Abandoned Cart link not working

Hi All!It's already been 2 days and nobody is responding to my queries. Can anyone please help me with the links for our abandoned cart? The photos of the products that our subscribers abandoned are not showing, and even the links are showing that the cart is empty. Back in stock email displaying wrong currency symbol

Hi, i’m hoping someone can help me with this,.I have set up a ‘back in stock’ flow and everything seems to be working fine expect that the currency symbol is displaying as $18 instead of £18. My currency is set to £ in settings and all of my other flows pull through product prices in £.How product displays on site: https://prnt.sc/wd74wsQJt81UHow product displays in ‘back in stock’ email: https://prnt.sc/FzVeODwLXh16Any ideas why this might be?Thanks, Sam

Unable to delete profile

Hello! I am trying to delete a couple of test profiles from my account, but it will not let me delete for some reason. Steps Taken: 1- Navigate to the profile that I want to delete, and select it2 - In the top right corner of the Klaviyo Interface, select Profile Actions > Delete Profile Expected results: Profile is no longer in profiles listActual results: Profile is still showing in the list. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you so much!

Updating flows doesn't update the 'last updated' section?

Hi everyone,Just wondering with the newer klaviyo, when you update a flow do you need to meet certain requirements for the ‘last updated’ to update?For example I just changed the subject line and preview text, as well as the content in one of the emails, but when I leave (even after refreshing cookies/waiting), it still lists the old ‘last updated’ time. I love the feature but need to use it to keep up to date with what’s actually updated and which of the flows are older.Thanks!

There was no price drop activity over specified period of time.

I am making changes to my store but the klaviyo activity price drop is not seeing any of this. I am getting the message: There was no price drop activity over specified period of time. Even though I changed the price of certain items by 20% atleast. How can I fix this ? :)

Multiple sign up forms - only display one during user session

Hey Everyone, I have built two sign up forms that are targeted at users based on the pages they browse.Sign Up Form 1 - this will appear if the user is on any product pages, homepage etc. The message/content says ‘sign up to get product news, deals & launches’.Sign Up Form 2 - this will appear if the users is on any of our How To Articles, Tips Pages or reading a guides. Usually people land on these pages because they search a question on google.The form content says ‘Get maintenance tips, hacks and advice straight to your inbox’. Both forms are linked to the same list. If the user triggers either form, and decides not to sign up but navigates to a page that triggers the other form. I don’t want them to be asked again to sign up because I don’t want to annoy the user. Can I use segmenting or any other logic to do this? Or is Klaviyo not advanced enough for that. Our ecommerce store is Shopify.

Not receiving 2-step authentication code

I’m not getting the 2-step authentication code to log into my Klaviyo account. So I’m locked out of my account and I can’t ask for a support ticket because I am locked out of my account. How do I get back in. Very Frustrating.

Edit Preference page

Hi there I am working on my Preference pages. I know that I have to do it under each list, but if I send to a Segment (see picture) then the Preference page for a list is not used. Do I need to ad the list the campaign and the the segement? to make sure that the right Peference page is used?

How to cancel a suspended Klaviyo account?

I purchased Klaviyo basic plan in January, used it to its full extent. The results weren’t promising for me so i stopped using it but forgot to cancel. It charged in Feb, which isn’t a problem for me. Now it is trying to charge my card again in March. I had absolutely forgot about klaviyo during this period. I came to know when my card transaction was declined. So now my account is suspended, and i can’t find the option to cancel my account. This is supposed to be a prepaid service. If i am not using it in March and let me cancel it pls. Email & chat support is disabled and there is no call numbers available. So there is absolutely no way for me to approach Klaviyo team to resolve the issue. Please help. Thanks

When the discount code available is better than the Discount code in the Flow.

I have an abandoned checkout flow with a discount code incentive of 35% off to finish the order.I just sent out an email with a BOGO offer that you use a seperate discount code to get the 50% off.So it seems these people are going to get an abandoned checkout email with a 35% off code in it when the cart they abandoned had the capability of a 50% discount code depending on what discount code they used. It seems silly to send them an email with a lower discount amount that the order they abandoned.How would you retarget the emails to the people that started from the BOGO discount offer? Would you just change the language in the email to temporarily offer the 50% off instead of the 35% or is there a programmatic way of achieving this ?Many thanks,

Popup signup form inconsistent behaviour?

Hi there,We have a popup signup form on our website that should appear after 30 seconds or when the user attempts to leave the page.However, this doesn’t seem to be working for us consistently. We have tested it on multiple accounts on Chrome and with incognito mode, and very rarely will it pop-up after 30 seconds. Sometimes it will popup after a few minutes, sometimes it will never appear. The “leave the page” feature also only works sometimes too, even after waiting a minute or so. Is there anything I’m missing from the settings or is this working as intended?Thanks in advance.

First welcome email questionnaire

We want to gather more data for our subscribers to enhance their profiles and allow us to improve our segmentation. I'd like to email them with a link to a short survey and merge the data we capture into their Klaviyo profile. Can anyone suggest a cheap or free tool I can use to do this?  One colleague has suggested hosting the survey on a web page using a new Klaviyo embed form created specifically for this. But if we did that, how would we merge the data we gather into the existing subscriber profiles?

Flow isn't sending when someone joins the segment (trigger)

I have 2 flows. In flow 1, we ask for a 1-5 star NPS rating. If someone clicks 1-3 stars, they enter a segment “Property about someone, NPS Rating is less than 4”.  Once someone enters this segment (I’ve confirmed that they are indeed in the segment after clicking any star 1-3) they should trigger flow 2. Except this flow never gets sent, despite entering the segment.I’ve made sure all my definitions are correct and the the right definitions are paired with the right flow. I’ve also turned off smart sending for each flow.This is an ongoing issue for me. Klaviyo seems to be extremely buggy and unreliable.

Re: What's happened to Klaviyo Support?

I’m just curious why it’s so hard to get support from Klaviyo? The chat is often offline  during normal business hours. Support email tickets are slow in being responded to and often the replies are sporadic and not actually helpful in addressing the problem.  Klaviyo is a top knotch email provider in  my opinion, but the inability to get support is so disappointing.Can anyone shed some light on this?  Is it a temporary staffing issue? I want to be a raving fan, but….I can’t get anyone to help with this fabulous platform.
