Newsletters subtittles

Hello, Klaviyo Community :) Im a little new in Klaviyo and I need your help with something related with the subtitle newsletters :) I would like to know how I can add space in the subtitle of the newsletters. The space is long and I don't always have such long sentences to put there, so I would like to know how to put a space.

Conditionals Logic Question

Hello Klaviyo CommunityI had a quick question regarding Conditionals in a flow. In the attached Welcome Flow (default Klaviyo template for when someone has signed up for our newsletter), we check if they have purchased in the past.If they have not purchased, we want to enter them into an email series (more than 1 email). Question 1: Assume they purchase after Email 1 in the have not purchased email series, do they exit the flow altogether or will they go back into the flow and receive the email 1 from the have purchased series? If this is the case, is there a way to exit someone when they do convert from the have not purchased series. Please note the trigger is based on joining the newsletter. Question 2: Assume they still have not purchased after email 1, will they continue to stay in the series and receive subsequent emails until they convert?Appreciate any input you’re able to provide. Thanks all!

Add BigCommerce Store to Account Family

Hi,We have a paid account with two store domains as individual accounts (US and CA). We have recently removed two other accounts but I want to add a completely new store domain with its own account. I can’t locate any documentation on this. Please could somebody step in?Thanks in advance,Megan

Hello, I’m setting up a referral scheme for my company. I would like to trigger an email when a customer buys a subscription on our website. In this email, I’d like to include a personalised discount code that they can share with their friends. How would I be able to generate this unique code in Klaviyo? Does this sound possible? would be nice to avoid doing it manually.

Hi, I’m using the API to search for profiles using their email but it appears to be not available.Why is that ? It doesn’t make sense that we don’t have CRUD operations on profiles….

Failed functionality of clients' action

Hello,I don’t see status of Started checkout in Klaviyo at all. All other activies of customers are visible- subscribed, active on site, received e-mail/opened e-mail, view product. But in case leave cart w/o finalizing payment, there is no notice . How to fix it? What kind of script is needed to have full client behaviours actions visible?There is woocommerce platform, on the modified template builded. Thanks in advance for your support.

Beginner email marketer - working with a new store (>10 email list) looking for advice

This is my first time working with a client. The store I am working with has a large instagram following (300k) and are just setting up their email marketing channel, they have not yet leveraged their following to grow the listI have created some core flows for them (welcome series, cart, browser, checkout abandon) all tested and I’m happy with them. All these flows are 9 emails long and 11-14 days long - is this too long for a new store? I am now working on their winback, upsell, sunset series etc.I have created a pop up form which is currently being A/B tested Looking for some advice for my best next step once I have the rest of the flows complete.Is there anything crucial I need to do before we start leveraging their IG following to grow the list? Client wants to scrape emails and cold email for this store

I’ve recently started working with a client. He want’s to scrape emails from instagram and other place from the internet and cold email for his shopify store. Is this legal?also I’m trying to tell him that it can seriously affect his deliverability as people will be reporting as spam.Would I be correct in saying this?

Multiple language shop and adding static products

Hello! I have connected 2 multiple language stores (Magento 2) with products in different languages to one account. When I want to make campaign e-mails in different languages and added products, there has been in static block an option to sort products based on product feeds. Now there is just search and categories, the product feed option has vanished.Now I cannot distinguish between products that are both in the same language, but in different stores. Previously I made product feeds based on language and store for sorting products. Is it possible to somehow get back sorting based on product feed or even add “catalogs” which sorts products based on store and language? Below is a screenshot of a place where the “product feed” option was.
