Dynamic product image variable

Hi everyone, We’re looking to display the dynamic product variant image of the ordered product in our emails, so let’s say customer A orders a pair of jeans in the color white and the products first variant image is jeans blue, then the variable we’re using will only display the image of the first variant. Which variable would be the right one to display the ordered line items correct image? Right now, we’re using {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.images.0.src }}. How can we replace the 0 in such way, that the variable leads to the ordered item’s image?

[Custom api] Get profile from Shopify customer id

I’m currently working on a custom api that lets you update custom properties on a klaviyo profile for use on my Shopify store.However, I have an issue. I cannot seem to fetch a Klaviyo profile based off of a Shopify customer id? How do i fetch the Klaviyo profile associated with a specific Shopify customer?Kind regards,

Failed functionality of clients' action

Hello,I don’t see status of Started checkout in Klaviyo at all. All other activies of customers are visible- subscribed, active on site, received e-mail/opened e-mail, view product. But in case leave cart w/o finalizing payment, there is no notice . How to fix it? What kind of script is needed to have full client behaviours actions visible?There is woocommerce platform, on the modified template builded. Thanks in advance for your support.

Adding a qustionaire to thank you email to allow customers to be added to a list?

I wanted to see if anyone has ever included a check box questionaire in their ‘thank you’ flow to allow customers to tell them more info about themselves. I have a cartilage earrings business and want to know which piercings customers have so I can send them customised emails. I’ve had a look at segments and lists and think that each piercing could have a separate list. I just dont know how to trigger this in my emails? Does anyone have any links to useful content?

Send email to customer when a specific product is ordered

Hello! I would like to send an email (with a pdf attached) to a customer when they order a specific product. Could you please let me know how to do this and how to do it if they order more than one product? in this case, I would like them to receive more than one pdf. Thank you.

How to adjust Klaviyo's add to cart event code to work with Shopify discount apps?

Hi all!I’ve been trying to work out what I need to do to get my discount figures into Klaviyo from my cart. The code I have implemented is the Snippet 1: For buttons without redirects, and while this does pull through other variables fine, it does not pull through any discount amounts. I assume this is because we are using an app called Stackable Discounts which seems to add any discounts via js after the cart loads.I’m not sure what solution here would allow us to get the discount value from Stackable through to Klaviyo. Any advice would be much appreciated. Adding a sign up form pop up to unbounce

Hi Klaviyo community,I’m creating a landing page through Unbounce and would like to collect emails through a pop-up signup form. This is a whole separate website from our shopify website, but looking to add the same pop-up as we have on shopify. Anyone had experience with this or know how to do this?

Incomplete View Product data

Hi,Do you know why when Klaviyo is tracking a views product some of the product properties are showing as None? The integration is with Shopify.For example when looking on the activity feed if someone has views a product it will show as followsBrand: NoneCategories: “empty”ImageURL: no-imageName: NoneProductID: NoneThis of course is affecting my browse abandonment flow and sending my customers empty emails with no product images or name of the product.Many thanks for your helpGus

Testing a flow - SPAM?

I tested a flow that consists of 8 emails. All 8 went into the SPAM folder of a few people.Should I be concerned about starting this or did it likely happen because I ran a test?

How to personalize SMS messages with dynamic contentTutorial

Adding dynamic content to SMS messages is certainly possible using Klaviyo! Dynamic data in SMS messages is not so different from what you would be using in email messages. You can certainly use Template Tags and Variable Syntax as well as Catalog Lookup Tags!The only difference is that you have certain limitations with SMS messages:An SMS message only allows one image. In that sense, you can only add one dynamic data/variable within the SMS flow message. I would suggest displaying the first product image when showing a customer's purchased products. Related to the limitation above, you may want to limit the number of products you include as dynamic variables in the SMS message. I would suggest highlighting the first product that the customer purchased and also show it as an image . Always remember that for SMS messages, you want the message to be concise and straightforward as much as possible.Keep in mind that you can only include dynamic variables for event-based flows (e.g., when a

How to count people who klicked on button and save them?

I am using klaviyo for our costumers.We are planning a campaign which we are sending to costumers who havent engaged with us for some time and and we want to build in two links (one to a discount code to buy something and one to just confirm, they would like to stay in our newsletter.Now we want archieve that that we get the data of the people who klick on at least one of these links so we dont delete them out of our lists.We tried it with this one{% update_property_link 'win-back-2023KW7' 'won' 'www.websitename.de' %}but its not working and also we dont ger to the website we pasted the link for. How could we do that?-get the right linkand -count the data of the people who clicked on it.I would really appreciate your help!Kind regardsSoley

Transactional Flows to all customers

Hi Community, Did you use Klaviyo flows to send transactional emails? If you have a need to send notification to all customers about some privacy policy changes or in regards for example site maintenance. How you can set up a trigger to include all customers unsuppressed and suppressed?

Why am I still being charged for my deactivated account?

I am absolutely shocked by how terrible Klayvio’s customer service is. I cancelled our company’s service nearly a year ago and Klayvio continues to charge our card $80 dollars a month. But because we no longer have a payment plan we have no access to an email for support to remedy the issue.   I have tried without fail to find a way to reach out and fix.  I will be notifying our bank for $800 in chargebacks and telling my entire network not to use Klayvio.

How do we test our funnel?

We have our activation funnel set up from verify email reminders and beyond. Each of these are in their own Flows and we now want to test in a dev environment to make sure it works before activating it to 2,500+ community members. Some of these flow span across specific conditions as well as weeks (4 weeks is the longest flow right now)How can we test in this dev environment without having to sit and wait for 4 weeks?

Email text color bug

Hey Klaviyo Community, For our emails we use a background image, and a custom font. We installed a fallback font, and the emails look great and readable on our own devices.Here's how it looks when I preview on Klaviyo:  Here's how it looks on my phone (android G-mail): As you can see, the fallback font is used, and the text color is black. But some of our customers responded, and let us know that their email shows up like this in their inbox (also gmail, and also android) My question is obviously, how do I fix this?How do I ensure the fallback font appears black for everyone on my list? Thanks!

[Help me out Please] Can't find any solution to this Deliverability Issue

I recently started doing email marketing for a client. They’ve never done email marketing before. But when I started sending emails for them, majority of the emails(flows) started landing in spam. Especially with Gmail accounts. I even tried sending just text emails but they land in spam as well.So I checked with google postmaster to see if they domain reputation had taken a hit, but that is high as well.They already had around 3.3k members in their email list collected while placing orders. Initially I just started sending flows to new subscribers, and dint engage with the 3.3k already existing members. I also don’t have an option to create an engaged list because I would hardly find 15 people to send to, because we have not done email marketing before, and very few people have opened our emails.Please help!!

Why are our emails now saying "Unverified" to receivers?

We have previously worked with Sendgrid for all emails and recently moved to Klaviyo for marketing engagement. We tested a send from our team email that has been used for months and when sending with Klaviyo it now says “Unverified” in the outlook inbox to the receiver. The receiving email is also the one that is sending it (testing internally)Please help!

Is there a way to switch between Klaviyo accounts using a specific URL?

Hi. I have multiple client accounts I administer. And using the Klaviyo admin interface it’s easy to switch between them.BUT… my workflow is within ClickUp, where I manage the campaign calendar for each client.(BTW answering this question doesn’t require knowing anything about ClickUp).For this workflow to stay within the confines of ClickUp, and avoid flipping between applications, I am needing to embed the Klaviyo campaigns page for the client I am currently working with.Embedding the page itself works fine in ClickUp — no problem.EXCEPT… the Klaviyo admin interface “remembers” what client account is currently selected.This means, when I switch to a different client in ClickUp, the last client account I worked with is shown in the embedded campaign page view.This’ll lead to some disaster before too long. And doesn’t help with the flipping between apps thing I’m trying to avoid because I still have to flip over in Klaviyo to the account that I’m wanting to set up campaigns for.What I’
