Klaviyo/Paywhirl integration

Hello! I attended the Centralizing Customer Data with Klaviyo training yesterday.  I’m trying to connect all my apps to Klaviyo and I believe that Paywhirl (my subscription app in Shopify) doesn’t integrate, but I see I can use Zapier to connect the two. However, I’m not exactly sure what I would want the trigger to be. My initial thought would be if I get a new subscriber that I would add them to a subscriber list and if they cancel to a former subscriber list. However, it doesn’t allow Paywhirl triggers, only Klaviyo triggers. Any guidance on what to do here and how connecting would be helpful in this situation? Thank you! Sender Name: brand or personal?

Hi everyone! I have a doubt about the Sender Name of my e-mails. I’m wondering if the send name should be just my brand name or my personal name. At the moment the sender name is “Elena from Nails Company”, but since the community is growing I’d like to change the Sender name and leave just the name of my brand “Nails Company”.My question is: does the sender name affect the deliverability  of the e-mail? Thanks in advance for your help!

Double Opt-in Email Setup - Frustrated

Hi Everyone, Can anyone please help in real to setup the double opt-in email. Newsletter list is setup and the double opt-in check box is ticked Then → Subscribe & Preference center → set the Email → PublishThis email should be auto triggered once the customer clicks the checkbox for newsletter. But the flow is not working and Email is not getting triggered. What is the way out for this ? Please do not share articles, I am tired of those and feeling hopeless. I have to switch back to Hubspot if the platform is so complicated and no support. In the name of support, I receive only article links.

SMS welcome flow - not working with SMS sign up embed form

I recently started marketing with SMS and I would like to reach out to my email subscribers to encourage them to opt in to SMS marketing.I set up a welcome flow for SMS and it it working with the SMS subscription pop up. However in order to reach my email subscribers, I folllowed Klaviyo’s guidance on creating an embedded sign up form for SMS, and when I or others have subscribed to SMS marketing via the embedded form, the SMS welcome flow is not triggering. I can see that the new sign ups are added to the correct list and triggering ‘consented to SMS marketing’ which is the trigger for the flow, but the flow still doesn’t send a welcome SMS.Can anyone please help me understand where I am going wrong?

How to Add Segments to Newsletter

We integrated Klaviyo through BigCommerce so our contacts were automatically added to Klaviyo. However, it didn’t create a single list/newsletter with the contacts, rather Klaviyo automatically created segments for the contacts. We DO want to have a main newsletter list with all contacts. How do we keep the current segments (which Klaviyo autogenerated) but ALSO have those contacts in our newsletter list?

Sign up forms on multiple domains?

We are an e-commerce company but have a separate digital property related to our brand on a totally separate website. This has to be the case because this secondary property is a web application that can’t be hosted on the same domain as our shopify store. However, we’d like to show the same pop-up form on this secondary property. Filter Metrics by Segment or List

I am trying to pull all the abandon carts during a certain time period in the metrics section, but only want to get a count of profiles who are not suppressed. Is there a way to view metrics that are in a list or segment? Or is there a way to exclude suppressed profiles when viewing metrics?

Can I segment profiles by size or color variants?

Hi, Curious if anyone has segmented profiles by color or size variants of products purchased? For example, we have a baby clothing brand. We want to track who purchases clothing in size 3 - 6 months so we can remarket 6 - 12 month clothing to them in another 3 months. I know I can segment by products, but can I segment profiles down by variants, like color and size?

Can't clone or delete campaigns on my phone

Since the update I can no longer see the entire dashboard on my phone. I go to campaigns but can’t see the right end. so I can’t clone or delete. Since there’s no app the only way I can do it is on my computer, which is inconvenient

Why isn't my form's border around my side image too?

So at the moment the border is only applying to the left hand side of the sign up form and the right hand side where we have an image, it is not applying - so it looks very poor! Any ideas how we can apply the border to the whole of the form instead of only the one side?

Decreasing click rates

I recently noticed my click rates have been decreasing in the past few weeks. I tightened my engagement for my segments but still is coming in much lower than normal. Has anyone else noticed this? I know it may just be seasonal or that we have limited products right now but wanted to check in.

Growth statistics for a segment

Hi everyoneI’m new to the group so apologies in advance if this has been asked. I searched but could not find it.I am wanting to see growth statistics of a segment for the last 6 months, preferably weekly. I understand you can do this for a list but is there a way i can do this for a segment?

I want to eliminate all the contact form plugin and use klaviyo as a contact form not for suscribers. Is it possible?

Hi!I want klaviyo to be my contact form for when there are questions on the website, initially not to enter as a newsletter subscriber, but to not have to use forms like Gravity or Contact Form 7 that give me integration problems and take up unnecessary space.I use Woocommerce + Elementor Pro with Klaviyo theme.Any ideas?Thanks!

Sending the same email multiple times to a customer

I have had a couple customers reach out and explain that they receive two copies of the campaign emails every time one is sent. They do not have multiple accounts, as it is going to the same email and I have cross referenced that they are not on multiple lists, segments or profiles.

Account Activation Webhook for Flows

Is there a way to trigger a Flow in Klaviyo in the following way?A customer account has a tag added to it of “wholesale_account_approved” A flow is triggered based on that tag A webhook or something sends the customer an account activation URL so the customer can set a password for his/her accountMy uncertainty is on the last bullet point above.We only allow wholesale customers to see certain things on our website so once we approve an application, we need the customer to be able to set a password so they can login to their account in order to be able to shop wholesale items. The alternative method is to just have the customer enter a password as he/she fills out the application, but ideally we could have the application be submitted, then have the customer create a password upon the wholesale application being approved. Thanks in advance for your time and help.Kind regards,Adam

How do I configure a Flow Trigger for 2 forms that go to 2 different lists so someone can opt-in to both & receive each flow?

I have 2 different forms, each of which goes to 2 different listsEach of these forms triggers it’s own separate flowsI don’t know how to set up the Flow Trigger (on either flow) so that if someone were to subscribe to each form individually, it would trigger each flow individuallyCurrently I have both Flow Triggers set to this and I can only get one flow to trigger whenever I test it

How to add a clickable phone number to an email

There are many reasons you might want to provide a phone number for customers to reach you at, and it’s a great way to keep an open line of communication with your customers if you offer phone support. So how do you easily share that with a customer in an email?There are two ways you can add a click-to-call link to your emails:Add it as linked text. If you mention your phone number within a text block, you can hyperlink it to your phone number by adding the following HTML to your text block’s source code:  <a href="tel:+18881235467">1-888-123-5467</a>.   Add it as a button. Drag and drop a button into your message. Add an appropriate call to action in the Button Text field, and instead of a Link URL, add “tel:+18881235467”  Be sure to replace the example number with your own number, and keep the same formatting as in the example.

Hello, Is anyone here Klaviyo expert I can talk to over the phone. I need help to set up my  flows and everything else.  I have no  good experience with Klaviyo so far. Integrating Klaviyo With Etsy

I’ve had a look at the custom integration for Klaviyo, but I can’t understand how to pull customer emails into Klaviyo from the backend of Etsy. I can see that Aweber has this feature, but I don’t want to go with them! Plus we also have a shopify store that will be feeding into Klaviyo. Does anyone have any experience with integrating Klaviyo with Etsy, or have any advice?

abandoned browse flow has stopped generating revenue

The abandoned browse flow has stopped generating revenue. Previously, it had been successful in generating revenue and traffic since the beginning. However, after the Christmas season, revenue began to decrease and has reached zero in some weeks. I have tried editing the emails by adding and changing some calls-to-action (CTAs), but it has not resulted in any improvement. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Event Variables for Flows Help

Hi, I’m struggling to find resources within Klaviyo to show how to properly implement event variables in flows. The 2 resources I keep coming across in posts are dead pages:How to Insert a Dynamic Image in an Event-Based Flow EmailHow to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email (new editor)Are there updated resources that show how to format event variables in flows? The problem I’m having is with my Add to Cart Abandoned email flow (not Checkout Started Abandoned email flow). The product image and price don’t show the correct variant of the product the customer abandoned. The out of the box template for the Add to Cart trigger Abandoned flow use {{ event.Price }} for price and {{ event.ImageURL }} for the product image. However, the lowest price and smallest size are being displayed when previewing the email (btw, I’m using Shopify). When I look at the event property variables for the products added to the cart, the correct variable shown for the price is: {{ event.items.1.final_line_price

Klaviyo x Centra integration: Order confirmation

We are in the process of setting up Klaviyo, with a Centra integration. I have come across a few issues, and one of them is how to include all neccesary information in the Order confirmation. Has anyone done this before?The issue here is that I want to display subtotal, shipping and total cost in the order confirmation but Centra only sends total cost (including shipping) and shipping to Klaviyo. The information I need and want is in Centra, but they obviously don’t send it to Klaviyo. Has anyone soved this problem?Thank you!

Having trouble with the added to cart metric setup

 I can't see, to set up the added to cart metric properly for a client. As I have added in the code snippet like the Klaviyo help center said and I have properly cookied my email to get the added to cart metric to load but I only keep seeing the viewed product and active on site metrics activated and tracking the google account but no added to car every time I click on added to cart.Here is a screenshot of the code snippet
