Sync with Mailchimp, 2 Stores and Duplicate Lists Issues

Hi everyone, Since we have 2 accounts and one Mailchimp account it's getting complicated. As I already imported the data manually and inserted them into one of the lists we already had it's creating the same audiences. That was my concern there are a lot of duplicate audiences right now with the separate lists. I only sync for Kismet by Milka Global and haven't started for the Turkish one. I'd exported the data manually from Mailchimp except unsubscribed ones. All I need to get unsubscribed audiences and click/open data and suppress all unsubscribed. We had separate lists in Maichimp both global and turkish one and there is no way distinguish them while taking the click/open data. If I go for sync only specific lists from Mailchimp, this time click/open datas aren’t pull from Mailchimp. All I want is distiguish the unsubscribed ones and the click and open data ones. The other ways looks too difficult.. I can delete the Turkish lists from Global and vice versa. But there are a lot of du

How can I change the name of my form teaser?

Hello, everyone.I’ve got a subscription form which is supposed to go fullscreen when clicked on. Everything is fine with it, except I can’t find where to change its title! Any ideas?I’m sure it’s an easy fix, but I’ve been going over this for ages and can’t find it. Help? :)

Best practice: Is there ever a time when you should send an email to your entire list?

Hello,I’m wondering if you should ever send a campaign to your entire list? I have segments set up and send campaigns mainly to my engaged segment. But should I send my big sale campaigns to my entire list (or extend my engaged segment for this)?Thanks so much, Amy

Best optin offers for giveaways (no discounting)

Hey community!I’m doing some research on different optin offers, and I’m interested to hear what your experience has been with doing giveaways. My clients mostly sell luxury products, and prefer to not give any discount offers. So the challenge becomes, how do you incentivize optins without offering a discount? I’d love to know...What was the optin reward offered? Did every new subscriber get a reward, or just one monthly/weekly winner? How did you fulfill that? Did they have to place an order with a secret discount code to “redeem” the reward?I’ve seen optin rates around 3% when everyone was offered a free sticker. Then optin rates of 9-11% when we offer a downloadable asset like a pet safety checklist, or packing list. I’d love to see some new ideas though… ~ Gabrielle

Conditional Statements using contents of a property

I’m trying to use conditional statements in a plain text email to display a different sentence depending on the contents of a profile property. Background: we have a product recommendation quiz, and the results populate in a customer’s profile on klaviyo. The property contains the info on three key areas, but I only need to reference part of it for this - so it’s ‘contains’ logic vs ‘is exactly’ In a drag+drop email I’ve successfully used the following show/hide logic to achieve a similar result when sending them the product recommendation:  I’m now trying to pull the same logic through on a plain text email with if/else statements. I can get this to save, but it gives and ‘invalid template tags or filters’ error when I try to preview it: Hi {{ first_name }},This is an email just for you. Don't receive emails

Hey! I have a number of e-mail flows (Abandonment cart, Welcome series, etc...) but the customer does not receive an e-mail for this, while the e-mail is live in my flow. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance for your reply!

How to exclude someone from a flow when a profile property doesn't exist

I have a profile property called recommendations_list which is a list of items we are recommending to customers (dishes they have never tried but based on their history they would like) This is populated for almost all of our customers but in some cases (about 800 of them) we have not synced the data on our end to those customers because they have tried the whole menu so we can't recommend anything to them. In their case this profile property would not be available. When I try and say "Recommendations_list" is empty no one comes up in that segment is there a way to say "exclude anyone who doesn't have this profile property available"?

[Webflow] Only one embedded form displays when there are two on a page.

I am using Klaviyo embedded forms on a Webflow site; in the section before the footer and the subscribe button in the footer.When there is only one instance of the form on a page, it works perfect. But when there are two instances of the form on a page, only the first instance displays while the second doesn’t display at all.Using Chrome’s Inspect tool both forms have similar HTML including a “form-version-cid-#”. The first, displayed instance of the form has a “form-version-cid-1” while the second, non-displayed form instance has a “form-version-cid-2”. I assume this is where the issue is.There is only one JS script in the site. If you’re familiar with Webflow, it’s in the Project Setting > Custom Code > Footer Code. I also have tried making both HTML Embeds have the same IDs and classes.

Why aren't my embed forms displaying correctly on my webflow page?

Hi,I have a 1-page lander built using Webflow that uses the same Klaviyo Embed Form throughout the page. However, the form only appears once on the landing page (mainly the hero section) and not at the other sections of my page. I’ve checked and the script + HTML embedded codes are correctly placed and unsure why the form is only showing up on the header, when it’s using the same exact code + class on the other sections.I’m using Webflow → HTML Embed to put my Klaviyo code in. Is there some limitation to how many of the same Klaviyo Sign Up forms you can embed on 1 page?I previously had no issues putting multiple sign up forms (of the same form) on my 1-page lander. Thanks!

Manually Merging a profile: Klaviyo doesn't recognize second profile

Hello! I am trying to merge two profiles together. Both profiles show in the search results when I search the customer by name. But when I try to merge the two, Klaviyo doesn’t recognize the second profile.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Sherri

SMS Consent via API not working for Australia

Hello,We have a client in Australia whose Klaviyo account is approved for use with SMS. In addition, they already have a ton of customers listed in their account with SMS consent. We are passing users with Australian phone numbers to their account, but the SMS Consent is not showing up in Klaviyo for these users. We tested this with our USA customers, and SMS consent shows up just fine. Will updating coupon settings in Shopify change them automatically in Klaviyo?

Hi! I’ve created a coupon within Klaviyo, then updated the settings of this coupon within Shopify.  Our product is a subscription and I noticed the Klaviyo coupon settings automatically set it to One-time purchase products. After saving these settings in Shopify will the coupons still work in Klaviyo?

Product Review emails

Hello, How customizable are the emails for products? For example, I want to send an email to people who viewed the product and the email will have different reviews like product review amounts, or testimonials from the product page it self on that certain product. Is there any coding or is this possible?

Can I choose the properties that fields default to when importing CSV?

We often import CSVs to our database with custom properties like ‘Order ref’ ‘Error’. When uploading these CSV files, these fields will very often auto default to the incorrect properties - see image belowIs there a way we can configure these properties to match up within Klaviyo so that they default to the correct types once uploaded in the future?

Flow for pre order list

Hey!I have a question regarding setting up a pre-order list for my upcoming product launch. I will be launching three new products soon and I want to send an email to my existing customers, inviting them to register for the pre-sale subscription list so that they can stay informed about the launch. Since I have three different products, I want to give customers the option to sign up for each product separately, and I want to keep these customers in different registration lists. My question is, is it possible to add a registration form in a Klaviyo email or is there a better way to approach this?Thank you in advance for your response!

Replenishment Flow 1st time vs repeat buyers

Hey Everyone!  I have a question. I want to setup a replenishment flow for people first time in this flow and another for people who have been in this flow. Content Editor Slow in New Version?

The content editor is moving very slow for me when scrolling up and down in the content editor today especially. It was already slower than the old interface but today it is unbearably slow. I have tried a different browser, rebooted, incognitor mode to no avail. All other aspects of Klaviyo seem to move fairly quickly but scrolling up and down to modify an old template is “slow as molasses”. Also trying to move blocks around doesn’t work as before because when you grab it and try to move it down the screen isn’t moving properly so I can place it where I want. Is anyone else having these issues with the content editor specifically? All other aspects for me seem to much “snappier” but I can’t do this today and the status page doesn’t seem to indicate any issues. Any feedback or help would be apprecaite.

Repeat Purchase Flow - Show Previous Order Item From Category

Hi everyone,I am looking to set up a series of repeat purchase flows for products which typically need replacing within a certain time frame. As the majority of the products on our website are applicated for individual vehicles, I would like to be able to pull in the product that the customer last ordered from a specific product category. For example, an email reminder to purchase new wiper blades would be sent out every 6 months. In the body of the email, I would like to show the customer the wiper blades that they purchased last time, rather than a popular wiper blade which may not fit their car. Is it possible to create a dynamic block to show the customers purchase history within a specific product category?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Phil

Unable to match bought categories in history with product recommender

Hello,we have succesfully conected our WooCommerce shop and it now loads all the available products. Problem is when we create this flow: “Customer Winback - A/B Test Time Delay”, it simply does not read from what customer buys to then recommend him something from our WooCommerce. We have the data on both sides and i think the categories are matching, but when i look at the previews examples it does not take what some one has bought in history to the recommender. Can someone help? :)Tadeáš

Hi guys,I have a question regarding splits in the post purchased flow.I would like to make splits based on purchased product to send specific advices on how to use the product. The split: What someone has done (or not done), ordered product, collections, product, at least once, since starting this flowThere are 4 splits for each product :Product 1 Product 2 Product 3 Product 4The question is, if the customer buys 2 products for exemple 1 and 4.
