Hello, I doubt whether there is a bug in the list/segments with different timezone. We changed timezone from Asia/shanghai to America/New_Yorkthen we created new list/segments, the Created_time is still Shanghai, and the result of Shanghai time zone is the same as that of New York time zone .Theoretically, the two time zones are 12 hours apart.looking forward your replay.
Hello, I have created multiple pages in unbounce that i want to test. Additionally, each page has it’s own form. Question: How do i link each form separately to klaviyo? Or how can i create custom properties in the forms on unbounce that can be tracked and segmented by klaviyo? Thanks!

A user managed their preferences and was put into a Once a Week segment. However, now she wants to receive all of our campaigns. However, I cannot remove her from the segment from within Manage Segment OR her profile. Profile snapshot (the segment does not have the blue “remove” next to it):
Hi, I am able to add customers signing up via the Sign Up forms to my Newsletter list. However, when someone registers as a new user onto my website, they are not getting added to the newsletter list, however I can see them under the Profiles section. My website is built on WooCommerce. How do I automatically add new registered users to the Newsletter list?
Hi folks, I was reading more about Customer Retention Rate in this link:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042176831-How-to-Calculate-Retention-Rate I am confused a bit about the two Segments. Can one please help me? The first step in calculating retention rate is to find the number of customers who purchased from your store last year (between 365 to 730 days ago). The 365 to 730 days ago is that from today? Is the timeline I attached in the image correct?
Hello Klaviyo Community! Does anyone have experience and/or feedback you can share on email verification solutions? For brands that are still using single opt-in, I need a solution to clean and remove typos, spam traps and other risky addresses. I’ve used Neverbounce in the past, but I know there are several options such as Zerobounce, Kickbox, Debounce, etc. Can you please share any experience and/or recommendations for the best solution? Thanks in advance! Adam
I deleted old profiles that I no longer wanted in Klaviyo but didn’t quite understand how the Shopify integration worked, meaning Shopify re-imported a number of those profiles and added them to our welcome flow. I used a segment to isolate those profiles and deleted them from our account (and change settings so they won’t import again), but they’re still queued up to receive emails in the welcome flow. I know that I can view the welcome flow analytics and delete the emails in the ‘waiting’ list, but there are approx 130 and it’s pretty time consuming to delete them one-by-one. I would have thought that when you delete a profile it gets removed from any flows? How do I easily remove all these profiles from any flows? Thank you!
Hello,I want to run a giveaway with a subscribe form to build my email list. But I would also like my existing newsletter subscribers to have the chance to enter the giveaway. Is there a way where existing subscribers can enter without having to confirm email etc… all over again? thanks

Hi folks, I’m very new to Klaviyo, and I’m trying to make things easier not harder. (I’m not sure how successful this is right now 🤦♀️)We have the usual pop ups and signs up set up to add to our newsletter list but in our Cellar Door shopfront we use the Vend software - So once a week I’ll be manually adding these subscribers to our list. (unless there is a magic integration i’m yet to find) As they have come direct from our cellar door I’d like to still do a welcome series but i’d like it to be different to the one that organic subscribers see (specifically because they wont be getting a discount) What’s the best way for me to upload these people and have a separate flow? Is it creating a separate list and then adding them to campaigns or should I segment somehow? It’s all bit overwhelming. Thanks
Hi Klaviyo Community, I have an instance where a Shopify store was used for B2B sales. This Shopify store is no longer serving B2B, as a new tool is being used for the B2B part of the business and we want to use Klaviyo - Shopify for DTC. However, we are price conscious and signed up to the free plan as we would like to generate an income from e-mail marketing before signing up for the paid version. When creating our Klaviyo account, naturally Klaviyo synced with the Shopify store and historical data was pulled through (over 1,200 profiles) which obviously meant we no longer qualify for the free plan. However, the vast majority of these profiles aren’t relevant as they’re B2B and not DTC. What would be the best way to approach this? Should we add tags to the B2B profiles on Shopify and remove profiles with those tags from Klaviyo or how would you suggest we go about this? Ultimately, we don’t want the B2B profiles to sync with Klaviyo as they aren’t relevant to the DTC part of ou
Hello,I would like to start with Klaviyo and have installed the app at Shopify for this purpose. Now all customer profiles are imported to klaviyo. Now I have the problem that I can't send anyone a marketing mail because Klaviyo incorrectly assumes the following for all customers: "Provided Email without opting in to email marketing". That's wrong. I used another newsletter program for this, which then caught up with the opting in subscription in retrospect. How can I change this in Klaviyo for all customers that I can send them marketing mails? Best regards Marcel :)
Hello,I’m on Shopify, and have disabled their double opt in. I am using my theme’s newsletter sign up form. When testing email newsletter signs ups, I am getting 2 - 3 emails from Klaviyo. Strangely, from names aren’t all the same. You can see bdelow - they were sent at the same time. How can I ensure customers only receive 1 email?Thank you
Ultimately, I want to place a subscribe link in my Instagram stories, and then those customers who sign up to our main list via that link are segmented by having signed up via IG.I have read through multiple community & support articles but none seem to directly address my situation. It seems that the best way to do this is to create a segment by $source. ($source would be IG Stories.)I know I can create a link to the subscribe page, which can be placed on an IG story. However, the $source associated with these signups will just be the Subscribe Page, and isn’t specifically indicating the customers came from IG. (I tested this, and the profile didn’t show that the signup came from IG.)From another post:Additionally, if you are using a Klaviyo sign-up form, we will track a $source value along with the form submit. You can create a segment using $source (Properties about someone > $source equals “name of Klaviyo signup form”) AND is in list X to group everyone who has signed-up thr
HI All, I’m trying to create a segment of my newsletter subscribers by the first three digits of their postal code (FSA). I have 36 different FSAs that I want to filter on. Is there any way to load multiple filters in creating the definition for the segment instead of having to add an “OR” to the definition 36 times? Any suggestions are much appreciated.Thank you.
Hi everyoneI want to create a webhook to unsubscribe the email from klaviyo. This webhook will call api to magento2 with parram is the mail has unsubscribed. And then the email will update in magento with status : unsubscribe like klaviyo. So please help. Thanks.
Hi folks,I’m pretty new to this, but I’m working with a business owner to get their email marketing up and running. I’m charging them the cost of their account per month while I’m learning. I’m trying to clarify some stuff about profiles, lists and account cost. For some context:They’ve not done any email marketing for some time. As far as I can tell they’ve had a newsletter signup form but never sent one. They currently send abandoned cart emails via BigCommerce. They have about 9000 active profiles in total, but just under a thousand subscribers in BigCommerce. There are also a couple of hundred profiles who have entered the newsletter segment in Klaviyo, but I haven’t proceeded with setting up Klaviyo signup forms yet - it looks like these are folks who have placed orders and consented to newsletters during checkout.I really want to try and reduce the number of profiles we’re charged for, but I’m not sure if I can since I don’t have any information on people who have unsubscribed (
