Is my form submit rate right?

We have a 2.3% form submit rate on our popup. It is a two-page popup.On the first page, we give a 10% discount and ask for email address. In the second page, we upgrade it to 15% discount and ask for SMS number.Currently, we have 2.3% sign-up rate (which is very low)We want it to be at least 5%.Do we have a 2.3% rate because we have two pages? I mean, let’s say if we remove the second page of the popup, which is requesting SMS, can I say for sure that the conversion rate that is showing up on Klaviyo will increase?Basically, my question is: the 2.3% rate that’s showing up is the rate for both the first page and the second page, right?And if, for instance, I remove the second page, the form submission rate will definitely shoot up, right?Sorry for the long Q lol

Double opt in Shopify Checkout, footer and Klaviyo

Hello together,I have disabled the Shopify double opt mail in, so everything is transferred to Klaviyo as "accepted marketing". For the newsletter list I have activated double opt in in Klaviyo itself.The following problem: The customers who click on "accept marketing" in the checkout in shopify are transferred to Klaviyo, but receive a double opt in mail from Klaviyo before they are added to the newsletter list. This is not legally required in Germany. They do not need to receive a double opt-in email.For the footer it is all clear, that's how it should be, enter your e-mail and receive double opt in mail. But the checkout contacts do not need to receive this, as I can contact them without double opt-in. This is clearly regulated in Germany.I would like to have both in one list, those from the checkout without double opt-in mail and those from the footer with double opt-in mail. Do I really have to create 2 lists for this?How do I proceed now?

Adding web link to images or text does not work

I’ve added url adresses to several images or text boxes, but by sending e test email, none of the links does work. How do I correctly add the links so that they will work when recepients click on the image/text box?

Active on Site Vs Email Clicks

I’d like to know how active on site is being measured differently than clicks to links in an email.For example, a recent campaign we sent included ONLY links to our website (excluding the unsubscribe link), which is integrated with Klaviyo’s site tracking. The total unique clicks on that email was 1,464 with a 905 unique users clicking. Yet, the Active on Site metric only counted 220. What’s happening?

Monthly Newsletter Email

I want to set up our monthly newsletter. I want this newsletter to be different each month and I'd like to schedule it to go out on a specific day each month. I want our 3 Welcome Series email to trigger this monthly newsletter. Our welcome series is currently set up to send over a 7 day time frame. After they receive the 3rd email, I'd like the following email that they receive to be the first email in our monthly newsletter. I have the flow set up to update the profile property if they've completed the flow and this is where I'm stuck. What is the best flow/trigger for this monthly newsletter?

Back in Stock Emails not Sending!

Hi there, I’ve read all the threads on this topic and i still haven’t found the solution to my problem. The code is showing correctly and the button is showing perfectly on our site. When stock is added to a product, the notification emails aren’t sending to the subscribers. Can anyone advise on how i can resolve this? Below some screenshots for your reference. Why is our View Product Activity Event so low in Analytics?

Hi Klaviyo Team, I’m not sure if my viewed product tracking is correct, hence the question. Currently having only 1-2 individuals viewing my products daily, which is vastly different from my traffic flow.

Setting up Pop-up on a Multi-region Website (Shopify)

Hello,I’ve been trying to collect Newsletter signups through a Pop-up set up on Shopify store that has a Global store and a UK store. I’ve set up a pop-up on the UK store account on Klaviyo but all the entries on that pop-up are being added to a List on the Global store account. What could be the issue and how do I resolve it?

Why does it seem my Account is Disabled for no reason?

So, I'm new to Klaviyo and I was checking everything out. Creating and deleting multiple Flows, Lists, Segments, Forms, etc… To learn and experiment how everything worked and figuring it out by myself. But suddenly I got my account disabled out of thin air… Any help? Thanks.

What's wrong with my Dashboard Overview?

Ever since one of the recent updates, we’ve been having trouble viewing the Analytics Dashboard Overview properly. The sections go out horizontally farther than the computer screen, and there’s no sideways scroll bar, so we can’t actually see the numbers. There’s also a double vertical scroll bar, which is just annoying. Is there a way to fix this so that we can actually see our numbers?

Unwanted underlined logo/image in header

Hello.I’m designing a template for a client (just creating new Universal Content blocks).  Test emails render correctly on Outlook Mac, Gmail (via Chrome), Apple Mail and some others.I’ve used the ‘Split’ block to create the header with a logo on the left and button (as another image) on the right. The white logo is a transparant PNG and doesn’t have the line embedded and is placed on a dark blue background.One of the stakeholders is using Microsoft Mail (v16005.14326.21524.0) on Windows 11 and is getting a thin white underline spanning the width of the logo/box.Originally the logo has a URL to the website, but removed that thinking it’s created by being a hyperlink.  The other button image on the right doesn’t have the underline.Does anyone know how to fix it i.e. remove the white underline?ThanksNeel

Email Editor Scrolling Height Issue

When using Safari or Firefox to edit an email that is taller than average, I’m often constrained by some arbitrary height attribute set on the id=“design_iframe” iframe that contains the email design. To edit the email properly, I have to inspect element on my browser and manually change the style attribute in the DOM to a fixed height that allows for my email to show up all the way down the page. Multi-metric custom reports for subscribers

I am needing some help with  Custom Report. I have report the following Metrics; 1.Subscribed to List2.Unsubscribed3.Subscibed to Back in Stock 4.Marked as Spam5.Updated Preferences6.Email Clicked7.Email Sent It appears that profiled that add their email to pop up form whilst already sudscribed how can I adjust the metric so that it only counts new subscribes.( It would also be interested to know which metrics you include in your reports?) Thanks Sean

Mimecast deliverability

We’re having problems getting out emails to consistently and successfully deliver to Mimecast. Have read on article that suggests to remove open and click tracking as mimecast doesn’t like that, not ideal, but wondering if it’s worth trying to build up successful deliveries and then turn tracking back on when we have built up successful delivery.If we turn tracking off - is that for all campaigns or can it be done campaign specific?Any other suggestions to try?

Sign up form gets lost in the footer on my shopify site

Why is my account disabled?

HiWe starting new store on subdomain. We already have 5 subscribed accounts on Klavyio with same domain name.Only subdomains are different. We was planing to go live from 2 days with new store, but Klavyio locked as with check “Your account is disabled.” Yesterday replayed , but still no contact from support and our Bussiness growth Manager.  What can we do in that case?Do we pay for non active account or our subscribtion date will be moved?

Subscribe page not working?

Hi, hoping someone can help me.I want to set up a landing page (subscribe page) on free account which i have done - entered all the details to capture email addresses.Now how do i link this subscribe page to a segment of signups and then get them into a flow? When i click into the lists and segments - I dont have the option to click on sign up forms at the top of the page - the only items i can click on is: 5 Members ‐ Settings ‐ Edit Definition ‐ Reports  I also cant find the link to share the subscribe page for people to sign up. Please help ive spent so much time going back and forth.Thanks, Andrea

My embedded form loads too slowly

Test videoI used GemPages（an App in Shopify) to design a landing page, which used Klaviyo elements, but I found that sometimes the Klaviyo elements in the landing page could not be displayed, and sometimes it was very laggy. Error status code 400 on flow webhook
