Multiple Onsite Javascript Snippets Present On Site

Hey thereI installed Klaviyo on my shopify store. when am trying to insect the page for error, i found this message Cannot load klaviyo.js multiple times for the same site. Skipping account "YbU9h2". Active account is "YbU9h2" I wonder if there any possible solution to clear that warning. Thanks

Displaying Dynamic Data for Non-Metric Triggered Flow

Hi there! I’m having an issue with a saved block. I saved a block from a Klaviyo flow template that would recall a persons last order to allow for easy reorder. I took it from a replenishment reminder template, and the flow I’m creating is also a replenishment reminder, but I wanted it to go into a fully designed template (hence saving it as a block). The issue is that when I preview this block in Klaviyo’s pre-designed flow template it shows me the persons last order. When I try it on the flow that I created, it shows up blank. I can’t understand why this is happening as it is literally exactly the same. Please help!

How can I make sure waitlist subscribers receive an email even if they've unsubscribed from the newsletter?

Hi all! I’m trying to figure what the best approach is to ensure that folks who subscribe to a waitlist campaign are notified, even if they decide to unsubscribe from our newsletter. Is there some sort of workaround to ensure that consent remains for one list, but is revoked for the general newsletter?

I need help with setting up flows per fulfillment

I have a client with whom I am working with. He has a Shopify store that sells night guards. There is a strategy when he sells his stuff. He firstly send an impression kit through a email & after that he sends a sample through local shipment. My question is that what flow/trigger should I go for so that it can be done easily. Kindly help me out on this. I’ll be very grateful. I have attached the picture of the product sections.

Exporting E-Mail templates with custom fonts do not work in shopify

Hi guys,I have a problem with the custom font when exporting an e-mail template to Shopify. So I added a Google/Adobe font and it all works fine in Klaviyo and gets properly displayed. As soon as I export the template and paste it into Shopify, the custom font is just gone.  Is Shopify somehow overwriting it? And how can I make my custom font appear?Any advice? Within Klaviyo - the expected font Within Shopify (in the preview)  Kind regards😊

Add New Emails for Users Who Already Completed the Flow

I'm creating a flow with about 5 emails. I would like to create the first email (with variations), and see how it performs before writing the rest of the emails. If my users have already completed the flow which only has 1 email, what will be the effect if I:Add a second flow email: Will they all jump into the queue automatically, or will they not receive the email at all since it didn't exist when they completed the flow? Add a time delay and second flow email: Will the users enter the time delay based on the moment the time delay is added, or will it be based on the time since they finished the flow? Or will they skip it entirely before the time delay and second email didn't exist when they finished the flow.Thank you!

Abandoned Cart - Exclude cart with a specific product

Hello, I am trying to do the following: Flow 1: I have created an abandoned cart flow for a specific product (only people who have this product on their cart will receive the sequence). Flow 2: Now I want to set up another abandonned cart flow for people who have any other products on their cart (basically if you have the specific product you will get flow 1 and not flow 2) How can I do that? Just today i noticed emails to customers are skipping and showing this reason “ Skipped: No More Magento 2 Coupons Remain “ I checked magento and there are plenty of coupons remaining. i checked coupons in klaviyo and they seem to still be working. I checked the magento integration and that all looks fine too. Any ideas?

Easiest Way to Do Analysis of Campaign by Customer List?

Hello,I ran a campaign for memorial day and would like to do some analysis on the results. Specifically, what which customer acquisition channel were most likely to open/click this campaign.My customers came from a few channels, each are on their own Klaviyo list:Website Pop-up Blog post CTA Giveaway/contest ...etc Basically, what I want to know is how customers in list A differed with their open/click rate compared to list B and C. What is the best way to accomplish this?I know I could manually export emails on the lists, and emails that interacted with a campaign, then do the analysis in Excel…but is there an easy way to do this in Klaviyo?Thanks!

Legacy Form is Loading New Tab

Using the default legacy embed code and when you hit submit, it loads a new tab at https://manage.kmail-lists.com/subscriptions/subscribe with a new form they have to submit to join.  Tried removing the ajax data but it still happens. How do we submit directly without the 2nd step pop up?

Having trouble adding Google Fonts to Email Templates

Hi, I’m trying to add two Google Fonts (Playfair Display Regular & Nunito Sans Regular) to my email templates so that they always show up as font options when I create new newsletters, but I can’t figure out how. I read through the Klaviyo help article on this exact issue, but it didn’t work for me, and I can’t tell what I’m doing wrong. Can someone please help me?

Using feed variable within conditional block against profile property

Apologies in advance if this has been answered anywhere but I’ve read through every piece of documentation I could find in regards to feeds and conditional blocks within Klaviyo and found no answer.I’ve successfully integrated a feed into our email templates and we are also capturing a custom profile property for users joining the newsletter. I completely understand how conditional blocks work and I have success when passing a fixed value behind the operator but it doesn’t appear to work when trying to use a variable from within the feed. Here’s an example of what I’m trying to accomplish:Custom profile property: StateFeed variable: {{ item.state }}Condition: person|lookup:'State' = '{{ item.state }}' This doesn’t appear to be supported. However if I use:Condition: person|lookup:'State' = 'California'It will work, but obviously only if it’s fixed content and not dynamic content from the feed. Is there any way to get this to work or some feasible workaround? Thanks in advance for any he

Flow notification with profile's data interpolated, not recipient's data

 I’ve configured a Flow to send an email notification to a chosen internal address, which is in response to a profile fulfilling some kind of conditions.How do I interpolate details about the target profile into the notification, without referencing the recipient that will receive the notification itself? Wouldn’t `{{ person }}` refer to the recipient? Is there something I can use in `{{ event }}` ?

Newsletter list growth issue?

Hi, I just noticed that our newsletter slowed down considerably. In the picture below, you can see that the woocomerce section stopped getting us subscriptions. Do you have any ideas what it means or how it happens? Is there a way to fix it? For information, no changes has been made on the site. Thanks for the help!

Are win-back emails considered a marketing email?

Here’s my question: My client wants to send win-back emails, but she doesn’t want to send it to customers that didn’t ask for marketing emails. In my experience, win-back emails aren’t the same as a marketing email and thus can be treated different. Meaning that the customer doesn’t need to give approval in order to send these emails. Can someone from Klaviyo please confirm this. I want to make sure that the client can see that this is from a trusted resource. Thanks!

Limit number of views of signup form (without user submitting)

Is there any way to limit how many times a user will see a signup form if he does not submit it?I know I can limit it and not show it if the user already submitted, but I would like to control the form so it’s e.g. maximum showed 3 times to a user during a session to avoid having it popping up at every page the customer enters.

Can't find variable in a dimensions dropdown

I’m trying to follow this guide:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058920872-How-to-A-B-Test-Offers-Using-Signup-Forms- I have a signup form AB-test with 4 different discount percentages,I want to include the right discount code (and percentage) in the welcome mail - according to which of the 4 test variants the customer saw when subscribing. However, in my flow filter section, I don’t have Properties about someone > $consent_form_id.I only have the regular $consent and $consent_timestamp. What am I doing wrong? Completely new to Klaviyo.
