Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can help me or whether there is a quick fix for my problem. I’m trying to simply export one of my segments so that I can create address labels, but the export is missing both address line 1 and postcode/zip code. I’m admin on the account so wouldn’t have thought it was an access problem - can someone point me in the right direction? It’s a fairly urgent problem, the address labels are needed for a mailout happening tomorrow. Many thanks in advance!
Hi all! On my webshop it is possible for customers to buy my product as a subscription. I work with Bold Subscription plug in to process these automatic orders. I want to be able to send email explicitly to subscribers or be able to exclude them sometimes from the buyers list, but till today I haven’t found a way how to make a segment/tag on how to separate subscribers from one time purchasers. I have reached out to Bold, Klaviyo and Shopify, but I was always told that this is a topic ‘the other party’ has to help me with… Has anyone experience setting up such a segment?
Hi all,I have a very specific segment I need to create to track if a marketing campaign is running profitable or not.At my shop you can buy a free sample of the product to test it. Afterwards customers land in a flow to then upsell them the real product.I want to create two segment now to assess how successful that campaign is:One segment for customer who made purchase of 1 sample pack (the full order can only contain that one product)Another segment where chronologically I can see that they first ordered the sample pack and afterwards actually bought the whole product. (how can I make this segment?)Thanks!
Hello,On our WooCommerce website, we have both guests and registered users who place orders.I’d like to set up a flow to encourage guests to create an account (eg. after their second order). I can’t seem to find any way to distinguish guest users from registered accounts in the data Klaviyo has on our store. Does anyone have an ideas here?Cheers,
Hello, I have a lot of customers complaining that they are landing on a 404 page of Klaviyo when being directed to my sign-up form. They are being directed from the Instagram sticker link directly to my Klaviyo form, and are seeing attached error message:“sorry, that page isn’t actually here.”I did get +200 submits yesterday, so for some it is showing (including myself). How can I solve this, cause this is not a good customer experience and making me loose customers :( Thank you!Annelore
Hey Everyone,I did a landing page using Pagefly and used their third party Klaviyo form to collect emails. The integration worked perfectly. However, it is going to a different list of the one I specifically created for that.I created a “LandingPage Subscribers” list and I put my welcome series email to be triggered “when someone subscribes to Landing Page Subscribers. However, when someone is subscribing through this form it is going to a “potential customer” list that was already created by Klaviyo as default. How can I fix that?Thank you again and God bless,
Hello, in my account I have a “60 day non-opener segment” and here’s the definitionOpened email 0 times in last 60 days or Clicked email 0 times in last 60 days and is not surpressed and has received email at least once over all timewhen I clicked into the list, it included people who just subscribed to my list like 30 minutes ago! It doesn’t make sense to consider them non-openers if she has only got the first email and happened to have not opened it within the first 30 minutes! How do you all set up your non-opener list to prevent this from happening?
Hello, Just a quick one really. We ran a collaboration competition with a brand where we gained constent from those entering the competition to join our mailing list too. I want to import these people to my main list and will do this via a CSV with their email address and any other info we have. I also want to make sure their profile is set up with consent method to say they came from that competition. What property should I be using in my CSV to ensure this is imported with the list?If there are people on the list who are already a member in my mailing list, as this might be possible, will it just update their profile and not duplicate, make a new version. And I take it as soon as I import them they will be directed into my welcome flow? But those who already exist won’t go into it? If that makes sense? Just any completely new member? ThanksShelle
There seems to be a character limit when selecting Shopify properties like “Product Title” from which t run actions or create a segmentation for an audience within Klaviyo. Unfortunately, we’ve been Klaviyo members for multiple months and can’t seem to segment even one of the 40+ audiences we can verbally describe-- mostly due to this weird glitch. For example, let’s say we want to select a single product from which to trigger an email...but the product name starts with the same naming convention and style of hundreds of other productse.g. “Cubic Zirconia Engagement Ring- The Jessica” might be the product nameWell, in the drop-down box on Klaviyo, we can’t even find that product. All it shows is hundreds of truncated products that only go to“Cubic Zirconia Engagement Ring- Th” so apparently that is the character limit.Has anyone encountered this and found a workaround?
Hi, I’m doing email marketing for a campsite. I would like to send a flow to people before and after arrival. The booking system used is not integrated with Klaviyo - so what is the easiest way to add time of arrival into my subscribers’ profile? If the only way is to do it manually - will it then be possible to - for example - upload an excel-file with emails of people who have booked (without a specific date) and have the system automatically ad a “booked” tag to those profiles? Any suggestiones? Kind regards,Kristine
How do I set up segments so that I have one list, multiple offers that a subscriber would want them all?
There are multiple forms to be added to my only list. From there, I want everyone to go through the nurture flow once but depending on the action of the subscriber, they will receive a different welcome flow.I've contacted support about how to set it up and was given instructions about how to use 'source' as a property and depending on the source filter, a subscriber will receive a different flow. That is working BUT now there is a problem because it is highly likely that a subscriber will want to have all of the initial offers that I use to build my list. For example:1. PDF download2. Unique product #1 (or #2, #3, etc)3. Clearance Sales4. Birthday Club5. I’m noticing that traffic has been significantly down due to the recent iOS14 changes for Facebook Ads. This of course makes a great case for Owned Media as Email & SMS are winning. However, the challenge in this is that email & sms list growth has always *partially* dependent on the success of a brand’s paid ads strategy (unless they were lucky enough to get traffic from organic social and other non-paid avenues). With Facebook Ads bringing less & less traffic in for brands, what are ways that “owned media” teams can help to further close the loop with list growth without having to be reliant on Facebook traffic? Contests & Sweeps are one way. Starting an open thread here on what other methods are out there.
Hello, I am using the Shopify form for newsletters on my Shopify site. The Klaviyo app is also set up successfully. If someone registers using the Shopify form and has successfully double opted in, then I find him under "Customers" in Shopify and I find him under "Profiles" at Klaviyo, but I don't find him in the "Newsletter" list where I do would like to have him. Because of this, the flow cannot get a trigger and start. In my Klaviyo app on Shopify I also stated that the customers who are accepted into Shopify should be added directly to the klaviyo "Newsletter" list. Does somebody has any idea? Double opt-in ist deactivated in Klaviyo cause shopify does this step. Thank you :)
Hi there, Having activated a Price Drop email last week, I wanted to report on not only engagement but also the revenue generated by the flow. However, this is not showing in the flow analytics. I’ve been researching and it seems this should be appearing on the flow analytics dashboard but all I’m seeing on mine is Delivered, Skipped, OR, CTR and active on site - there is no placed order metric. I’ve also downloaded the flow analytics to see if it would be on there but it isn’t. Additionally the flow analytics CSV shows no valid metrics (see below). I got a document with 0 on every metric, plus no revenue column. Can you help with this please? Amma
Hi,I’ve seen a lot of questions regarding on segmenting your audience by engagement in terms of days but is there a way to segment your audience by percentage? Say I want to email a group that opens emails 75% to 100% of the time more often than I email a group that opens 25% to 50% of the time.
Contact Form 7 and Klaviyo - How do I tag subscribers that fill out a form to understand which form they came from?
Hello, I have recently migrated from Mailchimp and I use contact form 7 on wordpress. I was using Chimpmatic that allowed me to add tags so each subscriber who downloaded a piece of content would be added as a tag in Mailchimp. For example, if they downloaded an ebook for home and garden, they would be tagged as home and garden when downloading the form through Chimpmatic which would then show in Mailchimp. My question is how do I replicate this process in Klaviyo? Do I have to create a new list for each content download? Is it a segment? I have downloaded the integration Sitemap Pro for Klaviyo which only gives me the option for choosing a list for each contact form 7 in Wordpress. My concern is if each content download has to be an individual list, we are going to end up with lots of lists. Does anybody have a better way of showing the source of where of my subscribers are coming from? Cheers,Molly
