Hi All, few questionsWhy is it showing 350 forms submitted while my welcome flow only sending out 56? I checked that the list is correct, and the flow is active. Right now my guess will be because the list is set to be double opt-in. if it really is the problem of double opt-in, should I switch it to single opt-in? is there a way to increase people who truly opt-in?
I’m looking to do a short survey, and my first thought was to use a Klaviyo signup form embedded on a page, or alternatively use typeform. With either solution it still seems like it’s a requirement to add the subscriber to a list, but what happens if you have multiple lists the subscriber could have originated from? I have multiple lists named by entry point/location.For example, I have a “subscribe and save” list, where visitors answer some questions on an embedded form to get a discount and subscribe… I also have a list for people who subscribe via checkout, and an old “newsletter” list for subscribers that came over from a previous mailchimp integration. If a subscriber from the “subscribe and save” list completes the survey, but the survey form adds them to a “survey completed” list, does that overwrite any record of them actually subscribing to us via the original “subscribe and save” form? I don’t really want to create another list for survey participants but it seems like I hav
Hi!My email looks great when viewed in browser, but when viewing in Outlook - where I’ve used the split blocks, the images in outlook are huge, and makes the text look totally off and really thin down the side. Both images are set to “auto” max width. See photos below. How it should look:How it looks in Outlook: Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks!
I have several thousand recipients in the “waiting” bucket of a flow. I just updated the time delay for the step before them and would like to send to these profiles immediately. Is there a way to mass send to the recipients in the “waiting” bucket of a specific message?
Hi community! I would like to make a signup form for people who put something in their cart or who have seen multiple product pages on our website. This is for people who don't leave their email in the checkout. For the next step, they will come into an abandoned cart or browse abandonment flow with the products they added earlier. Could you help me out? Kind regardsSem
Hi, We’re using WooCommerce and have a Smart Coupons plugin active in which it generates a 10% discount coupon for customers who purchase a certain product. This coupon is automatically applied their order confirmation email, but a lot of customers are missing the coupon. We’d like to create a flow in Klaviyo that does the following:Triggers a ‘reminder’ email 14 days after the product has been purchased Reminds the customer of the discount code Is able to know if the customer has placed an order in the past 13 days using that discount codeThe third section is where I am stuck. I can configure a ‘conditional split’ that can filter through customers who have placed an order for a product in the past 13 days for a specific product…...BUT is Klaviyo able to filter through customers who have purchased using the discount code? Here is what I have set up: This conditional split doesn’t specify if the order placed used the discount code, so could be sent to a customer who has used the discoun

Hi Folks, Are there any quirks or issues surrounding the integration of klaviyo with a site using WooCommerce and Elementor? It looks like Elemenntor doesn't have an integration with Klaviyo (which seems crazy). Following Klaviyo’s docs on integrating with WooCommerce seems simple enough, I’m just curious if there are any issues people have experienced. Elementor has quite a nice form builder compared to Klaviyo so there are elements that could not be duplicated (at least without additional coding which I can’t do) in the case a client may want to keep a form that was built that way. I don’t see a way to get that info into Klaviyo (there is a 3rd party plugin but it seems a bit sketchy).
Hey there, I have tried using the set up wizard to set up my viewed product tracking which I get the green text saying that it is enabled on my shopify store. However, when I check the viewed products analytics it is still flat lined even though there are definitely people on my website and buying products. I have tried redoing this but to no avail. Can anyone kindly assist? Thanks
Hi there, I’m trying to figure out the best way to set up our replenishment flows. We make skincare, and have 15 individual products and 8 bundles. Most customers will buy a mixture of single products and bundles, our average order quantity is 3 products. Each product will last for a different length of time. Should I create replenishment flows based on each individual product? If I do that though, a customer will then receive on average 3 different replenishment flows (each consisting of 3 emails). I’m concerned that will be too much. If I create a single replenishment flow though, based on their order, and the average time between orders (and dynamically fill that email with their order content), then I’m concerned that the timing will be out of sync with some of the products. Having said that, doing it this way probably does make more sense? In the long run, we will probably encourage customers to subscribe, so that will move them out of this flow... What do you think about thi
I need to activate a flow for clients to update their data in my Signup Form inserted in my web page. Since my clients currently update their data, but the current Flow does not send that email again and they gave me the information that a Flow must be done based on metrics
I have a potential client who has an apparel store based in Montreal, Canada. 80-90% of his audience are French-speaking and the rest speak English. He wants to accurately tag new and existing members of the list so that they receive communications in their native languageA website pop-up form with a check box is one optionOr surveying the list asking them what their preferences areBut people who enter the list via making a purchase/website footer forms do so without being tagged. How can we most accurately assign language tags to all of the profiles?Merci very much
Hi, I have created 2 columns, and 1 column contains 1x image, 3x text boxes and a button. Is there a way to group these 5 elements together to then bulk duplicate? I can’t see a way to do this but it would make it so much easier to design rather than duplicating each element.. does anyone else have this issue? Would love to know your thoughts! thanksHelen
Hello! I have a question about the Re-Authentication with Facebook Integration. Since our credentials have expired I know we must continue with the Re-Authentication by login in again into the Facebook account tied to the Facebook business account needed. My question is, will it be necessary to complete all the steps as if it was the first time making the integration? Selecting a Klaviyo List and then a Facebook Lead Ad … or will I be able to skip those steps since the integration was already enabled? I hope you can help me, thanks!
How can we get a top-line a report showing WHERE customers are clicking on email campaigns?Goal is to understand the most valuable links across our templated blocks (eg menu banner, footer, 3 x stack CTA etc) alongside understanding if varied content options are gaining clicks (eg is a CTA linking to a blog more likely to get clicks than a CTA to product?) Eg are they clicking on the menu banner 'SHOP NOW' link or another link, or the first header block, or even a specific link in the footer? I am used to creating this through UTM tagging the blocks individually and tracking through GA, but surely there is a system within the Klaviyo tagging that tracks this?
Hi everyone,I recently started a new flow that's tied to a list that already had subscribers. It seems that only the new subscribers who join the list are going through the flow. I need a way to ensure that all subscribers on the list, including those who were already there, receive these flow emails. Here's what I've considered so far:Creating a Segment: One possibility is to create a segment of subscribers who were on the list before the flow started. I could then manually send them the same flow of emails via a campaign. However, I'd prefer to keep things automated if at all possible.Reimporting the List: I'm also thinking about exporting the list of people who joined before the flow started and then reimporting them to the list. This might let them go through the flow again, but I'm not even sure if this can be done. I also have concerns that this could interfere with my metrics. Usually, flow emails perform better than campaign emails since they're trigger-based. If the flow statis
Hello,We created our first abandoned cart flow yesterday and today someone left the cart but then came back later and placed the order. However, we noticed the 1st email in the sequence still appeared as queued so we removed it manually.Does this mean there’s a problem with the flow or is it the case that the email would have been stopped by Klaviyo right before the scheduled delivery date/time? Many thanks in advance!
