After doing a little digging I located the support ticket. I appears that the ticket was not created because the request was sent to a deprecated email alias (success@klaviyo.com). In the future you can submit a request by logging into your Klaviyo account and select “Support” in the header navigation, or visit klaviyo.com/support to contact our support team. Feature request - Send a preview without entering the template

Hi @Bee Baker, Congratulations on your first post! And thank you so much for your feedback. I want to make sure I am fully understanding your request - rather than how it is today where you can click on Preview and see how the template would appear on web/mobile, you would like the option to actually send the preview directly from that screen, is that accurate?~Chloe

All my emails are tagged "Email Never subscribed"

Hi @HFJoel, Thanks for being a part of our community! I see that you had a support ticket open on this topic. I’m sharing the solution below in case it helps others in our community:Context:you have confirm that you have their permission to email them  your developers set up a custom integrationSolution:In order for these people to feed in with full consent, you will want to work with your developers to set up the subscribe endpoint: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/reference/subscribe. If the member endpoint is what is being used currently, that will just feed people in, it will not subscribe them with full consent. Since it is a custom API feeding these people in, we do not have access to review/edit that code. We recommend connecting with your developers and sharing these profiles to showcase that they are not being subscribed or added to your lists how you are hoping.  ~Chloe

Editing Not Accepeting

Hi @shakib6472,  Thanks for being a part of our community and I apologize for this inconvenience! If you are receiving an error message we recommend cloning the template and adding it again to the flow with the cloned version. I did want to mention, in order to use this template in drag/drop form, it would need to be recreated in the drag/drop editor. To do this you would need to select 'create new' under email templates > selecting a 'basic' or a 'themed' template > and deleting/adding blocks to get the layout you would like. More information on creating drag/drop templates can be found here. I hope this helps! ~Chloe

How do I add segments for the metrics tab

Hi @dgibbs, Although you cannot save those filters, you can export them to a CSV.  Unfortunately, this isn't a feature we currently have, but I'm more than happy to submit a feature request to our product team! I can't say when this feature would be implemented, but I know this feature would be very useful. In the meantime, the best solution is to keep viewing and comparing the segment analytics for each individual segment (more on segment engagement reports).~Chloe

Hi @myover, Apologies for the delay - I am wondering, this appears to be a bug specific to the iOS 16.4 update for Apple Mail would this be the case for you and the situation you’re experiencing. Review Request Flow - Automatic email to reviewers not being sent

Hi @Alice.NYC, Thanks for being a part of our community! Can you confirm, if you click on the Preview button at the top of the flow (How to preview a flow trigger setup) are you seeing recipients that would qualify for the flow? That’s usually a good place to start. If you’re finding that there is only one customer who qualifies, you may want to consider back-population to reach out to folks retroactively. When you back-populate a metric-triggered flow, recipients will move through the flow relative to when they performed the triggering action. Back-populating will insert recipients at the step where they would be if the flow was live when they performed the triggering action. They’ll then move through the flow like any other recipient. So anyone who triggered that metric 30 days ago would receive your email, anyone who triggered the metric more than 30 days ago will not enter the Flow.  Please note that back-populating will only work if those customers who purchased in the last 30 day

Popup without sign-up field - possible?

Hi @DaveSG, Thanks for being a part of our community! To accomplish your goal of letting customers know that certain products dispatched from specific locations/warehouses are shipped for free - you can have the form only appear on the collection that you specify. It does not need to appear on your homepage/first page. You can tailor where you want it to appear for example:Additionally, you do not need to use any sign-up field. Each form is totally customizable so you are able to simply delete any fields that you would like excluded. Can you provide a few more details about the error you received? Embedding sign-up form on Go Daddy website

Hi @AbbyDLS, Thanks for being a part of our community! You can collect subscribers through a sign-up form and promote a downloadable resource. One way is to include the e-book in the flow connected to the form (a welcome flow for example). There is also an option to have folks sign up through a form and then be redirected to a downloadable resource. Basically you can add a URL to redirect subscribers after clicking the button on the form. In the “After Submit” field select “Go to URL” and in the “Destination URL” put the URL of your e-Book or downloadable resource. Why is my fallback font occasionally bolded sometimes?

Hi @MichaelKa, If you have double checked all of the inline styling to confirm there is no CSS styling hiding in there to cause this, and since you said you are not seeing this consistently, it could be a setting in your browser.Digging a little deeper into this, emails will render differently depending on the inbox provider. You can use email preview services like Litmus or Email on Acid to see what your emails would look like on different platforms, but ultimately how an email is rendered in the inbox will depend on the inbox provider. For example, emails viewed within Outlook will look different than they would in all other email clients. We also have this article that includes why an email can appear differently when viewed in Microsoft Outlook.I hope this helps!~Chloe

There are a few troubleshooting steps to look into for this issue: Data synchronization issue: Double check that your integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo is functioning correctly and you aren’t seeing any error messages Price display settings: Check that the price display settings in both WooCommerce and Klaviyo are set to be visible and accurately displayed. Sometimes, incorrect settings or configurations can cause the prices to appear as zero. HTML error when exporting to Shopify

Hi @Sergio157, If you're encountering the "Body HTML liquid syntax error: Unknown tag current_year" when exporting HTML code from Klaviyo to Shopify, it suggests that the liquid template engine in Shopify is unable to recognize the current_year tag used in your HTML code. Unfortunately, you cannot always easily export templates from Klaviyo to Shopify as the platforms use different tags. With that said, from doing some research on the topic, it appears that replacing current_year with {{ 'now' | date: "%Y" }} should solve this.Here is a resource from the Shopify help center with more information about liquid variables as well.I hope this helps!~Chloe

QR code on product packaging to redirect to a unique sign-up form

Hi @twiggpuzzles, Thanks for being a part of our community! If you are planning to include a QR code in your product packaging and do not want to have the form visible on your website, you can have the QR linked back to a form that is on a page that is not linked to on your website. Then the form can be connected to a list that triggers a list-triggered flow. This approach will make sure that the messaging and flow is different from your sign-up form that you currently have embedded on your website.I hope this helps!~Chloe
