Adding custom property in campaign subject / body content

Hi We have a custom property in our profiles ; Brand What is the correct way to show this value in the subject line and within the email body itself. Also is it possible to show a different main image depending on this property value within a campaign or only within flows? Thanks for your help. Sean

Deleted accounts are recreated by virtue of delayed events

Howdy!We are having a horribly annoying issue when it comes to deleting accounts in compliance with GDPR requests. Requests to be deleted arrives to Zendesk, the support agent removes deletes the user from Klaviyo but then the user gets recreated because of delayed Zendesk events, like ticket resolution :/Is there anyway around this or does the Klaviyo profile have to be redeleted at a later point in time to assure that no delayed Zendesk events messes things up.

Tips on back-populate with imported lists

Hi there! I am new to Klaviyo and have been working on a welcome series for my customers. This is the very early stages and I am still learning a lot.I imported emails from Shopify and I want the emails to be included in my welcome series. Does back-populate also include the imported list for a welcome series? I haven’t been able to find a direct answer to my question and I want to be sure things will flow properly once it’s finished.Thank you for your help!

SMS Work Flow not working

Thought I would test out this platform before paying and so far it’s not great.  Ive done everything suggested in the SMS Flow not working chats and nothing seems to be working. Does the SMS Flow only work if you pay for an additional number?

Cannot reference custom profile properties in email template

Hi there,  I’m trying to replicate this article to insert recommended product IDs into profile properties and referencing them in email templates: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004785571-The-Catalog-Lookup-Feature I’ve successfully created a custom property on the profile I’m targeting, and am inserting the code block into the text block of the email template editor, however upon previewing the email, I can see the for loop skipped which renders a blank text block.  Under profile property section when previewing the email, I also cannot see my custom property in the list. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone help?

kleanifyapp.xyz bounce rate reporting

One of my clients has been emailed by a company called kleanifyapp.xyz. They are saying to my client to check the bounce rate to make sure they are at benchmark but my questions is how did they get his email address and how to they know he has a Klaviyo account?

Why isn't there a Revenue Metric for WooCommerce?

In Klaviyo, there is a Revenue metric for Shopify that you can view on client profiles but there isn’t one for WooCommerce. Why is that? Will it be available in the future?

Welcome series for subscribers and newsletter subscribers

Hello!  I’m new to Klaviyo and trying to figure out how to set it up so when someone subscribes to my newsletter and makes a purchase which makes them a new subscriber (2 seperate list) get the same welcome series of emails.  Just wanting to make sure when someone does both, they do not get double welcome series emails.  Guessing there is segments to add to make this happen but not sure. Thanks, Kit

Browse abandonment and Added to cart on Wix

Hi, I’m trying to set up Browse abandonment and Added to cart flow in Klaviyo and Klaviyo is integrated with Wix. As you guys know that we have to manually add the snippet into Wix for these two metrics to work. I’ve read the whole article on klaviyo, it provides us a pre-built snippet to paste it in Wix custom code but the problem is that we have to make changes in JSON values and here the problem occurs but I don’t understand what changes should I made to this snippet. If anyone has worked on these two metrics then please help me out. Thanks

How to send to mass "waiting" recipients in a flow?

I have several thousand recipients in the “waiting” bucket of a flow. I just updated the time delay for the step before them and would like to send to these profiles immediately. Is there a way to mass send to the recipients in the “waiting” bucket of a specific message?

Metrics not appearing as option to trigger off in Metric-Triggered Flows

I am wanting to create a metric-triggered flow that runs when a profile has unsubscribed from a list. This flow will then need to send information to a third party system via the webhook in the flow. However, when i go to choose the metric to trigger on, the unsubcribed metric does not appear. However, if I go to the Analytics > Metrics it clearly shows there. Why is this occuring?

Insert a product's price in campaign footers

We have a shipping program with an annual fee. It is a product on our Shopify site. We have a blurb promoting it in the footer of every email (campaigns and flows). The price of it does change occasionally. Is there a way to use a dynamic code to pull that one product’s price into the text of the email? Currently, we have to edit every email individually. If we can’t get that data directly from the product, is there a way to create a global variable that could be changed in one place that would change all the email copy automatically?

Is there any solution to create a public preview link for email campaigns?

I would like to share a link to our weekly email campaign but it’s not possible to open the preview link if you do not have a Klaviyo account. Is there a work-around for this? I know I could first sent it to a “Preview list” and then duplicate it, but it’s a little time consuming and there is a chance for making mistakes in the process.

Sync One WooCommerce Store to Two Klaviyo accounts?

Hi Everyone,I am part of a company that is currently offering D2C product sales via WooCommerce in multiple countries — but primarily the US and Australia (AU). For a number of reasons, including the fact that AU is sending email from a different domain (.com.au, while the US is .com), the two teams need different Klaviyo accounts. I’ve set this up and we now have a US Klaviyo instance and a AU instance (with shared billing and multi-account access).That’s all working well. Now here’s the problem: all D2C sales globally are currently running through the WooCommerce store in AU (we will later set up a US store that’s a different instance, likely on Shopify, but that’s months away). So every order from the US is going through the AU Woo store and being shipped here. However, the AU Klaviyo account is connected via integration to the Woo store already, so I cannot also integrate the US Klaviyo account — apparently it’s 1:1, not 1:many.  We’re running various promos from the US, and of cou

Signup form Button Value Issue. Please help!

Hey, I have an issue with my signup forms and I’m hoping to find the answers I need here.I was trying to sync Klaviyo signup form information (phone number) to SMSBump, so I was testing out stuff and found the “submit hidden fields” to the “signup button”. I changed the value from “Embedded Signup Form” to “Embedded Subscription Form” since it was giving me that as an option. The issue is that my email signup forms aren’t working and I can’t seem to undo my mistake… The SMS opt-in is fine, it’s just the email info I’m not receiving…Thanks in advance

Feature Request - "remember me for a week" (or similar) on login page

Hi,Since starting with Klaviyo I’ve noticed I get asked for 2FA every time I log in and that when returning to the website my session isn’t remembered.I don’t know of any service that’s this strict. It’s actually quite annoying when I’m on the same browser/device every day!Even payment services like Stripe give you the option when signing in to be remembered for that browser for a week.It seems a bit overkill for an email/SMS platform.

Self-Segment Poll

Hi all! Very new to Klaviyo, trying to set up my first Welcome Sequence for my Newsletter.This is what I would like to happen… I need to understand if this is possible. In the second email of my sequence, I would like the reader to be able to self-segment via a poll “I’m interested in X” / “I’m interested in Y.”  I would like Klaviyo to use this data to sort those email addresses who answered into segments “X” and “Y” Then, I’d like a follow-up email to be sent two days later to those who did not answer the poll giving them a second opportunity to self-segment.Am I dreaming? Or is this doable?  Thank you!

Update Property Link not working when used in images

Hi, The update_property_link works just fine when I use it to link texts,but I cannot use it as the link of an image. Let me explain: The URL works when used in text.​​​But when used in an image, I get a 400 Bad Request error.   Klaviyo’s message when I am in preview while hyperlinking images with the update_property_link. Any ideas on how to solve that?Thanks,

First time setting up a flow: Will Klaviyo check all eligible recipients?

Hopefully I can explain this clearly enough.I am setting up a new Customer Winback Flow, we haven’t sent any Winback emails before. The criteria doesn’t exactly matter but its essentially has ordered once before, but not ordered in the last 30 days, so we want to reach out and ask customers if they want to replenish.Creating this flow, I was hoping the first Email trigger after the wait period above would include all of those people (as we know there are some). I thought flows might capture people like “Segments” does, and says: Starting this flow today, there are x people who should be included in this flow and contacted. Have I misunderstood how Flows work? How do we contact all the people who fulfil the flow criteria by using a flow? (i.e. I’d prefer not to create a Segment and email all these people as it isn’t automated and repeatable).
