How to prevent certain dynamic products from being displayed

Hey Team ! I hope you’re doing good. :)For my client, I have a problem with my email sequences and especially the dynamic content.My client owns a jewelry workshop.In addition to jewelry, they offer to engrave jewelry.Of course, on Klaviyo, this is considered an additional product.The problem is that it's not a real product, so it displays an ugly image that doesn't look like engraving.I'd like to know if it's possible to prevent certain dynamic products from being displayed in order to avoid this.In the dynamic code, can I do something like : “if product equals : itemXXX, then, show the next one”.Thank you very much for your help.Steve

Embed signup form multiple languages

Hello,There are many docs related to how to manage multiple languages, however all of them are focused how to manage the languages after collecting the client data.My signup form is embed (Shopify store) within the home page, into the Klaviyo app block:My store has four languages, all languages properly translated, the primary language is Spanish. When the visitor select English, the whole store is in English, therefore the embed signup form should be displayed in English… I tried to translate the form like a “dynamic text”, but it seems the Klaviyo block doesn’t work in this kind of translation.Keep in mind the translation should be displayed before the client selects his preferred language, in case he wants subscribe.So, Is there any way to translate the embed signup form when the home page changes to other language?Many thanks;Miguel

Deliverability or Open Rate issues

Hi,We’re sending emails to different markets (countries). Basically it’s the same email just translated in the native language of the market we’re sending to. Recently, our emails in the Spanish market have taken a huge hit in terms of open rate. What could be the possible causes, and how do we remedy it? There was a period from mid-January to mid-February (almost a month), where we were not able to send emails and this was the point where we saw a steep decrease in our open rates. Our DMARC and sending domain have been properly setup but it seems that we’re still getting low open rates. Appreciate your assistance or insights regarding this matter

Browse Abandonment Flow - Show multiple products?

Hi, the native Klaviyo Browse Abandonment Flow only allows one to show 1 product. How have you enabled to show more than 1 product (wondering if the dynamic feed based on “viewed product” could be used instead)?

Flows do not start & members don't get added on my list on WIX

Hi,I’ve set up my Wix sync with klaviyo, and set up flows with emails ready to start (live). The problem is that when I do testing to trigger different events such as adding new subscribers, adding to cart, initiating checkout events etc, emails from the flow do not start sending. Why may this be happening? Is there a way to start automatically emails from the flow?Thanks

Branded sending domain setup for Subdomain

It’s been really difficult to understand on how to setup Branded Sending Domain for the subdomain. So I have 2 stores in 2 different market. US and Germany US site is the root domain while Ge is the subdomain (company.com & ge.company.com)I have already set up Branded sending domain for US site BUT having issues with setting up with the Ge site. While I have read couple of articles that mentioned that“ in Klaviyo, you can use the same subdomain for multiple accounts since it will all be attributed to that one domain in your DNS. For example, if you manage a US and UK account for a given brand, you can use the same sending domain for both. If you use one sending domain across multiple accounts, the CNAME or NS records should be the same, but each account will have a different TXT value and each TXT value needs to be added into the DNS record.” So TXT record is added successfully! So I have CNAME records for US and NS records for German site. As I mentioned US set up is completed but

I contacted a brand using an email address that turned out to be their "from address" in Klaviyo marketing. Despite not receiving a reply, I started receiving their marketing campaigns after about two weeks. How could I have been added to their email list?

Pop-up form teaser removed but still displays

I have a pop up formatted for desktop and one for mobile. I set both up originally with a teaser.I turned off the teasers weeks ago. But I continue to see these teasers as do folks I’ve asked to have a peek and check for me.I’ve cleared my cache, reloaded the page, checked on different browsers and on different machines. I keep seeing it. The URL is https://2xedge.comAm I nuts? Or do others still see the teaser. If it’s there, how do I get rid of it?Thanks!

Exit Intent Form

Hello. I’m looking to convert more views into sales by offering an exit intent survey to find out why individuals didn’t purchase. I created a pop-up for when guests are exiting the store and set it up with three multiple choice options:Prices too high.Site was confusing.Couldn’t find what I was looking forHowever, as people are filling this form out, I can’t find anywhere where it tells me which option they selected, just that they did fill it out. Am I doing something incorrectly? I chatted with a support member who told me I needed to add values to the options but I don’t know what those would be. Do I need to collect an email as well? Thank you for your help!

How to stop a bot from joining my email list 100s of times per day

Hello, tow week ago I started getting 100s of spam emails joining my newsletter per hour. It seems to be the same person… the email address starts with the same name with then a string of numbers and letters. They literally join my email list several times per minute! They have added over 8000 emails to my list in just a couple weeks. I have surpassed all of them, and now turned on double authentication when someone joins my list. But is there any other way to stop this? Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks, Jason V.

Segment by tags coming up empty

I am trying to create a segment based on customers who have bought a certain product from my Shopify store. I have tagged the product in Shopify.  My segment keeps coming up empty even though I know there should be customers in this segment. I have waited 30 minutes and refreshed several times.

California IP specific pop-up for first time visitors

We want to create a pop-up that works for first-time visitors with Californian IP addresses only who visit our website for the first time. We have only been able to segment the pop-up to trigger for all of the US in the Klaviyo menu. How do we segment even further so that only visitors from California trigger the pop-up?

Google/Yahoo sender reqs. with 2 differing domains

I have been trying to get this Sender Requirements worked out. Only just found out this was an issue, so there’s that.Received this in an email the other day:Aligned DomainUh oh, looks like you’ve recently sent some emails that don’t match up. New sender requirements — help!

We keep receiving messages from Klaviyo that we need to do the following steps;Branded Sending Domain Aligned Domain DMARC Setup I had asked our IT support company to look into it for us February and the response I go was  It's slightly misleading because it makes it sound like you must setup branded sending domains when you are sending to Google and Yahoo. But in reality, the current senders (Klaviyo and Shopify) have to setup these authentications since you are not using branded sending domains, and I suspect they had done so ages ago.The only case you must set branded sending up if you are impersonating gmail.com addresses but that's not the case for you. I can confirm, no action is needed.I can only speculate but it's likely that lot of Klaviyo's customers are using the branded domain feature but might've not set them up correctly at the time so they want to make sure that everyone is setup properly. They are probably doing this to prevent customers contacting them about emails goi

Adjusting Klaviyo Popup and Teaser Visibility on Mobile Devices

I'm encountering an issue with the Klaviyo popup and teaser functionality on my website. On desktop devices, everything works as expected: the popup appears after a set delay, and the teaser is visible before and after the popup is closed. However, on mobile devices, I would like to adjust the behavior. Specifically, I do not want the popup to appear automatically on mobile. Instead, I only want the teaser to be visible. The popup should only appear if a user interacts with the teaser.Currently, the teaser disappears on mobile as if the popup is going to appear (due to a Klaviyo setting to display the form after 7 seconds). Despite trying various CSS and JavaScript modifications to prevent this and to keep the teaser visible without triggering the popup automatically, I haven't been successful.Could you provide guidance or a solution on how to prevent the popup from auto-appearing on mobile devices while keeping the teaser visible and interactive, allowing the popup to appear only upon
