My team is trying to send out retention based messaging to our customers, reminding them to pay their bill, submit necessary documentation etc. In the event that a user signed up for 2+ plans but used the same email address, is there a way to distinguish these in the email? For example, say individual A bought 2 plans, 1 for themselves and 1 for their child, using the same email. When the plan for their child is about to expire, but not thier own, how can we send a reminder to renew that specific plan?
Hi, I have some questions. Are segments always under lists? So lists are the root, then segments have profiles from lists?So if all my profiles are in all lists, then that automatically includes all segments too? Is that true?In other words can a profile be in a segment but not in a list? Thanks.
Hello,I desactivate the double optin on Shopify newsletter list as you can see below but I still receive an email to confirm my subscription I already desactivate the double opt-in on all my list on this account and check on the email, it is from klavyio not Shopify. I have done the same process on my other account and it works well, Do you have an idea to help me ? Thanks for your help
We used another platform for SMS Marketing before. There are many sms and emails we have collected here. But now we have started to use Klaviyo. Is it possible to import SMS and e-mail information from other platforms to Klaviyo? How can we import this information? Thanks for your help.
I have a newsletter list which is all customers who sign up for our monthly newsletter through our website and when I click on manage list it has a view list suppressions option and then remove suppressed profiles option. If I remove suppressed profiles what does this do? Can I export this list some how?

Hi guys. I have made four new welcome flows which are variations of my main welcome flow. I did this so that I can track where people of coming from (ie Insta sign up, colab signups). These subscribers then join a list just for that sign up and flow but as they come to the end I want to add them to my main newsletter list. is there an automated way to set this up plus a way to then stop them receiving another welcome flow when they join my newsletter list? I have seen on here ppl suggest downloading CSVs etc but that seems like a lot of additional handling to me.
Hi Guys, Can you add a custom property to this property drop down? The blue plus suggests you can however i can’t seem to generate a working segment, always has zero customers in it. I want to create a a property around “product_type” however it doesn’t work...any suggestions? FYI I’m a Shopify user. Thanks!
HiWe have a newslist and is in the process of building af VIP list, that we will invite the most engage subscribers to.We have an invite flow that is triggeret if they meet certain criterias. But we want them to do an active accept of the invitation, click on a button or something like that. It should be as easy as possible.I’m looking for at good solution for this case. I am looking for a way to connect Klaviyo to Pipedrive through Zapier or another good connector. I would like data to transfer to Pipedrive in order for our sales team to follow up on leads. Examples of the things we would like - When a subscriber clicks in an email (to appear in Pipedrive as a lead but connected to the organisation within Pipedrive) When a subscriber views product (a note to be added on the organisations profile and shows what products they were viewing) We have set-up zaps for these things already but the clicks come through as one click each time so we are getting 100’s of notifications when someone clicks more than once. It also can’t identify the organisation name and is just showing the email address in Pipedrive. I have been looking at this for such a long time so I am hoping someone can help!
How can I calculate the Historic CLV and Total CLV in the CLV Calculation Template from the Predictive Analytics Course?
I am currently taking this course - Using Customer Lifetime Value Data in Klaviyo I am having trouble with filling out the CLV Calculations Template. In the video in the course I understand how to reference Predicted CLV, however for the other two (Historic CLV and Total CLV) the video completely skips how to identify the thresholds. Attached is a screenshot of my calculations tab. I am trying to understand how to use the table on the left with my threshold groups. Would anyone be opposed to explaining this to me as it was not clear in the video or the course contents.

I am new to managing this tool, I am performing the mailchimp migration but the lists still do not appear, it has been in synchronization for more than a day but no contact appears in my lists.On the other hand, when I opened the account in 2021, I made a bad migration and today I have 27,000 active profiles that I want to delete, because they are contacts that have no affinity with my company, is there a way to do it? I am very confused between profiles and lists and segments, can you help me?
Okay, so I’m setting up a lead form ad on Facebook. The goal is that the leads will be sync’d up with a list and flow in Klaviyo. However, when I try to link the list with the facebook lead ad in the settings I get this error, Error validating access token: Sessions for the user are not allowed because the user is not a confirmed user.What does it mean and how do i fix it? Newbie here 😉 So - I’ve read other threads here regarding setting up a survey that links back to your manage preferences page (and subscribe form...).I don’t want to use Typeform which I see being suggested. My goal is to send out a series of campaigns, or even monthly campaigns, asking my subs to choose certain things - aka a survey. I would like whatever they click on to be added to their profile as a custom property.Not sure how to do this best? How do people run surveys natively in their campaigns and then have the property added automatically?Would I maybe set up embedded sign up forms on specific pages that I create for each survey (pages in shopify) and then have those fields link to the properties?Does that make any sense at all??🤔Or am I way over complicating it and there’s a better way?OR is my brain totally fried at this point from an entire week of setting up my new Klaviyo account and reading tons of technical articles...😝Thanks in advance for ANY and all help!
