the code via automated flow after submitting the form?Looking forward to hearing your ideas!-- Ashley Ismailovski

Dynamic table line item image is not showing

Hello!I am having an issue with my item images not showing in all post transactional emails except for Order Confirmation. I am editing Klaviyo templates for export to Shopify.I have applied the dynamic image variable {{ line | img_url: 'medium' }} to the Order Confirmation template to show correct item variant images, but this variable does not work for Order Shipped, Order Out For Delivery, Order Delivered, and Order Cancelled notifications - All post transactional emails except for Order Confirmation. I am editing Klaviyo templates for export to Shopify. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Adam

I'm having trouble with the syntax of my if/else statements

I am trying to show or hide content based on event variables.If I want to show “This works” when the ids are 11111 or 22222, the if condition works.{% if event.id = '11111' or event.id = '22222' %}This works.{% endif %} If I want to hide “Does not work” when the ids are 11111 or 22222, the if condition with the != does not work.{% if event.id != '11111' or event.id != '22222' %}Does not work.{% endif %} Any ideas why not, or is the syntax incorrect? (I’m not looking for a work around at this stage, like show/hide blocks based on those variables, but am trying to solve it inline)

Adding new drag n drop functionality to an existing template

Hi there,I saw a couple of answers that almost hit on this topic, but not exactly. I need to add some custom code to an existing KL d-n-d template. Hi team,I’m working with Woocommerce and looking for the best way to fix my coupon-issue(s). I recently switched to Klaviyo and really looking for some help :)SituationI’m selling discovery boxes for $35. When the customers buys the full product within 30 days, the $35 will be discounted.Right now I’m working with AutomateWoo: everytime the discovery box is purchased, it generates an unique discount code, valid for 30 days and autosends an email, reminder and last chance. But I want to send out the emails with Klaviyo for tracking and branding purposes. From what I’ve read it isn’t possible to autogenerate unique codes for Woocommerce with Klaviyo that are only valid for a set period of timee. My solutionUse the Smart Coupons x Woocommerce plugin to generate say 100 codes. Make them valid for 1 year, upload them in Klaviyo and send them out to discovery box buyers.(If you already know a better way, please let me know!)The problem with my solution is:I have to manually generate and uplo

How to check my domain email inbox?

I've recently set up my Klaviyo account and integrated it with my shopify website. It recommended I create an email address that contains my domain name (rather than the outlook email which I have been using) which is now set as the default for replies etc when I send an email campaign. How do I check the inbox for it?? I can’t find it anywhere! Image attached - I want to check my inbox for bea@beakind.co.ukI never created a password for it or anything, just typed it in when creating my first flow, as it was the recommended.

Outlook Button Displays

 Hello,I am currently updating our confirmation emails in Shopify with new Klaviyo templates, but there is an issue in Outlook which renders the button incorrectly and with extra text.I understand Outlook is awful with rendering emails but I was wondering, has anyone found any work arounds to get buttons to display properly from Shopify confirmation emails? Email template / header / link bar disappearing

Hi I have an issue with the header/link bar block,No matter how I set it up, add working/live urls to the link blocks, when I go to preview or send the header/link bar block disappears from the email all together.Any idea why that is or how I can fix it?

How can I publish products that are stocked via a third party and not my website?

I'm going to start using Klaviyo!However, I have the problem that all my products are set to Not Published in Klaviyo. It says: Generally, a product that has 0 inventory, in the source system will appear as not published in klaviyo. I understand this, but how do I get Klaviyo to register that my inventory is with my POD provider and that there is plenty of stock?I'm using Shopify, and under inventory I've selected the, Third-party services that manage inventory and fulfill orders.Unfortunately, this does not change the fact that my products are listed as not published in Klaviyo, even though I have updated several times and resync. etc.

Is it possible to use html/css to remove an underline from a link?

I would like to remove the underline from just one link, and not another? Globally removing the underline from links does not work in my case.  Has anyone had success using html/css to remove the underline from a link?

Feature Request: Email Template Folders

I just have a suggestion for the developers. It would be cool to implement folders into the Email Templates. We have campaigns with several emails and would be nice to see them all in one place instead of sorting by 'search'

Deleting images from brand library

So, this might be a silly question, but if I delete an image from the brand library, will it be deleted from any emails it’s used in?I have a lot of junk that’s rapidly accumulated in there and I’d love to get rid of it, but there’s no indicator of if an image is used somewhere (that would be a nifty feature!).
