Is Double-Opt In worth it?
Hey Everyone,We have been using double opt-in since we set up our account in Klaviyo but it doesn’t seem to increase the subscribers. Do you think it’s worth a shot to try single opt-in for sometime to understand if that’d lessen the customer’s frustration in having to go through multiple steps? I know we worry about the spam but what if the customer forgets or doesn’t bother to go for the second step, then we might actually be missing out on a quality lead.Would be good to hear some thoughts on this.Aathira
Split based on purchased product in post purchased flow
Hi guys,I have a question regarding splits in the post purchased flow.I would like to make splits based on purchased product to send specific advices on how to use the product. The split: What someone has done (or not done), ordered product, collections, product, at least once, since starting this flowThere are 4 splits for each product :Product 1 Product 2 Product 3 Product 4The question is, if the customer buys 2 products for exemple 1 and 4. Will he receive 2 emails based on these splits? How does it works?Thanks !
How can I add a default subject line and message body mailto link in the new editor?
Hi everybodyCan anyone tell me how I can add a default subject line and message body, when I create a ‘Mailto-link’ in Klaviyo’s new editor? Send New Freebie Email On Form Submit for those already on a Double Opt-In List
Hello, we have a form on our site that gives people access to a freebie page after they confirm their email in the double-opt in email. The problem is some people who have previously subscribed and are already on the list will resubmit their emails but then won’t receive a new email from klaviyo because they are still on the list from the first time they signed up.How can we send an email to those who have already signed up to the list to direct them to the freebies page, skipping the double opt in, if they are already on the list?
Klaviyo Flows Attributed Revenue is down drastically for last 30 days
Some of our flows (abandoned cart, welcome series) are showing drops up to 75% in terms of revenue attributed, and opening rates/clicks rates are showing a downward trend. We haven’t changed the flows, so what can be the possible reasons?
How do I remove duplicate products in review request email?
Hello,I am setting up my review request email flow in Klaviyo and have noticed that when someone orders two different sizes of the same product, it shows up twice. Workaround to export SMS Conversations to .csv?
Hi everyone,I just confirmed with Klaviyo Customer Support that it’s not currently possible to export all SMS conversations to csv, but I’m wondering if anyone might have thoughts on a workaround.They did say that “in Q2, our development team is planning on releasing a SMS to Zendesk feature.” Unfortunately we don’t use Zendesk, so that’s not much of a help to us.Any ideas? Email Editor Scrolling Height Issue
When using Safari or Firefox to edit an email that is taller than average, I’m often constrained by some arbitrary height attribute set on the id=“design_iframe” iframe that contains the email design. To edit the email properly, I have to inspect element on my browser and manually change the style attribute in the DOM to a fixed height that allows for my email to show up all the way down the page. Conditional split: shipping rate 0 or more (Woocommerce integration)
Hi!I’d like to create a conditional split where I evaluate whether the shipping rate was 0 or more. Have I understood correctly that by default woocommerce doesn’t send the shipping price to Klaviyo? If yes, then has anybody been able to send that data to Klaviyo successfully? Thanks!Tom

I want to create an exit intent form ( a survey form) for those that add a shopping cart but yet check out. this is to collect both register or non register user feedback/survey why their abundance their cart. or a simple feedback. Are we possible to do so ? or the form must have email address as requirement fields to be able for it to collect data? can a list created without email address? Thanks
Shopify Tags segment criteria is not pulling entire audience
Hi! I created a new tag in Shopify and after re-importing historical data in Klaviyo I am able to see that tag pop up in Klaviyo’s segmentation tool. However, when I run the dynamic segment only a few individuals are being pulled, when 20+ individuals should be. Do you know what could be causing this? Also, how often do dynamic lists in Klaviyo refresh?
2 firing add-to-cart events in klaviyo

Different email confirmations for the same list
Hi there, I am new to Klaviyo and have a question about the email confirmation process. I have heard it is advised to have just one list for you email subscribers so I am using just one list.My strategy is to use 2 sign up forms for subscribing to my list.One form where I will let the customer subscribe in return for an E-Book on my website One form where I will let my customer subscribe in return for a 1-year warranty on my product they bought on AmazonMy question is, if it's possible to send these 2 different subscribers 2 different email confirmations, where they can confirm their email.One where I give them the E-Book in the confirmation One where I give them the warranty for their confirmationOtherwise, if that's not possible. In the guide it says “To locate your Active on Site snippet in Klaviyo, click the account dropdown and select Setup Web Tracking. Copy the first snippet. “.But I cannot find the Setup Web tracking section, since the look of Klaviyo is not the same as in the guide. Who should receive my first campaign?
Who should the 1st campaign be sent to based on welcome series interaction of subscribers...ONLY sent to those who opened or clicked on links without buying anything?Or is the 1st campaign sent to ANYONE who goes through the welcome series even if they didn’t open or click on any links?If they did buy a product, how are they segmented off into customer lists? Where do I put that condition?And is the 1st campaign automatically sent out to people who went through the welcome series? Under campaign > recipients it says send to “potential purchasers” “Winback opportunities” “Newsletter”.How are “Potential Purchasers” determined? Those who clicked on links, abandoned carts or product browses? In which case, will they automatically go into the abandoned cart/browse flows that I have activated...even if they’re still in the welcome series, or do they switch over to those flows and come out of the welcome flow even if they haven’t completed it?I have linked the popup forms for the welcome s

I have sent a campaign to multiple segments at once and I want to see the open rate, click rate and conversion rate for this campaign split down by these segmentsis this possible?so campaign went to segment A (opened email last 30) and segment B (purchased last 30 days)how can I see metrics for the campaign by segment? Live Chat Not Working - Defaulting to ChatBot
Hi,I am using a paid account for our business and all of our clients are on paid accounts, as well. For the past week the Live Chat has been sending us to a Chatbot instead of a human agent. What is causing this? Is Live Chat gone or has something happened that is sending us to the chatbot and not a human?This has been a bit of an issue as we’ve been trying to resolve a couple unique things for one of our clients.
