Is it possible to send Popup subscribers back to the page they signed up on?
Is it possible to send Popup subscribers back to the page they signed up on? If a subscriber signs up on my popup and goes through my welcome flow. Is it possible to send them dynamically back to the page where they signed up on?
Flow Performance data view don't show "exclude draft flows" check box - is this a Dashboard bug?
When I select from the data library when I add card in the dashboard, the checkbox “Eclude draft flows” is there. But once I add the Data view, checkbox shows “Exlude archive flows”.It will be more beneficial to have the drafts excluded for this flows performance report. Is this a bug or is there something I need to fix in the settings? Thank you.
How to change formatting on 'back in stock' trigger link
Hi guys, I’m trying to change the link formatting for the ‘Notify me when available’ link in shopify. The current code looks like this, and I just want to change the font and colour of the link and put a border around it. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks :)
Zapier Active on Site
I am trying to add an “Active on Site” event using a webhook, zapier and Klaviyo. However the action in Klaviyo does not allow a time stamp value, in addition instead of adding it to the Active on Site metric, it creates a new metric as if I am creating a custom one.In addition the “Active on Site” count is not updated on the profile. However the Zapier action only allows you to select one of the following metrics: Active on Site Viewed Product
How many of you use a third party pop up app?
We have played around with some other apps such as Sleeknote (it was bit buggy) and OptinMonster in the past. However as the native pop up tool has improved greatly we have been using again for the past year. However I am beginning to doubt both its lack of features and accuracy with regards to visibility.. What are your thoughts and if using a third party app which do you recommend? Sean
User signups after flow has been trigger
Hi Klaviyo Community, We have a birthday flow, which is suited to remind the user two times to buy right before their birthday, as we sell cakes online. The birthday flow is triggered to send the first reminder 3 weeks before birthday day, and tthe second reminder weeks ahead. How can I makes sure that users signing up within 3 weeks still get the second reminder, although they missed the first one? If its not possible, do you have a smart workaround in mind? Any kind of help is highly appreciated!
Why does my CSV Import page look different?
HiI’m trying to import some contacts into my master email list and only update properties and not subscribe them.According to this documentation article and several other doc articles….https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260806293150-How-to-import-profile-properties-using-a-CSV-upload ...once I upload a CSV file and get to the column matching page there is supposed to be a checkbox called “Subscribe to Email Marketing”. If I leave it unchecked the contacts will get imported and any matching contacts will have their properties updated but not subscribe data will be changed.Unfortunately, this checkbox does not exist.There is also supposed to be a “Review Import” button, but that does not exist either.Anyone else having this issue or can tell me how to import this way? Why aren't my buttons showing on mobile emails?
When testing my campaign, the buttons on my email only show on desktop and not mobile. In the edit section i double and triple checked that the buttons display on both desktop and mobile. I did create this email off of a template idk if that could be why. Any advice?This campaign needs to go out tomorrow. TIA
Can I filter out a flow from the reporting metrics?
The Klaviyo Growth Review tool has been an amazing reporting resource to our arsenal. I am however finding big limitations with more advanced customers who are using app integrations more extensively, like for ReCharge, where Klaviyo is attributing revenue to email that actually has nothing to do with email at all.For example, we have a client with a customized email telling customers their subscription is being renewed in a few days. There is only a link to edit their profile or subscripiton. Regardless of wether they open it or not, Klaviyo attributes 100% of the recharge revenue to these flows, when the only impact is customers cancelling or updating the billing before thre renewal period.Essentially I am wondering/would love it if the Dashbpards and this reporting tool had the ability to discluse specific flows (maybe by tag? or category? Not sure) from the revenue attribution and the dashboard widgets so we can more accurately see the revenue growth over time.
Help removing Klaviyo "Back in Stock" - returning to standard Shopify settings
I tried to add Klaviyo's "Back in Stock" via these instructions How to Install Back in Stock for Shopify from Klaviyo, but it was so challenging to customize and make it work properly - that I now want to remove it completely and instead I'm planning to use the Back in Stock: Restock Alerts Shopify app by SureSwift Capital. I tried to remove the code that I added via the instructions How to Install Back in Stock for Shopify from Klaviyo, but the "Notify Me When Available" hyperlink on my out of stock product pages won't go away... [See screenshot below.] (I thought I backed up the theme before editing to add Klaviyo's "Back in Stock" but apparently not... Doh!) Can someone please help explain how to get things back to normal? That is, standard Shopify setup without Klaviyo's "Back in Stock". Thanks so much in advance!
How to integrate sites sign ups into activation funnel
We’re not an e-commerce company.We’re a service-based business that signs up riders and drivers which of course means we have a live database with account information.How can we get it so when a customer signs up they will be automatically added to Klaviyo and as they take actions their segment will be updated?
Campaign: How can 1 recipient click through, but there are 3 orders placed (by other recipients)
Hello,I’m a bit confused! We’ve just sent a campaign where 1 person clicked through yet 3 people placed an order. I’m not sure how this has happened? Also, the person who clicked on the email is different to the 3 people who placed an order.Is anyone able to explain how this works for me? I’ve included a snapshot of the report. Thanks, Amy
