Product feed images/thumbnails so small!

I can’t seem to find a way to display our product feed images/thumbnails differently/larger. We have a very visual product and the default is just too small. I’ve already tried making the product feed just one column, but it still appears as a tiny rectangle in the body of the email. Especially painful on desktop. Help!

How to clear a contact's bounce history

Hello,We recently had a customer reach out to let us know that they miss receiving our marketing emails. However, we can’t send them to her because we suppress anyone who has soft-bounced 4 or more times from our campaigns & flows. Is there a way to clear the soft bounce data from her profile? Or, do you recommend we delete her contact profile altogether and re-opt her into our list? Thanks for the help!

Engagement segment based on insights

Hello, Currently I am sending most of my campaigns to my whole list. Generally performance (open and click rate) is fine but I am looking to divide my list in an engaged segment and a reignite segment. This way the engaged segment should bring more or less the same absolute performance as the whole list (relative performance will be a lot higher). And the reignite segment has the objective to bring people back to the engaged segment or else these people will go to the suppressed list. My question is, is there a function in Klaviyo to find the best variables and timeframe to segment my engaged list on. So can you run some kind of regression to find dependent variables that have a significant impact on for example opens. I would think that with all available data you could find that for example: ‘x opens in the last y days’ and ‘x times active on website in the last y days’ has the biggest chance that a user will open the next email. Thank in advance! Lars

multi-step sign up form set up and $source for reporting

Hey everyone,  Our multi-step sign up form for email and SMS is currently set up to add both to the same “newsletter” list i.e. the SMS keyword is directing to the same list.  When I go to generate a list growth report, the SMS keyword numbers are significantly lower than when I create a segment of SMS consented profiles during the same time frame, leading me to believe this is set up incorrectly for reporting.  I understand that the email and SMS sign ups should be going to different lists to make reporting more accurate, but this is how it was set up when I acquired the account.  When someone signs up for both email and SMS under this popup, will with $source be attributed to the first email form, or the SMS keyword?  Would it make more sense to create a segment using the “properties about someone” field and SMS source keyword to see accurate signups?

Creating Custom Template Tags for repeat links

Hey All!In my CPG organization we are manually adding in links every time a product is mentioned in our emails. This gets super cumbersome, as we mention products multiple times and across multiple emails. I was wondering if it was possible to create custom template tags that would auto populate a link whenever the tag is included in the email. So I could create a library of XYZ product links as template tags. I’ve used other marketing automation platforms before, and this was a capability. So I wanted to check to see if it could be replicated in Klaviyo. Please let me know!

Hey friendsI have a new client that I want to connect to the Klaviyo system but they don't have a store on the site meaning no Shopify, Woocomerce or anything else - it's just you for leads.Is it possible to connect Klaviyo? Does it work as well as it does with stores?Thank you!

API "since" parameter is not working as expected

Hi,I have this account for testing the API and I started my first campaign 1 day ago. Woocommerce Unique Code with Expiry Date

In my signup form, I want to give a code that is unique to each signup. So there is little chance of them sharing with others. I want to create a unique code, with 1 time usage, with 10 days expiry for each new signup user. Supposed the each unique code is sent exclusively to each new signup, after bulk upload, what property tag should i include in my email template so that the system can auto grab a unique code from the bulk coupon list? How do I create like a 10 days expiry date to each unique code sent? Suppose I have a 1000 list, do I create 1000 unique code? Sounds very tedious.

test email daily limit

I have not been able to send test emails for more that 2 days now and Klaviyo is been saying that my daily limit has been reached. It's been more than 48 hoursWhat is going on?

Reporting on Segment Send Frequency

I’ve been getting requests from a new member of the leadership team for a report covering how often we send to our main segments at the message level. I have 11 main segments that I send to at least 5 times a month, and pulling this data from my own internal reporting is a time-consuming process. Is there a report or dashboard I can set up in Klaviyo at the Segment level to see a count of how many times a segment has been used in messages in a given time period?

Disable iOS from making a shipping tracking number clickable

Hi,I am using Klaviyo email flow for sending shipping confirmation email with shipping tracking id.When I open the email in iPhone’s native mail client, it makes the tracking number a clickable link that tries to redirect to the shipping provider’s side (say UPS).Is there any way we can prevent iPhone’s this behaviour?Regards,Justin

Importing universal block cause error on new editor

Hi all,I decided to edit my email flow using the new editor. I imported a universal block (dynamic abandoned items) and the new editor is now unable to save. Auto-save keeps spinning at the top and every time I edit anything, this error comes up: “Unsaved changes will be discarded. Refresh the page to return to the editor.” Is anyone facing similar issues? Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

Moving from "Needs Review" to "Waiting"

My abandoned cart flow has a 12 hour “waiting” step on the second step of the flow. There are 14 recipients in the “Needs Review” category on the 2nd step. I want to move these people to the “waiting” step, but I don’t see an easy way to do that.  The only options are “Send Now” or “Cancel”. If you click “Send Now” they will receive the email right away, without waiting the 12 hours. This is not what I want.

Hi thereWould you please add to ypur to-do list; enabling suppression of a whole segment without having to export the profiles’ data and importing them under Suppress profiles? How do I remove a user from my account?

Several months ago I added an advertising agency as a user on my Klaviyo account.  Now that I am no longer using them, I want to remove them as a user, but there is no option to do it.  The only options are to change their Role.  I just want to remove them completely so they no longer have access.  https://www.klaviyo.com/account#users-tab

Flows: Event attributes from Shopify changing and breaking flow

A while ago, all my flows suddenly decreased almost to $0 in revenue. I couldn’t find the reason why, so last week I’ve recreated all the flows from scratch, using Klaviyo’s block templates for flows such as Browse, Cart and Checkout abandonment. I’ve tested everything and all the buttons and links were working just fine. Today I received one email from my flows (Checkout Abandonment), and the button to view the product, which was working just fine 1 week ago (using variable {{ item.url }}) was taking me to my home page instead. Now I had to replace this variable to href=”https:/mysite.com/products/{{ item.product.handle }}“ in all of my templates.Has anyone else experienced this sudden changes in event properties between Shopify and Klaviyo?

Is there a way to for a URL directly to take you to and open a mobile app?

When a customer clicks a LinkedIn Profile URL in an email, I need them to be directed directly to the LinkedIn Profile.On any desktop application, my Klayvio email opens directly in LinkedIn.On any iOS mobile device, my Klayvio email does not open directly in the LinkedIn app but in Safari.Is there special HTML to make this open directly in the LinkedIn iOS app?

Abandoned Cart Segment for Popups

I want to create an Abandoned Cart Segment, so that I can trigger a popup with a coupon code if the user abandons the shopping cart. I’ve attached my flow. Can anyone make any suggestions or check to see if this makes sense?I’m also very curious as to the Started Checkout API vs the Started Checkout Shopify. Which one Is better?

WooCommerce Products Variants not assigned

Unfortunately there seems to be a huge bug in the woocommerce product feed. All products are imported, variable and childs, but the product variants are not assigned to its variable parent products.Therefore we cannot use the dynamic product block as it gives us the product name with the size, which is completely irrelevant to some users. Nobody wants to see a size in the name that doesn’t fit him. Please let us know how we can solve this.

Track Signup/Popup Views and Actions

Currently, Klaviyo allows only Popup $source tracking of Signup Forms with Submissions, but I have Popups that are simple clicks to upgrade, promotions, and upsales. I would like to track:When someone clicks on the Form Button, even if it’s just to redirect them to a URL When the popup is actually shown. This will allow me to create a Segment to better suppress too many popups being seen by the user. PS: It has been suggested many times to look for Klaviyo partners to help with any development, but in my 3-years with Klaviyo, none of those partners ever respond and I have written many of them. It seems they are only interested in larger jobs, so you guys should really stop suggesting those partners for small jobs.

Question about Browse Abandonment email setup

Hi everyone, I followed the instructions in this article to set up our browse abandonment email flow. Everything works great except for the price of the product the customer viewed. I used {{ event.Price }} in the text block for the price. But in the preview and text email I sent, the price will show up as <span class=money>$XX</span>  sometimes, which is not ideal. See screenshots below.  Has anyone else encountered this issue before? How can I avoid the <span class> from showing up in the email?

3 Month Deliverability Issue

I am working with a brand for 3 months now, and we cannot fix deliverability.We have tried the following:Sending campaigns to only engaged people. Audience is about 100 and open rates are 40%+ Removed all flows except Welcome and Abandon Checkout Directing customers from the PopUp to open their email to receive their discount. Customers will still not follow through to open these emails. Tested Double Opt InEmails are still landing in spam on the Welcome and Flow emails. The list is not growing as we have double opt in and people aren’t approving it.Is there a case to just start again with a new sending domain as it seems this domain is lost on us? If so, what would be the process for this?Right now, we cannot generate enough revenue from customers to justify continuing charging this client and we are at loose ends as to what to do next.

Product link in Abandoned Cart flow

Hi thereI have a problem with link to product from a e-mail in a Abandoned Cart flow. In the e-mail there is a correct working link fra picture to the product in my webshop, but the link does not work, if I click on the product name (item.ProductName) Can anyone see why this does not work? Best regardsErik
